Not only was her level of customer service good, it was above and beyond. I told her I was trying to get my husband to eat something in the hospital across the street. She was caring and made me feel supported. Then another guy came in and I witnessed her also take time to encourage the man as he left. The ambiance of the leaves the visitor feeling like a person and not just another dish. I really appreciate that in our life on screens. My cub meal only had 4 pieces of tiny chicken... my bigger plate had super tiny portions also. The manager is very mean & has a ton of attitude.. the younger man. I've been in a few times now. I want to like it here, I do. However there are a few major things that get in the way. The food- There is a serious disconnect between the "cook" and the server. As someone who loves to cook, I would never consider serving burnt food to a guest, as a hospitable person and gracious hostess I would never serve up something so obviously burnt. But it happens here all of the time. All of the food has burnt taste undertones. From the chow mein with it's burnt bits to half of my order teriyaki chicken it's all burnt. The only thing worth eating was my orange chicken. Even my raspberry tea was watered down. This has got to be the most depressing meal I've had in ages. Under $10, but just sad. read more

Super disappointed with this location. After craving a little Panda for a couple of hours, my boyfriend and I received skimpy portions of chow mein, orange chicken, and walnut shrimp. I had to ask for more chow mein since the original portion the server gave was about half of what is anticipated for a plate. They weren't short on food either! I put in an order online (prepaid) at 6:15. Said to pick up at 6:51. I came on time and they hadn't even picked up my order slip. What is the point of online orders then? Me and a room full of other customers (a safety hazard now during the pandemic) waited for 30 min while they had to make food since they were out of almost everything. While I waited a noticed a number of health violations including the inadequate wiping down of surfaces, employees touching their faces and masks while handling food, and wearing masks around their neck rather than over your nose/mouth. Will not be coming back here ever especially during the pandemic. read more

ok I go to panda when I need something to eat, like everyone. the food is great don't get me wrong, but I ordered online and they got my order WRONG!!!!!!! they did not even put in one of the meats they still could clearly see my order. I am very disappointed in the workers there. I recommend to not to order online. I called them to inform them that I got my order wrong, they said, that they could make me a new one but I was already on the other side of town. just because they messed up my order doesn't mean that I should spend more money on gas to drive over there and get the food that should have been in my hands when I got my order. my advice to that worker is to check before you give away the food. I usually love Panda! However, this location is always understaffed and they close the kitchen 30-45 minutes before the restaurant itself closes. College students come to get dinner and all we get is old scraps because the store doesn't want to make anymore food. In my opinion, if you aren't going to provide full service till 8pm, then you should just close the store at 7. Lastly, because the kitchen closes early, they skimp out on portion sizes "to save for others in line," and expect you to pay the same price! Such a bummer. read more

We come here a couple times a month and most of the time there is a serious lack of staffing... it seems that they only staff three people at lunch and if one calls in there is no plan for back up. Today, we arrived at Noon and there were TWO employees working. Rigo, who is usually a cook and another gentleman. The line was ridiculously long and poor Rigo was doing his best to serve food and ring up orders as fast as he could. I asked him what was going on and he said the cashier called in sick and when I asked where the manager was, I think he said they come in at 4pm. I am sorry but if you are the manager and you leave two employees to man the restaurant during the lunch rush, you need to re-evaluate your priorities. We watched at least twenty people walk out the door once they realized it was going to take so long. That is at least $200 in 30min. If you are the owner of this store, you should really take a look at your staffing. All that being said, Rigo and the other cook, did a great job and remained cool but they should not have been put in that position. read more

I woke up just a little earlier than usual so I started craving a delicious chowmein with orange chicken. I've frequently shopped here and always have loved the customer service and food. Unfortunately I came in and the customer service was amazing but the chowmein had to of been last nights because it was dry hard and pretty much inedible. For 11am they had 2 meats. Sweat and sour and orange chicken. The orange chicken was practically cold and mushy with little to no crunch. I asked for sweet and sour sauce. They laughed and said oh we haven't made any sorry. I paid, and they said we are out of fortunate cookies as well. I said that's unfortunate, snickered and left. 12$ for the worst meal I've had from panda in years. Whenever I'm craving for a bite, Panda Express is one of the places I think of in the back of my mind. Got a 2 item combo with half-and-half chow mein and fried rice. Got the Honey Walnut Shrimp and the famous Orange Chicken. Both dishes were made to perfection, the Orange Chicken still with its trademark flavor, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp tasting like heaven. Also got a side order of Mandarin Chicken. Not bad, the sauce definitely compliments the chicken so make sure to get that. Service was actually quick, took approximately 5 minutes for me and 2 other friends to come in, order, and be out the door. There are RANDOM rush hour times at this place, so it is either a hit or miss if it will be busy when you come in. Great stuff. read more

Like all PE's, the food is the same. You get fast American-Chinese food. The place is newly remolded and it's bright and always clean. I prefer this location over the one on LOVR. Hate to leave a bad review but no other choice when they don't answer the phone and there is no way to contact them through yelp. Ordered online and hour ahead, showed up and it said order was ready on the app. It wasn't, they said just waiting on Angus beef. 5 minutes later they called my wife's name which the order was under and said ready.
