The staff was energetic and helpful with all the diners and food delivery agents. They had hot and ready dishes to select from, allowing you to create your own custom combo meal. I'm a regular at this location. Their new Dynamite - Sweet & Sour Chicken is well worth the drive. Service is always great, the store is always pristine and they're in a prime location (right on Lake Av) which helps a lot with ambiance and traffic into this store in general. I don't typically leave a review for a fast food restaurant chain, but this Panda Express is worth reviewing because it is arguably the best Panda Express I've known so far. The decorations and the interior are really nice, and the restaurant is cleaner than some other chain restaurants on Lake Avenue. Their customer service is great, too. The staff there is friendly, and always greets any incoming customers. One of the staff, which I believe the manager, knows her regular customers. I get my lunch at this Panda Express a few times in a week, and she remembers my name. Today, she even gave me a free bowl (fried rice and honey walnut shrimp) because one customer decided not wanting to have the bowl, which was already prepared, and she did not want to waste the food. The food is tasty as usual. I really love their mushroom chicken, string bean chicken breast, kung pao chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and crispy sesame shrimp & beef (their current limited item). The crafted beverages are also good. I often get the peach lychee and watermelon mango refreshers. Be prepared for a longer waiting time when the LA Dodgers wins the home game the night before because there is usually a long line for the online pick ups. read more

I don't know if all (west coast) panda locations are like this but the service was great, the food was fresh, and they have craft drinks! I got the plate which came with 2 entrees and a side. What impressed me the most was that they were refilling the options constantly and if it was running low, they gave the option to wait for the new batch which was already on the way. This place is great but one thing that bothers me about this Panda Express specifically is the lack of parking and I've noticed that a bunch of uber eats drivers just relaxing in their cars waiting for orders for minimum 40 minutes up to an hour sometimes it's really quite bothersome especially during rush hour. read more

I've been to this Panda Express + Tea Bar location only once during my lunch break with my friend from work... this was pre COVID-19. I know... this review is long over due LOL. My go-to items are usually Grilled Teriyaki Chicken + String Bean Chicken + chow mein + white rice. Teriyaki chicken was very tender... make sure you get a side of teriyaki sauce. For some reason, their String Bean chicken was kinda mushy... can't quite figure out the taste. I wish their chow mein had more noodles than cabbage though. White rice was a tad tough... probably needed a little bit more water. I got water as my drink since I don't drink soda much if at all anymore. If I do, it would be Cactus Cooler, Sprite, or Rootbeer. Sometimes I would order a side of fortune cookies... just love them! I didn't check out their tea bar, but I'll have to do so the next time I'm there. It would be nice if all of their locations have the tea bar. Competition for the boba places LOL.
