This is the last time we are going to this location. If you are in the Tucson area the Irvington panda is better. The spectrum one. My family had no problems with that location. Horrible drive thru service. Girl at window asked me to hold for a quick second. That second turned out to be 5 minutes just to take my order. Then after the long wait, another long wait just for her to pop out of the window. Had to double check my order and was still missing a drink. I picked up a quick bowl and spring rolls on Friday for lunch. Honey walnut shrimp over lo-mein. I ate half and it did taste good. But I immediately got a stomach ache that lasted for hours. I ignored & forgot about it. The next day on Saturday I ate the rest. It tasted good, but again, I got a stomach ache that lasted all day. It actually ruined my day. Placed an order around 5:30pm, pick up time was 6:00pm. Went in to pick up the order and they stated that the order had already been picked up. They refused to remake our order or provide a refund for food we would not be getting. I'm out $40 because they did not monitor who was picking up food and letting someone take our food. read more

This locations drive-thru is awful. Seriously, the epitome of bad. Takes about 30 minutes to get through the entire drive-thru and you're lucky if your order is accurate. By the time you get home to eat your food, it is cold and dry. I am not one to write reviews, if unsatisfied with what I order, I usually just suck it up. Went to Panda Express, I did drive through ordered the new Peking Pork. How disappointing, I paid close to $8 for my order and when I got home it was like the commercial, "where's the beef?" In this case, Where is the pork! I should have taken a picture.. you order the bowl and you expect to get a bowl full of noodles and pork. The bowl wasn't even halfway full and the amount of pork I got was laughable. I ate it in two bites. Will never go there again! However I walked out without food because they were out of almost everything (and it was still 45 minutes until closing time). I ordered orange chicken. Sorry we're out. So I saw a huge sign advertising new sesame chicken. Sorry we're out. So I saw some chicken left in the counter bowl for Teriyaki chicken. We have the chicken but we're out of Teriyaki sauce. This is by far the worst Panda Express location I have ever been to. I've been here a few times, and every time I have been disappointed! For starters, the food is usually more bland than most other Panda locations. The worst thing about this location is the wait time!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone through the drive-thru, I have waited no less than 20 minutes to get my food. I once had to wait close to 40 minutes stuck in line because there's no where to leave through. The last time I went, they were out of several food options, including chow mein. For some reason, every time I decide to go I have a little hope that it will be better, but that's never been the case. I'll be honest I am not a great fan of Panda Express, to me all the selections taste the same, but my wife and daughter love it, or used too, We decide to go to the new location on Valencia and Midvale on the south side. Beautiful decor and location, that's were the positive ends. We ordered the angus steak, orange chicken, sesame chicken low mein, Also ordered a couple of eggrolls. First the egg roll had a ingredient or spice that was so overwhelmingly disgusting, angus steak was dry had what could of been pieces of asparagus but look like dried green sticks, could not tell the difference between the orange ck and the sesame ck, other than the sesame seeds, not to mention very soggy, the low mein was so bland adding soy sauce didn't help. Today we walked into this location to have dinner. They were out of 6 entrees and when I asked if they were getting some more made the employee responded with "Its not 5pm... I said are you kidding me you have a line out the door and your not making more? I asked for the manager Patricia and told her how horrible it is that they don't have more then half of their entree options available. She apologized that they have a new girl on cook but that's not the point because you don't let a new cook fail because she doesn't have a veteran cook helping her. There is no excuse for that many options not being available and out of white rice to top it off. This is my 1st and last visit to this location. From what I hear their own employees complain about the service and working conditions at this same location. This poor excuse for a fast food establishment falls on the shoulders of bad management. This is probably one of the worst pandas I've gone too . And I LOVE panda me and boyfriend eat it a lot and it's super good but every time we go to this one we wait forever longer then usual and we get less food than we usually do the other ones and it's even cold especially my teriyaki chicken and the rice super clumpy I don't know but I feel like it's not cooked all the way thru my boyfriend got a stomach ache after eating here and even the next the stomach ache continued I don't think I'll be going back. read more

My family and I absolutely love this location, we order from the Valencia location at least twice a week. Today 11/3/19 around 3:30pm was not a good experience, my sister and I went in to order to go after a long day of work. We ordered our 3 plates, a kids bowl and egg rolls, when we asked one of the workers to add more beef to my nephews beef and broccoli because it was all broccoli the girl acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. We waited, paid and took our meals to go. Once we got home we had found out the egg rolls I purchased were not in the bag nor were any sauces or fortune cookies, our teriyaki chicken was not fresh it was scraps as they got it from drive thru because they were out at the counter. We would have waited for fresh chicken, but we were not given that option. We love this place but we hope to not have another experience like this again, and I should have checked everything before leaving but I never had a bad experience here before so I didn't think twice. read more

So I have used the order online process many times but not at this location. I ordered early enough due to me having a large order for Mother's Day. I arrive and wait about 10 minutes before I am even noticed, I let them know my name and I was picking up a prepaid order. The guy said ok and then went on talking and ringing up orders, waiting a bit longer and over heard they ran out of lo mein and there would not be anymore, so approached the same guy and asked if I could cancel my order and get refunded. He left to talk to the manager, told me to go online and cancel the order even though I informed him it was prepaid. I left and attempted to do what he said, there was no option, so I called the store and he told me I had to wait till next day and could get the food then, I told him that does not work being this was a Mother's Day dinner. He said well the supervisor does not know how to refund the money. I ended up calling the 1-800 number and they refunded my money in like 5 minutes. I will never go back to that location all though it is closest. I will continue to goto the speedway and Silverbell location, which I did after leaving the midvale location. read more

My family of 5 eats at the Panda Express on Valencia 3-4 times a month. It's common for them to get one of the orders wrong but I've usually ignored it. On Wednesday, 4/19/17 I hesitated going through the drive through but my phone battery was to low and needed to keep it plugged in so I could communicate the five orders. They were short handed so it took a pretty long time before I got to the window. Another 10 minutes later the young lady was apologetic that it had taken so long and very courteous. I live ~5 miles from the Panda and when I got home to all the hungry mouths awaiting the delicious Panda my wife asked why I had only gotten four meals!? Yes, I should have checked the bag before I pulled away from the drive through, but should I really have to!? Anyway, 5 miles back to the Panda, (in rush hour), received my shorted meal, and 5 miles back home. I'm pretty tired with the poor quality of service from the Panda Express on Valencia. I know that this is a fast food restaurant but it seems that the employees are more focused on rush rush rush than ensuring the customer receives what he or she asked for. I wonder if the Lata Burger or Taco Bell or any of the other five fast food restaurants next door would prefer our business.... read more
