These guys have gotten a lot better than they were a few months ago. Before, issues such as running out of food and cleanliness were happening every time we visited. But now, it has changed for the better. The place is consistently clean, food is abundant, and it is consistently good for our pallets. Panda is one of those places where you don't have to worry about whether you're going to get a good meal or not depending on who is working or the time of day. We are not claiming to be PF Changs, but the management at this Valley location has certainly done a good job of getting us to come back. The only issue I have is the scripted and lackluster "Hello" that employees need to say every time a customer walks in. Let's do away with that, Panda. It doesn't make me feel any more welcomed or happy, especially since it is a very robotic hello. Other than that, nice job to those responsible for turning this location around. read more

Service is HORRIBLE, I get to skip eating lunch today while working a 13 hr shift because I made the poor choice of trying to get lunch here. Waiting about half my lunch in line inside to never have a single person even try to take my order. Now I'm late back to work and I got no lunch. Just got this about hour ago. Meat sides were delicious, portions were good! The ratio of noodles to veggies were like 60% veggies to 40% noodles! I still like the food, but it is absolutely asinine to have to go through the drive thru to pick up an online order. The sign says due to staffing issues, but it doesn't take any extra staff to put to go orders at the front of the store like they did before. Just say the dining room is closed. The food and service is fresh and on point. They are always cooking something fresh and have lots of online orders, drive through and walk in orders being fulfilled every time I go in. I can tell it's a popular location by the turn over of fresh food being prepared. The parking lot / drive through are kinda a nightmare to navigate but I have never had an issue walking in and ordering take away. One of our favorite employees at panda is Gilbert ! His warm and bright can do attitude makes the whole location welcoming even on the rainiest of days ! This place is imitation fake Chinese. AKA Fake American Chinese. I think the major ingredient is vinegar. That is what everything smells like. And it cost me $19 for a big plate. 2/3 of the entrees I ordered were $1.50 extra and I guess it says that on the menu inside but from where you order it's not easy to see and they didn't tell me. No, I'm not proud to be the duke of Panda Express. But it is a necessity sometimes. It's on my way home and it provides cheap eats. But I'm not here to review the food. We all know what it tastes like. I am here review the staff. Somehow, this Panda Express managed to find a group of awesome teenagers who seem to actually enjoy their jobs. I order food from a lot of teenagers during any given month. And most could care less about their job or the customer standing on the other side of the counter. That is not the case here. There have been several instances where I have come in near closing time and a perky girl behind the counter has told me that they will cook anything that I don't see (since by then, things are running low). How nice of you to offer, miss! And just last night as I was waiting for my order to be boxed and bagged, the guy who was cleaning the inside of the glass cases (a chore that requires you to be hunched over and in near proximity to food heaters) started a conversation with me and was genuinely interested in how my day was. He didn't have to care. He was scrubbing hardened sweet-and-sour sauce off the sneeze guard for christ's sake! But he took the time, and I was happy he did. So, kudos to you Panda Express No 1080! We ordered three plates with teriyaki chicken and asked for extra sauce as well. I ordered it for delivery because Of the Covid guidelines. The food shows up with zero sauce. On anything. I call them and they say nothing can be done unless I drive to pick it up. The reason I had it delivered was because I didn't want to go in. I drive to get the sauce and enter without a mask. Health reasons and ask for teriyaki sauce. They tell me to go outside if I don't wear a mask. That's the reason why I ordered it for delivery. The lady had an attitude.
