The best broccoli cheddar soup and 1/2 tuna sandwich is the best pick for 2 deal. FYI I when you order they are kiosk to order meal.

The interior of the Santa Fe Panera Bread restaurant was filthy and the delivery of the food incredibly slow. Sitting on the bench and waiting for the food was disgusting, with the floor littered with trash and dirty dishes left on many tables around us. The workers were walking around like zombies, looking miserable and detached from the customers and their jobs. Nothing about our food orders was complicated, yet it took more than twenty minutes for the food to appear at the counter. If we hadn't already paid we would have walked out, for sure. We'll never go back.

We started coming to Panera during the pandemic, it was good during those winter days when you stood in line to go to the grocery store for a few hours in the cold. The soups were always good, the sandwiches were hot and melty and the salads had nice little accompaniments. Now, sadly, those days are gone. The restaurant itself always clean and nice, yet no matter the temp out side you can count on the climate control to be set to "meat locker". The self check outs are actually nice, you can browse the menu without feeling the pressure of holding someone up in line behind you. There are 2 major issues here, and one of them I was willing to overlook until recently. First, the food always gives me and my family bubble guts. Whatever, you just clear the rest of your night. The second is the food quality and portion size has really diminished. See the attached pic of the bacon avacado sandwich.... It had like 4 bacon bits on it! They've also hidden the cups and drink stations. Panera could come back, but I doubt we will be back

I was so excited to finally dine in Panera after a long time. I missed their frescas and bread. However, I was sorely disappointed with my experience at this location. Usually when there's an issue with our order, they make it right. Last year, we had a similar issue about toasted bread. It is a hit or miss with service. But this time, it was just passively awful. We always order their hot French baguette as a snack. The only difference is that we ordered through the kiosk bc of the pandemic. We put a note that said "hot bread please" "+ thin sliced." It wasn't until I went to pick up the order they told us that they can't put the baguette in the oven for us, and to use a microwave?!!! The food prep person was nice, but apparently management couldn't do what we asked. Another person tried to tell is it was OUR fault for asking thin sliced, even though they could have put the baguette in the oven FIRST, before slicing it. They wouldn't even reheat a new one unless we paid for it. The evidence is in the pictures. How is it our fault when we were specific in our notes? This isn't the Panera I remember where they take customer satisfaction seriously. First of all, microwaving bread makes the bread rubbery. Bc of that statement, I wasn't happy. Everyone knows, toasted bread hits differently. On top of it all, our broccoli and cheddar soup wasn't even hot at all, and the baguette that they accompany it with was COLD?! Normally, it comes hot and crisp as you bite into it, and best dipped on HOT soup. It just reminded me of how they literally stick the soup bags in a hot water, and the bread in a heater. You had one job. And it wasn't even busy. There were 2 small parties dining in. If they lack care in their job, imagine what else they're lacking in. My SO used to work for Panera and knows how it's run. This was unacceptable. I'll be reporting this to corporate. Side note: you have to ask someone to get a drink refill, i.e they bring you a new cup each time.

Napa Almond chicken salad sand which by far my favorite choice at Panera. Really love this place a little bit more on the healthier side and has many options. If you and a partner or friends can't agree type of meal for the day this is a good option! From pizza-salad they have a lot. The staff is also very friendly no complaints! 10/10

I love this place! I used to travel on business quite a bit all over the US and I would always look up a location for lunch. My favorite is the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt with chips and lemonade. So tasty! This particular location is in the heart of Midtown at Coronado Mall. Parking is plentiful unless it's the holiday season. Our wait time to order and neal pick up was ~5 minutes. Clean table, quiet atmosphere. The bathrooms require a key code to open. Annoying, but they have to do this due to the mall location. My order portion was as expected but the person I went with ordered a bowl of soup that was filled about half of the way. I guess that's normal but it was disappointing.

I was surprised to like it as much as I did: it's a professional operation if not an especially tasty repast. The food was plentiful and not too outrageously priced (by today's post-inflation standards) and the staff was pretty on-it. The room was pretty clean (bus yourself, but they had people cleaning up, too) and was pleasant for conversation with comfortable seating even when it got pretty busy. Ordering is either via a snaky line that takes forever or a serve-yourself kiosk (what I did) which is intuitive enough - but why are you asking for a tip? Getting your sandwich was a little bit of a clusterfrack - there are a mob of DoorDash guys blocking your access to where you're supposed to pick it up when you get the text, despite the best efforts of the expediter/manager to herd them aside. Sandwiches and chips weren't especially great: bread struck me as a little insipid and I don't love how you have to pay for stuff (cheese, avocado) that should really be part of the sandwich to begin with (a cold turkey sandwich on fluffy bread, chips and a drink cost me over $20 with a small tip for the nice counterfolks who eventually handed me the sandwich around the DoorDash drivers). But they leave you alone for as long as you want to stay and the drinks are of nice quality (certainly the best thing there - good iced tea/coffee). NB - they require a code to access the bathrooms due no doubt to the "urban outdoorsmen" who frequent the mall area - the code was 1894# when we were there.

Today is my birthday and I'm going for all my free stuff around Albuquerque today. I went inside to ask for my free pastry but they said I had to sign up. So I went back to my car and did so put in my order and picked up it with the quick pick up at their location it all took less then 10 minutes. The lady at the register was so nice to let me know about the email list. She even helped me find the quick pick up when I went back in.

I used to work for this company as a teenager, and my goodness this food has gone downhill. Stale bread, tiny portions in unfilled sandwiches, and mass produced bakery items didn't used to be what this place stood for, but I guess quality has taken a major hit since this place fully switched from a Paradise Bakery to a Panera Bread. So consistently disappointed lately! For example, I got a Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich today. It's a longtime staple of Panera (and was on the menu years ago at Paradise, too). This sandwich and the tuna sandwich used to be something I looked forward to as a healthy meal. Today, the bread is stale at best and the sandwiches hardly have more than a teaspoon of actual meat. Today, I stopped by and tried one of the new lattes. Since when do customers have to get up and get their own order here? Latte was like 40% whipped cream (see picture after I spooned it off). Why do I bother coming back?

A bit overpriced and the ambiance is lacking with lots of dirty tables. Seems cleaning equipment is left out in the open. Overrated food.

The cold cuts were flavorful, the bread was fresh, and the meat to bread ratio was just right since I like more meat than bread. This is an excellent option for a quick lunch, but I would recommend staying to eat if you can. The decor is simple, the space is clean, and there are a few tables available. It does get busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves quickly and is well worth the wait. While the banh mi definitely steals the show, there are plenty of other options on the menu. Their banh cuon, thin rice noodles filled with ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, was good, though still second to the sandwiches. They also offer pate chau, a flaky puff pastry filled with pork pate, including a New Mexico style version with chicken and green chile. They have a variety of Vietnamese desserts like che, which I did not get a chance to try this time. My coworker loved their traditional Vietnamese hot coffee. I do not drink coffee, but I did enjoy one of their smoothies, which was refreshing and delicious. Overall, CODA Bakery is a go to spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors and one of the best places in Albuquerque for banh mi.

I've been going there ever since. A few years ago, they added a bakery. It is chock full of delicious cookies, eclairs, cannolis, and you can even get a wedding cake there. Most recently, I went with some coworkers for lunch and ordered the Bella Mozzarella sandwich. Beautiful, thick slices of fresh mozzarella, loaded with tomatoes and basil. The bread was super fresh, and the potato salad was very flavorful. My coworker got an eclair on our way out. I just had a bite and it was divine. The older gentleman behind the counter was courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is laid-back, and the side wall is covered in shelves that contain imported pasta and various other products from Italy. There's a freezer case filled with premade meals and meat. Over the years I keep going back, about once a year: I've had their sandwiches, their pastries, their pies . . . all kinda "meh" and all priced pretty reasonably but not inexpensively. Sandwiches give you a lot of everything . . . except flavor. Pastries are . . . fine. Pies are . . . fine, and kinda small (and not inexpensive, maybe reaching towards pricey); it's the kinda thing you are willing to pay for in order to bring it to a gathering, only to find almost no one bothers to eat it. And so you don't bother. The cookies are pretty good, actually. (And, yes, I know Italian delis - my Italian grandparents brought me to them in New York when I was a child. However, I'm not judging Tully's against these (as in "it's not as good as Back East"), I'm just saying it never really turns my crank.) Today I had a hot chicken, cheese, onion and pepper sandwich, the Carmela. It was a lot of food. But . . . not a lot of flavor. A whole lot of drippy mess in the bottom of my basket, though: water absolutely sopped through the (completely unmemorable tasting) bread loaf and pooled at the bottom of my basket as I ate in. The potato salad served alongside was fine - like what you'd get at Albertson's. The chicken was tender and . . . essentially without flavor, not even salt. There had clearly been a little marinade (I could sense some oregano and maybe garlic in there) but man could this thing have used about five times as much seasoning and then a healthy dose of a vinegar/garlic/oregano dressing on top of it. Bland. Lots of food in that $17 (almost $25 with tip) sandwich, but not a lot of enjoyment. I've had other Tully's sandwiches (both for here and to-go) that were better, but I can't really recall any of them . . . and I _never_ rush back. Like I said, this is a place I think about ("Hey, I'm right nearby; I should try Tully's again!") about once a year . . . and then, meh. To be fair - I believe that I am pretty out in left field on this take: Tully's is popular and always hopping. Get here early unless you want to stand in line. I only had to wait about three minutes to order, but by the time I left at noon this Friday there was a line to order all the way from the counter to the door. In terms of the room, it's a deli. Reasonably well set out with a decent amount of seating set out well, as well as some outside seating that you might want to try when it's not in the nineties. You order at the counter, pay, go get your own fountain drink (they also have some beer and wine, which they will serve you), find a seat and they'll bring it to you. When you're done, you bus it yourself. Pleasant staff - I don't regret tipping, although they don't do much. (As others have mentioned, if you get a cup of water, Tully's generously gives you a decent sized Solo cup - another plus.) It's fine. If you go, at least get yourself some cookies - they're pretty good.
