    Wrong ingredients and missing dressing

$18 for a small handful of lettuce ingredients I didn't ask for and missing ingredients. The container isn't even full and now they're only giving you one container of dressing check out these despicable images. What has happened to you, Panera? Who hurt you?

Finally got food here again. Drove to pick up my order. It was ready and in a sealed bag. Cool / until I got home and they forgot to put the other half of my order in there. I tried calling to just ask for a partial refund and no one answers the phone. I finally just drove back. I will say the lady at the register was very apologetic and even gave me a free cookie but what I really wanted was to drive there only one time and get the entire meal and eat the entire meal together. I guess my advice is to make sure you check your order before leaving. Chicken bacon rancher was decent. I substituted the ranch for the chipotle aioli.

I typically visit the Panera in Lockport which is consistently good. This was my first experience at the one on transit and maple and was very disappointed. Ordered a salad but the lettuce was wilted, the avocados were black and the bowl was ~2/3 full. Not sure if this was a one off or common theme but not what I'm accustomed to with Panera

Had a gift card and decided to finally use it today. As a fast food chain I'd rather eat here than at one of the fast food burger joints. Today I ordered the soup and salad special. I got the Asian Chicken sesame salad and the broccoli cheddar soup which also came with a French baguette. My husband ordered a tuna salad sandwich. I've always like their broccoli cheddar soup. The salad was nice and crisp with tender pieces of chicken. I liked that the sesame dressing did not overpower the salad. We also got a loaf of their sour dough bread to bring home. 2021-190

Went to Panera before they closed the other night. Honestly, never really had any issues but definitely felt slighted after this. They could've just warned me they didn't have the soup vs charge me full price for this...

When I first came here, I came here in ERROR This place can be scary, but Starbucks is SCARIER Some say it's relaxing, I just felt TERROR But that's what you get when you go to PANERA Ran into McCain (John) and Palin (SARAH) They were running off together to the French RIVIERA But then he dumped her and she cried off her MASCARA And that's just another average day at PANERA WHAT This is the Panera Bread on Transit Road and it's a pretty good one, because it's not always so busy and it has a fire to keep you warm and it tends to stay open later than the other ones during snowstorms which is usually when I end up in Panera Bread because all my other hangouts are kaput. I'm a Panera member but I think their food is nightmarishly horrible, not just bland but awful. If you love Panera food, we can possibly friends but definitely not dining friends. Not in the sense that you can give recommendations to me, anyway. Sorry. I do appreciate their free self-service water and their free Wi-fi (which is sometimes spotty). Their caramel macchiato is good but I'm not a big fan of anything else. I can't give them less than a 3 considering how many times I took refuge from storms inside their warmth. So to speak. And I knew a guy that belonged to all the different sections of the Irish Rebels at the same time. He was Pan-IRA. This has nothing to do with him (although if it did, would that be The Bomb?)

Excellent coffee, wide variety of coffees and teas and soft drinks, high-quality bread and sandwich stuffers and pastries and desserts, free Wi-Fi, what could be bad? We have been coming here for years, about once a month to get paperwork done. They are very tolerant of people who come here to do homework and administrative work. Their Wi-Fi is fast and strong. A manager "Tony" came by personally to make sure everything was OK, and when our only regret was in getting paper coffee cups rather than mugs, he came back with two beautiful mugs. They have an assortment of healthy sides, like apples, as an alternative to chips. The people behind the counter are friendly, they take all kinds of credit and debit cards, they are fast and efficient behind the counter, and of all the Panera's that I have visited, this one is by far our favorite.

The service was quick, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, which made the experience even better. That said, I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem and will definitely be stopping by again!

It's cafeteria style (for now, I'm sure), where you go up, order, pay for your food, then sit at one of the 4 tables. The place is very clean and for now, they have folding chairs, but you will absolutely overlook that when you try the food. It's a small place and I'm sincerely hoping eventually they can expand. And I'll explain why... . As the owner will proudly tell you, they have won awards for their sauce. I'm not in the least bit surprised... it is absolutely scrumptious! It's not like the sauce you find at most places. This is authentic Northern Italian sauce. The flavor is so rich, I could literally drink it from a cup! The meatballs are very flavorful, and the homemade bread... thick and hardy. . I ordered what was a breaded rice ball with a meatball in the middle. They threw in a couple extra meatballs and cut me a huge hunk of bread. My friends all ordered what was a stuffed half loaf of bread and got to choose their own fillings. We were all extremely happy with the food. . Now what makes this special other than the food... the two men who make sure your dining experience is a good one. The owner, once we were finished eating, sat with us at our table and got to know a bit about us. He told us that he also offers cooking lessons with Italian lessons! What a great idea for a group of people to experience. . Please give this little gem a chance. They certainly deserve all the kudos. We all agreed we will be returning soon. .

The combination added the perfect flavor to the dish. I also purchased a bottle of their house made Avacado lime dipping sauce and already tried it on chicken. Very tasty!
