Had breakfast @ the new Panera near Kroger in Beavercreek on Dayton-Xenia this morning. Sad to report the ordering experience and food quality were not to standard. Was not provided an oppty. to input my phone no. toward Panera rewards program, had to ask for coffee cups, and had to ask for the muffin my husband ordered. When food arrived, I was saddened to "not" see or taste avocado in the chipotle chicken avocado breakfast wrap. The flavor was good however the word "avocado" should be removed from the title of the wrap since only a scant green paste could be found. The wrap was sloppily assembled and didn't hold together when I picked it up. Won't be visiting this Panera branch again.

This is actually the best Panera grilled cheese that I have had lately.

Craving broccoli cheddar soup today so I stopped here for a late lunch. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich to go along with my soup and of course a frosted cookie. I really like this location, the food was excellent. Recently I had questioned whether the quality of Panera's food had been slipping. The last three sandwiches I had (at two different locations) were noticeably skimpy on ingredients and the soup didn't seem the same. Even the baked goods I have had recently didn't seem to be the usual quality. However, I am happy to say that everything I ordered today was delicious. Soup: creamy and full of broccoli and other veggies. Grilled cheese on whole grain with red onion and tomato: melted and perfectly toasted. Frosted cookie: fresh and quite tasty. My only issue is that all the tables were dirty when I dined in at 3:00 pm. A pet peeve of mine is walking around the dining room, carrying my food, searching for a clean table. An employee did come out and wipe the tables before I left, so maybe they had experienced a busier lunch than usual.

This location is frequently busy. I feel like I almost always pull into the last empty spot in the parking lot. But if there's a line it always moves fast, which is awesome. I love that Paneras usually have a fireplace in their seating area. Now that the weather is cold, this is exactly what I want when I stop for lunch or dinner. Their bagels stay well-stocked all day. I've never seen them out of a kind I wanted like some other locations. My favorites are the everything bagel and the Asiago bagel!

    Side B -- Paid $4.85 for this.

Updated 6/18/2017 -- Seriously. Worst Panera in the area. Especially with carry-out/rapid pick-up orders. Double check your order before you leave. I cringe any time someone in my family wants to go back. It's always a disappointment. See attached photo. I paid $4.85 for that. ------- They've gotten my order wrong both in store and for rapid pick-up multiple times. I was able to get a free "you pick 2" gift card mailed to my home because of one error though. They were accommodating and friendly. Just wish there hadn't been errors in the first place.

I have a love/hate relationship with Panera. Sometimes I binge on the food here 3-4 times a week for about 6 months, then I want nothing to do with the restaurant for the other 6 months of the year. With new seasonal soup & sandwich options, I can't get enough of Panera this time of year! Let's start with the turkey apple cheddar sandwich...amazing! The sweetness of the apple blends perfectly with the sharpness of the cheddar. It's served on a delicious cranberry bread. I call it Thanksgiving in a sandwich. The butternut squash soup is velvety smooth with a rich earthy flavor - perfect on a cool fall day! You're alright, Panera. I'll see you again tomorrow!

You know I gotta try it out Right next to a gas station, seem like a pretty safe area. I don't know how long this place been here, but walking in feels like the place just got renovated, very clean, and welcoming, one of the girl is not, seem like she just woke up, even tho is 4pm in the afternoon, maybe she got started her shift My server was more friendly, very nice lady I can't remember what my ordered, but you can see it on the menu. Now I don't know is me or because of what it is now in our country, everything seem sooooo expensive You see in my photo, that sandwich is like $17, you can order half sandwich half side, or the full sandwich like mine for the same price, like I said, is 4pm in the afternoon, this is my first meal, so I'm going for the full. Added basket of fries for $4.99 and a cup of soup another $4.99 Food is okay, nothing special. I'm not a big fan, the reason why I'm giving it 5 stars even tho is not up to my standards of taste, that's because of me, everyone taste are different, I'm not going to let what my taste effect my stars rating, the food still good, place is clean, my server is friendly A bit expensive, I walked out of there $30, for a sandwicH, fries and soup, in a tiny little town of Dayton? Well... us not you, is the entire America I guess

When you pick up your order, they open the box so that the customer can approve that the order is what they were expecting. I am so used to pizza toppings being not only scarce, but arranged as if they were shot out of a cannon. As you can see from the picture, not only were the toppings generous, but they were arranged as if it were for a glamor shot on a cooking show. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was tasty with just the right consistency. The sauce and cheese were perfectly proportioned, as were the toppings. This is a locally owned gem, and I highly recommend you give them a try.

First time here…read more.. In a nutshell: don't recommend this location... Lots of workers but all the tables are dirty. Here during lunch and it's not even busy at 12:00-1220 (time I was here). Agree with comments about ordering being confusing. But once you get the hang of it, it's not a big deal. The ice machine was janky and I had a really hard time dispensing ice. Staff just watched as I struggled and when I asked then they proceeded to act... by coming out with a spatula (nasty looking) to turn the ice. I ordered a super sized French dip and they only gave me half a container of au jous. Biggest thing was after half way through my sandwich, they had loaded so much horse radish that my au jous was just a mix of the two. The roast beef was cold. The bread and toppings were fine. The sandwich was long but skinny... I don't feel like they skimped on meat or toppings though. Overall, not recommended.

Friends and I were a little confused about the ordering process (you select a bag that has a menu on it - there are bags for pre-selected and for build your own). I thought I would try their Cheezeburger sandwich cause it look delicious in on the menu. What I got didn't come close in appearance. It tasted OK, but nothing like a burger. I paired it with a Coke and fries. The fries were good! The staff was nice and the place was clean. I felt the prices were a little high, but not too bad. And there are lots of other food options in the general area of this sandwich shop. I'd probably try many other places before returning here.

The counter does not necessarily allow for people to view unless they try and look over to see them cooking but that is neither here nor there. I got a cheesesteak with mayo, onions and mushrooms. It was very good. Tasty and messy. Just the way I enjoy my sandwiches. It is difficult to compare to a Philly cheesesteak because the bread is different. It was tasty though. The food did take awhile to come out. It was to be expected because they are cooking it to order. I did notice that the food sat awaiting to be passed out for long than I felt like it should. The focus was on people paying and not getting the food out. The reasons for my three stars was not the food. It was the start of the process.
