First, let me say I love Panera. I have been to locations all over the U.S and find their food and service to be pretty consistent. My only complaint at this location? Limited parking in this BUSY shopping center. I ate @ this location on a cold day and they have a nice warm fireplace in the eating area that I sat next to. Had a their roast turkey artichoke panini. I LOVE IT... minus the sun dried tomatoes which I leave off. It's Fresh roasted turkey -- not deli slices like some of their other sandwiches -- with a good helping of artichokes. Tried it with their new mac and cheese which I was less impressed with... I think my expectations were too high, mac and cheese is so simple this was more like a "kids" mac n cheese vs. what I would expect on the menu. Overall, clean -- good service and well prepared food. This is a restaurant where the employees seem to care very little about customer service. We had to ask three people to help us and finally the manager was consulted who seemed as apathetic as the others. The cheese danish was like eating cardboard. I took one bite and threw it away. I worked at this location years ago and know that it's a pretty clean and fine place to eat (not that things can't change in 10 years). It is a manager training location so things are usually done by the book. Food wise, you always know what you're going to get when you go into a Panera. It's also nice that whatever bakery items aren't purchased by the end of the night are donated to different charities-- it was sometimes HUGE bags of breads and sweets. Parking is sometimes limited and you end up having to park in a neighboring parking lot. read more

The food is good , it's panera you know what your getting. My problem is they always forget to put something in the to go order. I swear almost every time I order I get back home there something that not there but it's on the receipt and I have to drive back. Compared to other Panera restaurants I have been to, the food quality is great. Wish the same could be said about everything. Unfortunately this location has really bad wait times during the lunch period. Today was the worst I have seen it, they had 4-5 people working registers but only 3 making food. Resulted in no line at the register and a mass of 15-20 people standing for pickup. There were more people standing, waiting for food than those seated and eating. I was shocked to see such a long wait when only half the seats were filled in the restaurant. My personal wait was 25 minutes. I used to see Panera as a great spot for quick lunch, but unfortunately I'll never come back to this location during the lunch rush. read more

Like other 'chain' restaurants, you cannot really differentiate this location from another location except based on Service and Cleanliness. Typically, the food quality and taste will be identical to another Panera. I think they have decent food, but again, you pay a premium. It's not bad food though, and they have healthier options than getting some type of fast food from a burger place. I think their breakfasts (bagels,etc...) are better than their lunches. Their lunches strike me as overpriced. Overall: Decent food, high price, but healthier option. read more

Great service, and all the ladies that works in this location is very nice. Great smile and provided good service to the customer. The place is clean, but need a little more cleaning on the table. I really enjoy the food/drinks at Panera and it's SUPER over priced. Luckily for this location the restaurant next door went out of business so you can park there. During the lunch rush it's packed and parking is at a premium. The lines move fast and the ambiance is good. All that being said I feel like I need to bring a bottle of lube when I go to Panera cause I end up being F-ed over. For example I bought the pick 2, Half a turkey sandwich and a cup of potato soup (not a lot of potatoes in the soup either) NO drink NO cookie or sweet. $10.34 for HALF a sandwich and soup. $10.34 I'm only visiting Panera now with a gift card and a bottle of pur. read more

Food is always great. However not the best experience tonight. Went there to study around 7 pm (they are open until 930) and at 815 the workers started cleaning, getting ready to close. I wouldn't have noticed if they wouldn't have VACUUMED RIGHT NEXT TO MY TABLE and began sitting chairs up. The noise became too distracting and I went home. Not the best atmosphere for somewhere that promotes a work/study environment. I'd understand if it was closer to closing time but over an hour away from closing is a little excessive. read more

The service is terrible. Two cashier's taking orders. One woman trying to pull all of the bagels, pastries and mix special drinks. Ridiculous. Waited 15 minutes for a bagel after I paid. Had to ask someone to refill coffee dispenser as it was empty. Basically 30 minutes of my life wasted. Will never go back. read more

Food is good. Sometimes you have to work with them to verify orders or to fix them. If the took a paper towel and quickly swiped the outside of our soups we wouldn't be cleaning our hands again because they spilled some on the outside. All in all I am a fan though. read more

You really can't go wrong with Panera. Everything here is fresh and tasty. I absolutely love their soups. I have yet to try one that I didn't like. My favorites are the baked potato, chicken noodle, and broccoli cheddar (in that order). My beverage of choice is the green tea. The bagels are always delicious, and they have the best cream cheese too. The new rapid pick up is so convenient and easy to use. Download the app, order your food, and when you get there it's ready to go. No waiting in line! This particular location seems to be a bit busier than others, but they are still quick and efficient. read more

Am I the only person who has trouble with Panera getting my order correct? Every. Single. Time I get food at panera, the order is somehow wrong. Typically it is a matter of leaving an ingredient out on a sandwich or salad, which wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't happen ALL the TIME!! Today, I ordered 2 pick two to go :mediterranean Veg sandwich and the creamy tomato soup I was really disappointed when I got home and opened the carry out bag. The sandwich was actually a quarter size sandwich, and their half soups have gone down in size as well. The soup comes with croutons and they were missing. For the past two months, Panera has been my go-to place for breakfast and lunch.Not so much after today. I ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel, for which I was charged an additional .60 cents. This would have been fine, but there ended up being zero caramel in my latte instead of extra. I used to work at this Panera location. Be kind to the workers as they are under a lot of pressure and stress from their supervisors and many customers. About half of the customers get frustrated when you try to help with their order. I have had worse jobs but almost all (not all) of the supervisors can be passive aggressive and write you up for breaking a new rule, without having warned you that the new rule is serious. There is also not much opportunity to ask questions since if you do, the supervisors or more experienced employees often ridicule you. I am not surprised that I saw many new workers and saw many people quit when I worked there. It is also very loud and I often had a sore throat from working there and people always asked me to repeat myself. The layout of this store is very confusing too and the lines come from both directions, this often wastes time and frustrates both customers and employees. The food is great but management needs to set their priorities straight and be more understanding to their employees, especially the new ones. read more
