I just went there earlier today and got carry out. I got home and started to eat my food. After eating half of my sandwich (bacon turkey bravo) I went to take a large piece of lettuce off my sandwich and there was a black beetle looking bug on the tomato in my sandwich. After almost puking I noticed it was still alive. I called to inform them of what happened and the manager didn't really seem to care. All she said was "oh I'm sorry to hear that." She said she could send me a coupon or something for my next visit. Well there will not be a next visit! Never going there again. I would have probably considered giving them another chance if she would have been a little more concerned about the issue. read more

This is the worst Panera I have been to. Been here twice and both times the service was terrible. A lot of workers standing around and doing nothing both times as the Manager watches and apologizes for the wait. They were not busy, as both visits were off peak hours. read more

Staff was very friendly and polite. Service was a bit slower and perhaps they were understaffed. Ordered a toasted bagel and hot chocolate - got warm milk with caramel and a cold bagel. read more

The server was terrible today around 2: 00 pm. When delivering our meals, he was sloppy, disheveled, rude, dismissive, inept. I thought maybe he was intellectually deficient, but he was just tired, upset, flamboyant, the worst representation for customer to company contact. He accused me of lying about not getting my bagel, when he failed to deliver it. When I went for more dressing, he said "WHAT" I got it myself. He said to the worker, it is time for me to go. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a Panera. We walked in and were the only customers in the building. Placing our order was easy, but once it came to getting our food the service was terrible. There were eight people working making food and it took 15 minutes to get it.. even though we were the ONLY PEOPLE in the building. When we got our food it was cold and didn't taste that good. While we were eating the people behind the counter were being really loud and obnoxious talking about throwing up. It was very unprofessional. read more

Order tomato bisque soup and a four cheese grilled sandwich. The soup was great and hot! The grilled cheese wasn't grilled long enough. The bread just looked yellow and was soggy. Average meal, nothing to rave about. read more

Service was slow at this location. There were 5 people waiting in line at 10am, and not a single worker was in a rush to take an order. The food came out sloppily made. They say you eat with your eyes, and the presentation made my food taste awful... Or maybe it was the service. I usually don't go to this location so I'm sort of new to this store, but the last few times I've been here it's been pretty disappointing. Let me just start out by saying that, each of the cashiers that I've talked to have always misheard my order,and I totally understand with the masks, it's difficult to hear. But, they should read off orders back to customers before finalizing the order, because today I wanted to order a Chipotle Chicken and Bacon flatbread, but he put it down as a Chipotle Bacon melt. And as I waited for my order, it took about 10 minutes to be finished, and no one, not even the managers said a word to me as I stood there (and I say this because what if I were waiting to speak to someone, or waiting for a rapid-pickup, but didn't know where to pick that order up at). Anyway, after about 12 minutes they gave me my order. And once I told them it was supposed to be a FB, they acknowledged that instantly, but it took about 3 people to acknowledge that something was wrong before actually doing something about it. And when they finally gave finished my order, and I got to my car, I noticed that the Pizza was totally messed up. The pizza was uncut, Chipotle sauce didn't cover not even half of the pizza, there wasn't cheese covering the whole flatbread, nor was there any bacon, and the tomatoes were all piled onto one side of the flatbread. The line was short and moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and attentive. The order was delivered to our table quickly and accurately. The food was fresh and delicious. Our picky kid didn't touch their sandwich because of the fancy bread and the staff made a new sandwich on plain white bread without hesitation and didn't charge us. This is my go-to Panera. Close to my house and work, it's convenient. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was unpleasant. The cashier was very helpful explaining what they still had in stock and had no problem answering questions. After placing my order I waited for 20 minutes before my name was called. The workers behind the counter were walking at a snails pace to get orders accomplished (including the 3 orders that were before mine). Two ladies had to call their attention just to get some silverware and boxes and the worker acted like it was the end of the world. On top of this, once I received my order, I had to listen to a worker complain about how he has worked one extra hour than scheduled. They are more concerned with taking your money, than having any coffee ready. Today 3 out of 4 coffee pots were empty. Staff had to be told, several times, that they were out of coffee. We will NOT be going back. Had to eat our breakfast sandwiches without coffee. Over 20 minutes without coffee. read more

A friend brought me a carry out chicken Caesar salad and broc cheddar soup from this Panera for lunch today. Once I reheated it, the soup was ok but not good like it used to be. The lettuce was old so I never even touched it but I tried a bite of the cold chicken. Whatever seasoning was on it is horrible. They gave me such a microscopic squirt of salad dressing they shouldn't have bothered. I pitched the salad. Forced myself to eat the soup and the rock hard bread. I see I made the right choice when I quit eating at Panera years ago. read more

Just came to Panera in Brighton. A week ago I had stopped into a Panera for a cup of coffee. The person behind the counter told me I had earned a free espresso drink that would expire in about three weeks. When I asked about it this morning, the woman ringing me up told me there was no record of this drink. I went on-line to My Panera, and the site is useless. Unlike any other customer incentive programs, it doesn't record points, provide any sort of record to describe how points were derived or used. The woman was rude and told me she could only do what the computer tells her...somebody who is running the computers is ruining the reputation of this company. I will never be back. read more

Forgot to include a main item on my sandwich. Slow service and didn't call my name when order was finished. Bread was stale and crust was burned. Also, please remove the prompt to add a tip when paying. Counter staff are not waitstaff dependent on tips and are paid full wages. If after I'm served exceptionally, I'll certainty give them a tip for going above and beyond but not before I'm even served. read more

I was there Sunday afternoon and overheard a young female and male employee saying horrible things to and about the customers eating there. Myself and 5 other patrons witnessed the whole thing and this was totally uncalled for on behalf of Panera. Personally I have felt the staff at this Green Oak store are less than warm and inviting and trying to find a clean table is a challenge. However, the food was predictable. Simple order took a long time and they were not that busy. I can see why now. I have been to other Panera locations that much more customer friendly. read more

I love Panera as much as the next person, but my recent visit at this location left much to be desired. I took my Dad here for lunch since he has never been to a Panera. There was no line, and he felt a little overwhelmed by the menu, so he was taking his time. The cashiers were very pushy in trying to hurry him, and were very short when he asked any questions. They really need to work on their customer service. God forbid you have to answer questions about your sandwiches--That's part of your job! Our order was also messed up, and I noticed the two orders waiting before us were also incorrect. Probably wouldn't go to this location again. read more

I had the Italian combo sandwich today and it was very good as usual. I also got chicken noodle soup which is also usually very good. not so good Today the soup was not very warm and there were not very many noodles. I will cut um slack today. Love the food, but this restaurant is filthy. Baskets over flowing in bathroom, no toilet paper often, and carpet is so dirty and full of crumbs. Sit in a booth and where it butts up to the wall and there are food crumbs everywhere. It is so gross that it has promoted me to finally speak up and say something . Someone needs to take charge of this issue ...as otherwise I would recommend this place as food is great! That is if you can indulge without being bothered by filth! read more

If you are planning to meet someone here and access wifi, you are advised to go elsewhere. Their wifi is insufferable, even at non-peak hours (mid-afternoon, for example). Since the overpriced food can hardly be a drawing card, the fact that their internet service makes it impossible to connect, Panera Bread in Brighton is the last place to go. read more
