Another Panera location today, this time in La Quinta. I really like Panera, some healthier options and a nice place to relax or work. Was working in the area, took advantage of my Sip Club membership to get a nice cold drink. I highly recommend you joining the Sip Club, well worth the money to get unlimited drinks every two hours everyday. I travel a lot, so it is excellent for me. This location is right off highway 111, large parking lot, patio seating as well as a large amount of indoor seating. This locations looks new, inside is a new concept from almost any other Panera I have been to. The decor is similar, but this locations looks new is a wide open space, nothing breaking it up, which I like how open and airy it is. Very clean inside and lots of employees ready to help with your order. You can use the app, which I always do and recommend or you can order at the counter or on the kiosks inside. They also have a drive thru at this location. Many options for you. Enjoy!

Amazing lunch and service! I stopped in today for lunch after moving to La Quinta recently-- I hadn't been to a Panera in years. Was I wrong! I had their cream of chicken and wild rice soup-- it was a 10. I had a half sandwich of turkey and cheddar on sour dough and it was delicious!! I was warmly greeted by Manager Tony who advised me on the menu and was so customer focused and friendly. Between Tony's professional demeanor and the awesome food-- this place deserves a 10 Star rating if it were possible. I found a go to place this winter for soup and incredible Chili( Tony offered me a sample of the Chili-- without me asking-- that's called customer service! Just a fantastic experience and will be back multiple times a week. Thank you to Tony--And your team-- particularly ROSA who was warm and welcoming!!

Not one strawberry on the strawberry salad, go figure!

Decided to order the strawberry salad. I ordered online which is always convenient. This was my first time walking into the new location and it looks very nice. I walked toward the rapid pick up since I had a notification that my order was ready. My order was not on the rapid pick up shelf. I had to ask & it was sitting on the window with a baguette just tossed on top & the bag wide open. I get home & open the salad. Not one strawberry in site, I kid you not. It is after all called a strawberry salad, I don't understand why employees won't contact you to let you know that they are in fact out of strawberries if that was the case to see if you would like to order something else. No one gives you that courtesy anymore at least not Panera. I won't be back anytime soon. A new store & nice layout won't make up for poor customer service!

Excellent place for coffee and cookies and fresh food. A little clean up of the outside would really help guys. Save the environment by turning off the lights that are on 24/7

This is how they gave us our dozen macaroons! Disgusting and we deserve better as consumers!

I rarely take the time to do this. We are daily customers and the quality of service and food is unbelievably disappointing! We purchased a dozen macaroons and they double charged our account so we paid $40 instead of $20. They told us sorry you probably did get double charged? Where is the Customer Service! Then the cookie wasn't even dipped in chocolate at the bottom so when they took them back to do it they didn't let it set so they put them in a box. They're rolling around chocolate all over the box. How am I supposed to bring this to an event!! Poor Customer Service, poor quality, bakery, food, and poor management! The manager should have apologized and given us another dozen and taken off the double charge on our account! I just tried to call and asked for the general manager. They don't know when he's coming in.

Food is good, customer service needs work, they had no cashier and relied on the self service computers. The ambiance needs work too, the seats were hard.

It clearly caters to a sophisticated crowd--very similar in vibe to their Calabasas location. While parking is accessible in the rear, it can get congested during peak season. The menu is extensive with plenty of excellent selections, though the pricing is definitely premium. For instance, a Cobb salad topped with fish can easily exceed $45; while the quality is high, that's a significant jump over nearby staples like Daily Grill. Service was friendly but lacked consistency; our server disappeared mid-meal without a hand-off, requiring us to flag down other staff. Overall, it's a bright, airy, and stylish spot well worth a visit, provided you're prepared for the 'luxury' price point.

The crepe wrap had this perfectly crisp netting surrounding the outer layer of the crepe. It completely won me over with the first bite as I'm someone that enjoys crispy and crunchy textures in my food. Everything down to the chicken, the fillings, and the crepe itself were just delicious. I came as a party of 3 and for the first half of our eating experience we were eating in complete silence because of how good our wraps tasted. That itself should be a testament to how great this place is. As an added plus, they had a water station & great music to vibe with. The contents can be a bit heavy though so if you're looking for a light breakfast, sharing one crepe wrap amongst two would be the way to go. Towards the end of my crepe I noticed that I was slowing down because of how heavy the flavor profiles were, so having something to contrast that, like a lighter side dish, would've been nice.

You might call it "hidden," though, because it is such a small, unassuming kind of place. You might walk right past it, if you're deep in conversation. The Tomato Basil Bruschetta was, without doubt, the best one I've ever had. We loved the Chicken Curry and French Dip sandwiches. The wine list was concise, but well selected. Instead, she bit into a sharp chicken bone hidden in the salad--something that absolutely should never happen. This wasn't a small, soft fragment either; it was sharp enough to cause immediate, severe pain and pierced her gums. This is not just a minor oversight--it's a major failure in basic food safety and kitchen preparation. There is no excuse for serving food in this condition, especially something as simple as a salad. We trusted this restaurant to provide a safe meal, and that trust was completely broken. What makes this even worse is that the situation could have been far more dangerous. If swallowed, this could have led to choking or internal injury. No customer should ever have to worry about that when ordering a salad. I strongly urge the restaurant to take a hard look at their food prep standards and quality control, because this is unacceptable. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
