It's in the same busy parking lot as Safeway and McDonald's but it's more on the opposite side, so I never realized it was in the same lot. Plenty of parking, at least. When I entered, the restaurant had plenty of seating but only a few tables occupied, which made me wonder why they didn't answer their phone.. I know I'm being petty over a few dollars but I just want to get bang for my buck. The inside looked nice and cozy, and I think would be a lovely place to enjoy a bowl of pho on an outcast/rainy day otherwise (if I didn't just want to go straight home lol). I was instantly greeted by a friendly employee that asked if I had a takeout order and escorted me over to a small table, where it was already neatly bagged and ready for me to retrieve. Now, the FOOD. I will say, it was absolutely delicious! Everything was organized and packaged well, so nothing spilled on the ride home. The pho was a good temperature: hot enough to cook the steak, but not overpowering enough to burn your mouth. The regular size still provides ample portions, so both my kiddo and I ate half for lunch, and our other half for dinner. I specifically asked for no beans sprouts with my order, so I do like that they provided enough for my son while still following my instructions. I am not too picky about my pho broth, but I can at least say, the broth here was not watered down. If anything, it might pack too much flavor and might deter some customers, but for me, it was savory and divine! I still had to add my obligatory hoisin and Sriracha sauces, so it might not be the healthiest, but i don't care, I slurped up everything! I usually post images of my food on social media [stories], and actually had a friend ask what the soup was because it looks really good. Some people have a finer palette for "good" Pho but for me, pho is pho as long as it is flavorful and there's a fair amount of MEAT! They offer moderate portions here so I can't complain, and everything was satisfying enough when eaten with the broth. 4 stars because they didn't answer the phone but my son and I devoured everything, so we can at least advocate that the pho is worth it! I'd recommend trying out this restaurant at least, especially if you consider yourself a pho connoisseur (or even a newbie to pho!).

We genuinely enjoy the food, atmosphere, and service, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated, exactly as the host advised. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, both of which arrived within a reasonable timeframe. From the time we sat down until we received our drinks and appetizer was roughly 15 minutes. After that, however, the experience quickly deteriorated. It took another 15 minutes or more before our server returned to take our entrée orders. The server apologized for the delay, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the delays only became worse. We then waited approximately 45 additional minutes for our main entrées, nobody checked in on our table. By the time the food arrived, our patience had run out and what should have been a special Father's Day meal had become frustrating and exhausting. I immediately asked for the bill and boxes. To make matters worse, not all of our food was delivered at the same time. We continued waiting for our pizza, and when it finally arrived, the center was soggy, undercooked, and literally falling apart. At that point, we chose not to send it back because we simply wanted to leave and salvage what remained of our family's celebration. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and leadership throughout the entire experience. When I asked why service had been so slow, our server explained that several employees had called out. While staffing shortages can happen and are understandable, the responsibility for managing those situations falls on leadership, not on the frontline staff. The restaurant did removed our appetizer from the bill and provided two burger vouchers, but that does not address the larger issue. Despite obvious service issues throughout the restaurant, no manager ever came to our table to explain the delays, apologize for the experience, or demonstrate any concern for my family who was being affected. The only acknowledgment we received was from our server even though she didn't check on us or give us updates on our food. The real failure here was not the staffing shortage itself--it was the management response to it. If leadership knew they were significantly understaffed, guests should have been informed before being seated or before placing orders. A simple announcement from the host explaining that food service was running substantially behind would have allowed customers to make an informed decision about whether to stay or dine elsewhere. Instead, my family was left waiting without information, while expectations remained unchanged. What made the situation even more confusing was watching a larger party seated after us receive their food, eat, and leave before our entrées were ever served. That only reinforced the perception that the restaurant was not effectively managing its operations during the shift or worse, our family was less important than other families seated there which would be heartbreaking if it were true. This is directed at the leadership team that failed to properly support an obviously understaffed staff and failed to communicate honestly with its customers. And making my family feel very less important than others. I have always enjoyed The RAM and hope this was an isolated incident. However, on one of the busiest dining days of the year, management's lack of preparation, communication, and customer care turned what should have been a memorable Father's Day celebration into a disappointing experience.

The room was not what you might imagine when you think of ramen. It was somewhere between a teriyaki place and a sandwich shop. The building was full of businesses and the room belonged to the building. There was nothing wrong with that. A man does not need much from a room when he has a good bowl in front of him. The waitresses understand this. They come by often. They look at the table and see what is needed. Water. Another thing. Anything that is not quite right. They take care of it. That matters. While this place might be a little more expensive than Panda, I think the higher quality of the chicken absolutely makes it worth it! I got here around 5pm on a Monday and I ordered right away and they had the food out in about 10 minutes. If I eat here again I'd probably ask for the sauce on the side so I could choose how much to put on it but I was thoroughly impressed and I enjoyed my meal a lot. And I was really glad I could sub out the white rice for steamed veggies. Next time I've got a craving for chicken teriyaki I'd definitely choose this spot over Panda. I guess I'll have to try their orange chicken next time to see how it measures up. But great tasting food and hefty portions, 5/5!
