Food was warm and prompt. Friendly service with a smile. Spacious clean environment. Lots to choose from. I'll be back.

I just ate at Panera bread yesterday and this is what I received for over $20 refer to picture. It was a tiny half sandwich which you could actually say it's a quarter of a sandwich and their so called bowl of soup is just a cup of soup. All that for $21 that's a bunch of crap. And don't let the picture fool you it's small the apple is tiny the sandwich is small and the "bowl"of soup is just a cup definitely not worth $21

Small servings and painfully slow! Do not try and walk into this place and expect to place an order at the counter in less than 10 minutes if there are three or more people in front of you. I typically always order their chicken frontega sandwich, which has good flavor, in my opinion, but always light on the chicken. Today I tried their new southwest chicken melt sandwich because the picture looked so good. The flavor was good, but true-to-form, there was almost no chicken on the sandwich. I know I should have said something, but I just don't have the time to wait for them to make my food a second time. See if you can spot the difference in these two pictures. Mine was obviously a half sandwich. I did not realize that meant half a sandwich with half the chicken.

Well, to begin with both sandwiches I ordered they didn't have the correct meat for one (they didn't have roasted Turkey) The Second sandwich didn't have Gouda cheese for the other one. For what a loti made they are skimpy on the meat.(big time) place was clean. The service was ok.. felt as though being rushed when ordering You would think it being a new item they would have the correct items... there is barely any chicken on this sandwich, and hardly any of the cheese that I had to substitute which was feta. Food was dry . Needless to say, Panera was not a good choice and would not recommend.. just went to their website and took their picture of their sandwich. Looks like I'm missing some things on mine.

You know it's not a bad place to come over for a hot cup of coffee and some lunch. In my opinion, it's not really good for hot breakfast items (except maybe for its soufflés). It is though.. good for variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Best to try the "pick-two" If this place is new for you. Also their Panera Plus program isn't bad... but you'd have to be a frequent customer that likes their coffee (alot) to make it worth the monthly fee. Also, the service is relatively slow... so make sure you have your patience hat on!

We've been loyal customers since 2018 and have spent a lot of money supporting this restaurant over the years, which made this experience even more frustrating. The service was noticeably poor from the start. Our waitress rarely checked on our table, and throughout the evening we were never offered drink refills. We had to go out of our way to get attention whenever we needed something. For a large birthday gathering, we expected much better customer service. What really stood out was that a toddler at our table was asked to turn down their tablet. Under normal circumstances that might be understandable, but this was taking place in a restaurant hosting karaoke with loud music and the usual busy restaurant noise. It felt unnecessary and inconsistent given the environment. As long-time customers, we left feeling unwelcome and overlooked. We understand that restaurants have busy nights, but basic customer service, attentiveness, and common sense should still be expected. Sadly, this experience has caused us to reconsider whether we'll be returning in the future. Seemed like Karen behavior coming from the manager looking like a chola. Very disappointed.

I ordered takeout here on a Sunday afternoon through Doordash Pickup for my first visit. I called…read moretwice over the phone, hoping to place an order through this method, but no one answered; went straight to voicemail both times. Just a bit frustrating since I know Doordash charges more.. I also didn't want to place the order at the restaurant because I was so hungry and wanted to grab & go :( I was really craving pho and I liked their menu, so I took the chance and ordered both a regular-sized Meatball Pho (pho bo vien) and their Pho with Steak/Flank/Tendon/Fatty, which seems to be their "pho dac viet." On their menu, the price is listed as $15.99 for a Regular size and $17.99 for a Large. I paid $17.99 for each through Doordash for the regular-size, excluding the almost $4 of tax and bag fee.. Thankfully, I live nearby, so it was just a few minutes to drive over. It's in the same busy parking lot as Safeway and McDonald's but it's more on the opposite side, so I never realized it was in the same lot. Plenty of parking, at least. When I entered, the restaurant had plenty of seating but only a few tables occupied, which made me wonder why they didn't answer their phone.. I know I'm being petty over a few dollars but I just want to get bang for my buck. The inside looked nice and cozy, and I think would be a lovely place to enjoy a bowl of pho on an outcast/rainy day otherwise (if I didn't just want to go straight home lol). I was instantly greeted by a friendly employee that asked if I had a takeout order and escorted me over to a small table, where it was already neatly bagged and ready for me to retrieve. Now, the FOOD. I will say, it was absolutely delicious! Everything was organized and packaged well, so nothing spilled on the ride home. The pho was a good temperature: hot enough to cook the steak, but not overpowering enough to burn your mouth. The regular size still provides ample portions, so both my kiddo and I ate half for lunch, and our other half for dinner. I specifically asked for no beans sprouts with my order, so I do like that they provided enough for my son while still following my instructions. I am not too picky about my pho broth, but I can at least say, the broth here was not watered down. If anything, it might pack too much flavor and might deter some customers, but for me, it was savory and divine! I still had to add my obligatory hoisin and Sriracha sauces, so it might not be the healthiest, but i don't care, I slurped up everything! I usually post images of my food on social media [stories], and actually had a friend ask what the soup was because it looks really good. Some people have a finer palette for "good" Pho but for me, pho is pho as long as it is flavorful and there's a fair amount of MEAT! They offer moderate portions here so I can't complain, and everything was satisfying enough when eaten with the broth. 4 stars because they didn't answer the phone but my son and I devoured everything, so we can at least advocate that the pho is worth it! I'd recommend trying out this restaurant at least, especially if you consider yourself a pho connoisseur (or even a newbie to pho!).

We have been loyal customers of The RAM since 2019 and regularly visit the Lake Stevens and Marysville locations. We genuinely enjoy the food, atmosphere, and service, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated, exactly as the host advised. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, both of which arrived within a reasonable timeframe. From the time we sat down until we received our drinks and appetizer was roughly 15 minutes. After that, however, the experience quickly deteriorated. It took another 15 minutes or more before our server returned to take our entrée orders. The server apologized for the delay, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the delays only became worse. We then waited approximately 45 additional minutes for our main entrées, nobody checked in on our table. By the time the food arrived, our patience had run out and what should have been a special Father's Day meal had become frustrating and exhausting. I immediately asked for the bill and boxes. To make matters worse, not all of our food was delivered at the same time. We continued waiting for our pizza, and when it finally arrived, the center was soggy, undercooked, and literally falling apart. At that point, we chose not to send it back because we simply wanted to leave and salvage what remained of our family's celebration. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and leadership throughout the entire experience. When I asked why service had been so slow, our server explained that several employees had called out. While staffing shortages can happen and are understandable, the responsibility for managing those situations falls on leadership, not on the frontline staff. The restaurant did removed our appetizer from the bill and provided two burger vouchers, but that does not address the larger issue. Despite obvious service issues throughout the restaurant, no manager ever came to our table to explain the delays, apologize for the experience, or demonstrate any concern for my family who was being affected. The only acknowledgment we received was from our server even though she didn't check on us or give us updates on our food. The real failure here was not the staffing shortage itself--it was the management response to it. If leadership knew they were significantly understaffed, guests should have been informed before being seated or before placing orders. A simple announcement from the host explaining that food service was running substantially behind would have allowed customers to make an informed decision about whether to stay or dine elsewhere. Instead, my family was left waiting without information, while expectations remained unchanged. What made the situation even more confusing was watching a larger party seated after us receive their food, eat, and leave before our entrées were ever served. That only reinforced the perception that the restaurant was not effectively managing its operations during the shift or worse, our family was less important than other families seated there which would be heartbreaking if it were true. This is directed at the leadership team that failed to properly support an obviously understaffed staff and failed to communicate honestly with its customers. And making my family feel very less important than others. I have always enjoyed The RAM and hope this was an isolated incident. However, on one of the busiest dining days of the year, management's lack of preparation, communication, and customer care turned what should have been a memorable Father's Day celebration into a disappointing experience.

I get the same thing every single time...the chicken yellow curry, which they call "My Woman Curry." I still find the name hilarious and interesting! I always order a spice level 3, and for someone who loves spicy food, it's exactly what I want. It's spicy enough to have a kick but still packed with flavor. Not the kind of spicy that just burns your face off and overpowers everything else! My sister-in-law got the duck curry, which she absolutely LOVES, and she ordered a level 2 spice, which she says is perfect for her. Sean got the same curry as me, and our daughter got the beef Pad Thai with a level 3 spice. For an appetizer, we shared the chicken satay with peanut sauce and the cucumber salad that comes alongside it. That cucumber salad is so good! It has a delicious marinade that pairs perfectly with the spicy food and gives you that cool, refreshing bite in between. With the exception of my most recent visit for dinner on 7/10/26, the tenders were big, well-seasoned, juicy and crispy. I was disappointed on the last visit. The tenders were much smaller, were overcooked, and dry. I hope this was a one-off, because I would hate to see the food quality go downhill. The fries - the hand-cut, perfectly cooked and seasoned fries are amazing. The servings are huge, and the fries are hot & crispy. They serve the best fries I've tasted. The condiments - I love the condiment bar! They offer a wide variety of sweet, savory, spicy dipping sauces which you pump into serving cups and come back for more!
