Izzy loves the Asiago cheese bagels!

Great service, very friendly, helpful, and courteous. They are so gracious from the manager on down. Great coffee, bagels, soufflé etc.

I don't usually go to any Panera cafes unless it's really on my mind or the only place around mainly because I don't eat breakfast snacks or have coffee outside of home or office usually. Outside of their delicious sandwiches, soup and scones, I am not much familiar with Panera's menu. Can't remember when I last had any of that. Anyway, I came here to kill time while getting my car fixed. I was hungry. This place was semi busy. They had their staff attending to the customers as the customers came. I took a while to decide what I wanted as I was thoroughly browsing though their menu to decide what I exactly wanted. I decided on their new Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich on brioche bun and a medium hazelnut coffee. The sandwich came with the option of three sauce choices. Sweet Maple, Chipotle (something) or Basil Pesto. I went with Basil Pesto. The order processing took a little bit longer than usual as the cashier had some trouble inputting my request. But there was no problem. Once I got my cup for coffee, I went for their hazelnut pot but it was empty. The other coffee pots were either super low or empty as well. A gentleman before me tried to get the hazelnut coffee but the pot hadn't been refilled. He said, it has been out for about ten minutes. He then informed the manager to refill it and the other pots to which the manager got to right away. I didn't have problem with it as I didn't have to wait long or anything. However, the staff should have checked the pots given how busy it was in the cafe. My sandwich was ready just a few minutes later. It was prepared with the bacon missing on it. I informed the staff member behind the counter right away and they added the bacon right away and apologized for it. Okay, no problem! The sandwich looked fine but it was on the small side. Although, I think it's probably the standard size anywhere else you go to such places. It tasted good. I liked the Vermont white cheddar cheese the most. The bacon wasn't hot but it wasn't over or under cooked. So that's fine. The bun was soft and had griddle marks which I liked. The coffee was just okay/ average in taste. Nothing special. It had a mild hazelnut flavor and kinda tasted a bit watered down. Overall, I felt that the food and service were average (as in just the norm of any such places on a busy morning). Nothing bad or extra ordinarily good. I would go back to any Panera when in the mood for their sandwiches and soups (and maybe scones) but that's about it.

    Not enough dressing!

Seriously Panera? How can I enjoy a salad when you barely fill the TINY dressing cups half way?!

    Kids love it!

Stayed true and got a classic with provolone. I had one of these twenty years ago in Philadelphia proper and I will say this is the best I've had since. The Classic is a truly yummy sandwich. The melted mix of meat, cheese, and onions is outstanding. The bread was soft and held the sandwich together nicely. Excellent. The fries are really good and you absolutely need these. Next time won't be first time and I'll plan my meal and errand schedules better. I'm planning on working top to bottom on the menu.

We tried a couple sandwiches and WOW... the flavor is next level The steak is juicy, perfectly seasoned, and piled high, the bread is soft with that perfect bite, and everything just comes together so well. You can tell they really care about doing it right. Hands down one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've had around here--no question On top of that, the owner is an awesome guy Super friendly, welcoming, and you can tell he takes pride in the place. That kind of energy makes the experience even better. Great food, great vibes, great people. Highly recommend checking this spot out

The ambiance is nice, calm and decorated for Valentine's Day which made me smile. It was light and airy, the decor and vibe I got was similar to a Corner Bakery (R.I.P) and Panera Bread. When we go the counter, the cashier was super nice and we explained to her that it was our first time here and she was kind enough to give us some time to look through the menu. My bf ended ordering a BLT sandwich with avocado and then the chicken dumpling soup on the side. I ended up ordering a New Yorker sandwich with the Kickin Crab Chowder soup on the side. Since we were dining in, we chose a booth and the cashier said that our food would be brought to the table when ready which we were fine with. In a matter of moments, they brought the food out. My bf's BLT looked like a typical BLT but we knew where the action laid is if the bacon was crunchy because (....iykyk...). As soon as he bit into it, (drum roll), the bacon was soggy which brought the whole taste of the sandwich down. As bright and fresh as the sandwich looked, the soggy bacon was a no go. My bf was disappointed as was I but he was hungry so he ate the entire sandwich. As far as the soup went, my bf said it was bland which neither more salt or more pepper could save. As for me, my soup was way too salty and just tasted...off. When I think of seafood and chowder, I think thick and flavorful, this was neither. As a fellow seafood lover, it was almost too salty and then too fishy (...never thought I'd ever say that). Same goes for my sandwich. Although piled high with pastrami and corned beef, I wasn't too much a fan of the taste of the bread or the meat. The pastrami was peppered with too much pepper and then the corn beef just didn't taste fresh. We ended our meal with the Godiva chocolate cheesecake and that was the hit of our meal. Rich, succulent and tasty...it was absolutely delicious! Overall, I wasn't too much impressed with the food. It is a bit steep in price but I mean hey! You never know what like and don't like if you don't try. Maybe one day we'll come back and try some other sandwiches but I don't think it will be anytime soon.

It was served on rye bread with a pickle, and I asked for a small potato salad. Food was flavorful and filling. The corned beef was good, but they asked me if I wanted it on Rye or a roll and I asked for Rye. Unfortunately, I took it to go so by the time I got home and realized it was on white bread, which in all my years I've never had a corned beef sandwich on white bread. The sandwich I got looked nothing like the sandwiches on their website. The website shows large portions of corned beef, and other meats, that was far from what I got. I usually enjoy having half the sandwich now and half the sandwich for another meal. Let's just say I ate the corned beef!! I ordered a side of coleslaw and had two bites of it and realized it may have been sitting too long. It was definitely not coleslaw that I am accustomed to from a deli. Overall, the service was fabulous. The people there are very nice, but this sandwich shop is expensive and doesn't really give you what you are expecting.
