Women's' restroom. My husband said the men's was just as bad.

Restrooms are filthy and floor is always wet. I've been to this Panera at least once or twice a year since 2022. My Dad always wants to get a sandwich and this is a half way point during travel. But the restrooms have always been filthy, and often times the tables and carpet have food crumbs all over. I keep thinking that the next time it will be better, but I've clearly been proven wrong. I now wonder if the kitchen is clean?! I will need to find a new place to stop during travel.

Baguette looks like someone bit into it small size

I picked the order up thru the drive thru, it was an online order thru their app.. The bag was as light as a feather as if it was empty. So I opened it and the sandwich & called the swing manager Kayla to the window. She was rude & said the salad was measured. It wasn't a cup lol 4 bites & here's the chicken & oecans? I had just bought the same pick 2 on day shift for work last week it was fine. She didn't even offer a remake & would not refund said to cancel it on the app. There was nowhere to cancel the order on the app.. She was rude & unprofepecans? & snotty!. Corporate was closed but I did upload pics with my information & I took them in ny car as I opened the salad & sandwich.. Monday morning Im going to follow up with corporate & upload the pics again if necessary. Almost $20 for a sandwich that's looks like it came out of the garbage S*** that was awfu] & landed in the garbage! I dont even make that an hour for pay. What a waste of money! That food was unacceptable. Money is hard to come by these days and this food & rudeness is totally unprofessional & unacceptable! I guess she thought bc Im a senior in my 70s she would feed me S*** and get away with it! Very disrespectful swing manager.

I placed my lunch order online so I could grab and go. The establishment has a tricky entrance. When I was pulling in someone was backing out and I had to wait half in the parking lot and half in traffic until they were done. Pulled in and parked. When I went in I noticed the entrance was not very clean but we did just have a snow storm a couple of weeks back soanybe it was from that. I went to grab my food and it was not in the to go cubby. I waited in line to ask the status on my order and was told that it was most likely done just not brought up yet and was directed to go back and check. I went and my bag was sitting on the counter with my receipt and name staled to the front so without checking with anyone I just took it and left. Everything I ordered was there and made to the way it was advertised. The staff was pleasant to speak with. I just think it was lunch rush, and busy. Only suggestion would be to clean the restroom and the front entrance. But again I think it was just due to the time of year. I would go back!

I would think Chx means chicken...

Good variety of food. Service was rapid. The ambience was typical fast, food, clean, efficient, but ample seating.

Nice enough, clean enough, almost staffed enough, but $17 for a Pepsi and a turkey sandwich... Enough! Not a great value here.

Disorganized, dirty and poorly run. Avoid! Either this is a bad Panara or Panara has gone down hill. The bagels are still good though...

The everything lox bagel was very chewy and scrumptious, with yummy garnishes of tomato, cucumber, and spices alongside a velvety blanket of salmon. I took one sip of my friends draft latte vanilla and ascended: the la colombe brews do not disappoint! I ended up choosing a protein collagen mushroom Latte but Fourth of July specialized, called Rosie the riveter! It was quite sweet but also delicious, but my friends draft Latte was yummier by a little bit. So so so good. Shoutout lakeshore cafe fr

The Coffee Has Potential. The Attitude Does Not…read more Let me set the scene: I walked in happy, wallet open, ready to support local. Bought a latte and three greeting cards. Three. GREETING. CARDS. You know, the things you buy when you care about people? The irony was lost on whoever was behind the counter. No "thank you." No smile. Just a full serving of stanky attitude with a side of complete indifference -- and I didn't even order that. They've got 444 on the door. Angel numbers. Protection energy. Good vibes literally bolted to the building. And somehow none of it made it past the front entrance. I've given this place multiple chances because I believe in supporting local businesses. This is me believing in something for the last time. To the owner: I genuinely hope you're not the person I keep encountering behind the register. If you are -- bless your heart. If you're not -- you may want to pop in unannounced one day. Bring a secret shopper. Bring a therapist. Bring snacks. Whatever it takes. The latte was fine. The cards were cute. The experience? Starbucks doesn't have angel numbers on the door, but at least they say thank you. I'm out. Peace.

I ordered the White Fish dish and my wife had Tortellini with vodka sauce with added sausage crumbles. Both dishes were incredible and I'd strongly recommend. Now for the downside and the reason for only rating 4 stars. Prior to dinner we split a Zsa Zsa Salad. The menu describes this as having poached shrimp, asparagus bits, bacon, avocado, tomato with a Balsamic Vinaigrette. For some reason the shrimp decided to leave the plate before we got it. Without the shrimp, the salad was boring and pretty much flavorless. We would have liked it better had they used Romaine rather then the foliage we all used to discard before serving. We asked the Bartender about the missing shrimp and she put in an order for a side of shrimp. The side arrived after we had pretty much finished with the salad. Not complaining because we ate the shrimp as it was the best part. The surprise came when we received the bill which contained the $19.00 charge for the salad as well as a $10.00 charge for the side of shrimp. I pointed that out and it was promptly removed. In summary, I'd suggest a hard pass on this menu item. Not to leave this review on a sour note, we love Cafe Farina and as previously mentioned the entrees were both fantastic. As a side note, we tried their privately labeled Farina Valpolicella Red. Moderately priced and well worth it's $56.00 price. We will order that again.

I really enjoyed my lox bagel and thought it was one of the best I've had!! The flavors were nicely balanced with the onion, capers, cream cheese and lox. I was able to eat it easily and get a little piece of everything in each bite. The bagels seem smaller than average, but who needs giant bagels anyway? I found these to be reasonably sized. Big overstuffed bagels that fall apart while you eat them - lox sliding all over the place - are really annoying. These were satisfying without making you feel gross after. The coffee selection exceeded our expectations. We shared a chemex for 2. They had a few single origin coffees to choose from and we had their pink bourbon Columbian. We enjoyed our coffee and bagels outside in their seating area and this was once of my favorite parts of our trip! We didn't have to wait too long, but as we were finishing, a long line was forming down the block. Consider getting there a little early!
