The charge for a full price salad for a very small portion. Half size salads at other locations are bigger than this. Large bowl 1/4 salad in it. Little to no dressing. Very disappointing, especially since the strawberry salad just started. Also informed girl that women's bathroom was out of paper and received a 'smart reply'. Brown hair and ponytail. Out of napkins beside drinks. Tables and floor very dirty. Not a good location but I blame it on the staff that was working as other locations, this is not the 'norm'. I stopped here on Dec 23rd at 2:00 PM and this is hands down the filthiest Panera I've ever visited. I am a frequent customer of the Panera Bread locations in the Huntsville Alabama area where I live which have all been very positive and I stopped at this location to wait for family to arrive at BNA. Numerous tables had trash and food on them and the floors were sticky throughout the store as if there had been something spilled on them and it was spread with a mop. The Men's restroom was filthy and there were no paper towels or other means to dry your hands so employee sanitation is obviously not a priority. If management has visited this location it hasn't been recently. I won't visit this location ever again. read more

The layout of this location is a bit confusing- there are huge walls separating the dining space in its own room from the dine in area and from the to go pick up. It sounds good in theory, but was a little confusing to navigate through and made each section feel closed off. Furthermore, there was this odor of an old restaurant whose carpet and seats haven't been washed since it opened. This smell kind of bothered me. As I sat waiting on a table, the surface was not visibly soiled, but it felt kind of sticky to the touch. I ordered an Asian salad and cheese pastry to go. For some reason the cashier didn't indicate that I could get a side or have a choice in my side, but they gave me a french baguette slice. I asked the person who made my salad if I could have multigrain instead, and he happily just gave one to me without asking for my untouched French baguette back. I overall got more salad for the full price I paid (~$8 for the salad) compared to past yelp reviewers, so it seems like this location is trying to change its reputation. There was a decent amount of chicken, wontons, and cilantro. I was also given an extra small container of salad dressing. It tasted okay but not as good as I was hoping for the price I paid. As for the pastry, the cheese wasn't too sweet in a good way and the dough was a nice chewy consistency under the cheese but flaky around the cheese. This tasted a lot better than the salad. Overall an average tasting meal, but not bad for how fast it came out (4 ish mins). read more

This Panera location is the worst one I've ever been to. It's honestly disgusting. Your shoes stick to the carpet it's so dirty. Apart from the general areas being nasty, the bathrooms are too and they always get your order wrong. I ordered a catering order for delivery from this location and they delivered the complete wrong order so I had to cancel the entire meeting. I also stopped here to eat on my way home one day and the apple they gave me had a hole in it. You don't even have to prepare an apple; just pick one without a hole. I mostly utilize Panera Bread's lunch catering service for lunch & learn trainings at my job. The boxed sandwich lunches are convenient & really good. This was my first time visiting a store front as I was on the hunt for some mid-day coffee. As I entered the store the scent of cinnamon filled the air. I was greeted by every staff person in site. I was amazed at the menu selection and healthy choice options with a calorie display chart. Well that went out the window when I became fixated on the pastry selection and my sweet tooth cravings began. I ordered a cafe mocha and pecan roll. The pecan roll was so big that I was only able to eat 1/3 of it & gave the rest to my 3 year old godson, who too enjoyed it. The pastry and cafe mocha were hot and fresh. The store, female restroom, and large dining area were clean. I particularly liked the recycle bin next to the trash can and the 97 health rating. I will visit again the next time I am on that side of town. read more

I love Panera and have been a regular for years I moved recently and this location is the closest to me now but it is the worst Panera I've ever experienced. My order is constantly wrong and the staff isn't friendly or willing to fix mistakes. Bakery items are always out of stock. Ive been to a lot of paneras in my day, even worked at one for a while. The service I received here was the best I've ever had. Thats what I would say if it wasn't the worst service I've ever had. We sat at the drive through for 25 minutes for one sandwich and the only way we got our food after that was by me exiting the car and asking very politely what was going on and if it was possible to get out money back. Food was good but the front cashier was incompetent and messed up my son's order, so when I went up to ask for a remake, the manager told her to ring it up and remake the sandwich. My son and waited patiently for the remake but it never came, come to find out her and another worker was too busy running their mouth so my food wasn't even in the system to be remade!!! So, I order rapid order like I do about once a week. I ordered a cinnamon roll on my lunch break, in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX I ADD: WARMED UP. I get my cinnamon roll and it's cold and hard. But we're disappointed to find what we both wanted (both regular items on the menu) were not available. Quinoa lentil bowl and Cuban sandwich (Cuban bread was not available). I've always been a huge fan of this Panera location because it's close to the airport. I travel frequently for work, so I typically stop by for food before/after my flights. However, I'll never go to this location again! I ordered a salad and there was a fruit fly in the container, still alive! I returned to the store and was refunded the $$, only to find more fruit flies on the walls in the restaurant. I reported to the mgr, who didn't seem embarrassed or concerned. I don't know their food score, but numerous fruit flies are a major turn off for me, eww! read more

I order from Panera regularly while I travel. I have ordered several times from this location. Their closing time for this location is advertised as 10 PM. There is a note on the Panera app that delivery is limited to within the opening hours m. I placed an order at 8:30 PM and waited, and waited, and waited. I called at 9:30 PM, and while waiting there is a message advising to place orders online or through the app. After 5 minutes on hold I indicated that I had been waiting for my order for over an hour. The gentleman then informed that they had stopped delivering at 8 PM. I mentioned that I had already paid for the order and the gentleman said that it is not his problem. I then asked for a refund for my $45 order. The gentleman sighed and put me on hold for a few minutes. He came back to ask me if I had ordered some side order (what side order is $45?!). I said no, I repeated my order and he asked for my surname. He found it and said he could have it delivered in the morning (haha!). I demanded a refund and he got even more irritated and offered a few options. I then said I wanted the ordered cancel and the gentleman asked me to not interrupt him (I know, the nerve!). They are usually really good when ordering on the rapid order pick up but the drive tru was just awful. After waiting 10 minutes, I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and the panini was missing from the bag so I had to wait longer at the window cause somehow the panini wasn't ready. The lady apologized for the error when she came back with the panini. When I got back to my job I took the first bite and I can tell that there's less filling than usual. I opened it and there was one pepper slice, half of the amount of avocado and like 3/4 of the chicken. I'm assuming that since they didn't have it ready the just put it together in a rush but it's still unacceptable for the amount you pay to eat at panera. Was stoked for this location to open considering Donelson has such limited options in this price range that aren't fast food. Seemed to be hyped up as they trained the staff for weeks before opening. I have worked in foodservice my whole life since I was 17 and have never seen such a unprofessional operation. Its simply mind boggling to me that places can be out of nearly half of there menu daily. Also the management, bless there heart, is honestly either untrained or lacking in many departments. This Panera is .31 miles from my apartment. i have ordered from them before and they have delivered before. My online delivery orders from this place even show in my order history. But now they are saying they do not deliver to me because i am not in there delivery zone. I looked on the map and i am in side the map and my zip code is the same as the restaurant. Dont know why they even offer delivery if they are not able to deliver to a place that is in the same zip code and less than a half a mile away. And since i work from home i can not go and pick it up. so i have to rely on delivery. read more

Absolutely slowest most disorganized Panera I've ever been to. And I go to a lot of Paneras and own stock in the company. People waiting in line for the one slow cash register person. Meanwhile three workers in the back basically talking to each other. Skim milk container was empty - Asked the cashier to get a refill - she didn't do anything. So put it next to her at the cashier. Still didn't do anything. Family to ask another person to refill it. What she did after a few minutes - should take all of 15 seconds to refill a container. Actually the whole crew looked like they were out to lunch and would need massive doses of coffee to wake up. The carrot cake muffin was dry - looks like it was from day before before.
