I understand you're a New Panera open on Granada but every time I order a salad or sandwich it's terrible. I love Panera and will have to go to another location. Please hire employees that know how to make the items On the menu. read more

I generally like Panera for the freshness of their food, but on this day I order a "Classic Grilled Cheese" sandwich, picturing the kind that's grilled on both sides with butter on the outside and melting cheese oozing out the edges. Instead I got 2 slices of dry toast with a small piece of what looked like American cheese inside, that covered less than half the bread. I took it back and handed it to the woman who seemed to be in charge of the cooks, saying, "This is not a classic grilled cheese. . ." And she said, very snottily, "Well, this is the way we make it." I opened it to show her the tiny piece of cheese, saying, "with THIS much cheese?" And again, emphatically: "This is the way we make it." Not one word of apology or could we get you something else or could we refund your money. I just left the sandwich on the counter and walked away. Meh. This Panera used to be in a shopping plaza that had trees and a nice patio and some waterways. You could do a little shopping at the stores (Chicos, Publix, and others) or hit the gym, and then grab a bite at Panera and sit outside and listen to the fountain/waterfall, which was pleasant. I used to see people from all the nearby retail shops and medical buildings eating lunch there. It had a nice, happy, chatty vibe. Now that they've moved to their new location, you can shop nearby for dog bisquits or cat litter, and then sit on the little sliver of cement they call a patio, and listen to the trucks and cars on the I-95. And it seems most of the customers are running through the drive-through or running in to pick up an order. Too bad. I used to frequent their old location several times a week. Now, it's about as nice as an airport restaurant, which is essentially what it is now. It would seem the owners are primarily interested in travelers passing on the thruway, which is a stone's throw away. Perhaps this is the direction that corporate Panera is taking and the owners have been encouraged to make this move. Who knows. Either way, it's not a pleasant place to lunch any longer. Best for travelers and those who need to pick up a quick quality meal. read more

The portion size is way to small for what it costs to eat here. The food is average too. Restaurant is clean and staff are nice.

the worst panera i have ever been to. how do you forget to put chicken in two fuji apple CHICKEN salads? nevermind the fact that they gave us a half of a chicken salad sandwich and a half of a tuna salad sandwich when we ordered a whole tuna salad sandwich. nice workers but idk how you miss the mark this badly. read more

I stopped by this Panera's off a recommendation from a local. From what I could see, this is a fairly new Panera's in a fairly new shopping center. There was a bit of a long line and I was planning on using a kiosk, but I soon found out that they didn't have kiosks here. The line moved at a fair pace. While I was waiting, I do have to say that the pastries they had were very tempting to get, but I decided to stick to a bagel and a Frozen Carmel for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but did mess up on one order and forgot to give my group a pastry. They made up for it by giving us the pastry without refusal or asking for a recipt. During my visit, I also learned that they do no serve the food to your table. Maybe this will come in a couple of years... Everyone at my table enjoyed their meals and found them very good. If I were ever in the area again, I would definitely stop by this place. If you happen to be in the area I would definitely give this place a try! read more

This is one of the worst panera's I've been to. The workers are not helpful and often disdainful.

Is this supposed to be a coffee shop? They do sell espresso coffee but don't have and never heard of an espresso cup. Instead they serve it in a paper container which is big enough to put a quart of liquid. Big fail! read more

I ordered last night online and when I walked in the two girls up front welcomed me but looked confused as to what their jobs were beyond a greeting. When I said I ordered online the cook came over and had to interject that they were working on it and that they were out of the bread that it came with it. The food was okay except the southwest chili lime ranch salad was missing the masa strips, avocado, had very little adobo corn blend or quinoa tomato sofrito blend, NO fresh cilantro and the greens were slimy and wilted. It really sucks to pay $40 for food and get sloppy crap read more

A great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. It's so easy, you can order online ahead of time and skip any line. It's a great place to hold a small meeting over breakfast and coffee. They also have a drive threw for that afternoon or late night munchies. read more

Food was overpriced and overrated. Was referred to this place by a friend of mine and what a disappointment. The bagels tasted as if they where cooked the night before and frozen. Not to mention the restaurant its self was dirty and the management was sitting around and doing nothing. Will not be returning , and for the money there are several better restaurants in the area. Went here the other evening and was very dissatisfied. First, I ordered a panini and they said they were out of bread, mind you this is a bread place?? Then, I order Mac n cheese, just to be told that they are out of this as well. Btw, it was only 6:30 pm, two and a half hours before they even close, and hardly even dinner time. A friend of mine ordered the clam chowder soup, and it looked like yellow piss butter, the clams tasted old and it had no consistency whatsoever. Won't be back here again. read more

Sent husband to get me a turkey club last night and couldn't have been more disappointed. It was flat barely any turkey two Tibet pieces of half cook bacon. Tons of mayo and wilted lettuce! I will not be back for a very long time if ever. read more

We go to the pet store in the same shopping strip. So every once in a while we thought we'd stop in to Panera Bread. All of the ones we've ever visited have been great. This however was a disappointment all the way around. The young lady that took our order was so busy talking to a co-worker about going out to it a place that evening that she didn't give us the right Bakery items. Then had an attitude when I brought them back up and pointed them out to her. She told me she couldn't put them back in the display as they have left the counter. I told her it's not my problem and to give me what I ordered and paid for. dirty look and again and attitude. Ordered the bread bowl with a large soup. The wife ordered one also and we were going to split a sandwich. We go pick it up and the bowls aren't even 1/4 full after ordering large the sandwich was on rye bread which neither one of us eat or ordered. So I had to stand there while they remade the sandwiches and did nothing about the soup. At least the girl at the sandwich counter didn't have an attitude. She was fairly apologetic. I'm really surprised because I have never been to a Panera like this nor will we ever return to this location read more
