Strawberry salad chicken with poppyseed dressing
    Krystle A.

I always use their app and order quick pick up before work. They are always on time and I've never had a problem with any of my orders. They have a wide variety of fresh sandwhiches and salads, my faves are the chicken salad sandwich and the strawberry poppyseed salad when it's in season. The place is overall clean inside although that particular area does attract some homeless people so just be careful of your surroundings. They have never done anything to me but they do sleep around there outside sometimes in the early mornings... sad. Anywhos, I wanted to shoutout one of the workers Brittany, she is always super sweet, smiling and she has made my last few orders perfectly. I always have like little customizations and ask for extra sauce etc and she always gots it down perfectly and never seems annoyed bc I'm annoying lol. Thanks Brittany!!!!

This location was big and I loved the outdoor seating! I decided to do a pick up order and they offer a screen with where they have your name and the process your food is at which is so helpful! There is also a bench for you to sit as your wait. While I was waiting, I had to go to the bathroom and the employee was polite and gave me the code. The bathroom was clean! When I went to go pick up my food, the employee behind the counter was friendly! I really liked this location!

Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich

This is a pretty clean yet very busy Panera. The staff was wonderful. I had the tomato soup and cheese sandwich combo. Order came out quickly. It tasted as good as any other place. I've had it. I'll be back.

Purchased a family fest meal, the chicken wasn't cooked in the sandwich, very unsanitary, threw it out

Ordered delivery. My soup was piping hot and good...one star. Asked for a baguette with it and a cinnamon roll. Both were good...one star. Also ordered a half Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. I have included the stock photo and what I received. Of course the sandwich isn't going to look like the stock photo but damn. Come on. On top of this it didn't taste good. Almost like a chemical taste. Ugh. This Panera is a disgrace.

Narrow and smaller than some locations.

I've been going to this location very occasionally, typically when shopping at nearby Target or the Tyler Galleria across the street. Like all Panera locations, it's set up in a formulaic manner with bakery display (quite empty on the recent visit, albeit in the mid afternoon) in front with the self-order kiosks and regular service register. Then, partitions block line of sight to the dining area, and another path diverts to the take-out window and beverages area. We were thirsty and needed caffeine, socially acceptable problems, don't you think? We saw a banner advertising their new fruit beverages loaded with caffeine and thought that sounded good, worth a try, and saved time searching for a bubble tea or café. I approved of their large 30oz. cups that are identical to what you'd get at 7-Eleven for a big Slurpee- anyhow, there are three flavors available, but we went for the one advertised: Strawberry Lemon with Mint. Alternatively, there was a Cranberry Apple option that sounded good and something else I cannot recall presently. No losers, I reckon. Anyhow, it works! Most definitely contains caffeine. Halfway home, my gf exclaimed she was getting wired :D Then, several of my Elite friends wrote separately about hearing the drinks were "like Crack" and similar euphemisms as to the elixer's effectiveness. Oh, they have sandwiches too, but whatever. Toasted baguettes sounded nice for a change of pace, but I'll post pics for future visits.

We first visited on Valentine's Day in February and had an excellent experience. The pizzas were delicious, we were seated without a reservation, and we left excited to come back. Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.

It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking and there is plenty of seating indoors as well. The ambiance is clean and casual, felt almost like a fast food place. You order at the counter and the workers will bring the food to your table. For food, I tried the chicken souvlaki plate with their fries and salad. I also got the calamari appetizer. The calamari was delicious. Crispy, tasty, juicy. The chicken souvlaki plate unfortunately fell short of my expectations. While the fries were crispy and the salad was good, the chicken was really dry and lacked flavor. My brother got the chicken and steak pita and thought the same thing for both proteins.

They even have impressive TV dinners for $10 (or less if you buy 5 or more) that are housemade, gourmet versions of those retro Hungry Man/Banquet frozen meals of yesteryear. But the peanut butter cup brownie is a close second. Wish one came with their butter cake. Honestly my main concern when it comes to TV dinners is what dessert is included. So it was an added bonus that the dinners themselves were higher quality than expected! Now, I didn't have a stopwatch on it, but our wait had to exceed 20 minutes. Probably a bit longer. When the food finally arrived, it rode the bench. Not good enough to play in the game, but it still made the team. In other words, it was the tail end of a double header. Long and tired. I got the asada tacos, and my girl the whiskey glazed salmon. We asked prior to ordering, if the salmon was wild caught or farm raised. ALWAYS when ordering salmon, ask if it's wild caught. There is a difference, a big difference. Despite what our server answered, farm raised, my girl went with the salmon. It turned out to be ok. Not stellar, but ok. My tacos were ok too. I was hoping, as always we hope, that the food would be a mind blowing experience. The only thing that was blown was our budget. It was a bit pricey for what was served. However, the beer was cold and the entertainment, entertaining. All in all, an average affair. Quick Tip: The beer is plentiful and cold. Go to the Yard for it and maybe an appetizer. End your outing by going to the McDonald's across the street.
