I frequent this location often and never encountered this issue until now. I placed my order first then went to the restroom. By the time I came out my order was already ready, this isn't a bad thing. It's what happened afterwards. It turns out that my order was picked up by someone else. Another patreon there informed me that a young man and his mother picked my order. Now I can understand if they accidentally picked up the wrong order, but it turns out it wasn't the first time these two has done this. Normally when your order is ready they call out your name, the person who picked up my ordered something completely different than me but still took my order regardless. The young man even went back and asked for something he "didn't get from the order" so when the person's order was actually called they picked that up as well. It was basically buy two and get one order free. I did inform the coworkers but the only thing they could offer was a remake of my order. Meanwhile the young man and his mom are laughing all the way to their car because they got a free order. They even acted suspicious while leaving. One took the back exit while the other exited through the front. I hope these two get caught and end up paying for all the food they stole. Tldr: make sure to watch your food like a hawk, dont use the restroom until you get your order, Panera employees should ask for receipts before allowing customer to pick up order read more

Ordered pick 2: a greek salad with extra tomatoes and feta; and a caprese sandwich. The greek salad had plenty of feta but what looked like a regular amount of tomatoes. The caprese sandwich had literally one half-dollar sized piece of mozzarella on it. The picture of the sandwich on the order terminal shows at least 3 covering the entire sandwich. The food quality has gone downhill over the years. Yesterday, 3 of us ordered salads containing romaine lettuce and chicken. We were all picking out wilted, rotten pieces of lettuce. We each had a pile of inedible greens on our plates and none of us finished our food. For a $14 salad, I expect fresh food. The chicken looked and tasted terrible too. There was no flavor and it appeared cellophane and rubbery, like freezer burned meat that had been microwaved and absorbed a lot of water. Lastly, there was a real estate agent at the table behind us conducting a meeting with a couple about buying a home. The noise level of her voice was so high we could barely converse, let alone, think. This restaurant has no sound engineering so if you want to meet here for conversation, go outside, but you may not feel safe with the homeless population that hangs out in the area. I ordered the you pick two chipotle chicken avocado melt and the creme of chicken wild rice soup with a French baguette. Eh not the best but not the worse. The melt was decent. The avocado was fresh and the cheese was melted so it's name fits it. The soup was really delicious and I felt was seasoned well. I would come back and eat the soup again, first time trying it and I loved it. I did order a pastry with my meal and picked a brownie. The brownie was as hard as a rock!! I did inform the manager and she apologized for the stiff brownie. She did offer to give us 2 desserts for the issue which we did get cookies instead. We picked out a chocolate chip and fudge cookie. On Thursday July 29th around 8:30-9pm, I arrived to Panera. I ordered a You Pick 2. Tuna sandwich & broccoli cheddar Mac & cheese. Then I said on the side can I get a large Broccoli Cheddar Mac & cheese. For my friend who just got his wisdom teeth out. I don't know the employees name that took my order but I think he had glasses and long hair. Once our food was ready, I noticed my broccoli cheddar Mac & cheese wasn't there. Just my half tuna sandwich and the large Mac & cheese. I went to tell the employee and he didn't seem to understand me so I said I'll just order another one. As I'm waiting for my food, I take a bite of my tuna sandwich and it was disgusting, bitter and tasted like salt water. Finally they call my name for the Mac & cheese and they messed up my order AGAIN by just giving broccoli cheddar soup. When we left, we had to sit in our car because our stomachs were not feeling good. Broccoli cheddar soup has always been my favorite at Panera and never had a problem but this one I did. The entire inside was shut down for a catering event offsite. Only about 25% was being used and the employees using this area for breaks.
