This was my first time to a Panera Bread and I was pleasantly surprised! I went for lunch about 12:15. I was greeted promptly and was assisted with my "custom" order. The service was wonderful, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and delicious. I liked it so much that I plan to meet a friend here for lunch on Friday. This was the best soup I've had for along time! I got the broccoli cheese soup with the bread bowl and I'm coming back here tomorrow for it again because it was so good! The inside of the restraint is really classic and nice and great service, really fast! My daughter got the chicken noodle soup and she couldn't stop saying how good it was! Horrible place to eat. The music is too loud and the staff is inattentive. I ordered just a soup and it came out cold. It also took them ten minutes to get me just a soup. The woman at the counter was on her phone when taking my order. She also acted like she had an attitude with me ordering. When I took my soup back up to thw window a girl named Jordan just snatched the bowl back from me and acted like it was an inconvenience just to get hot soup. When I went back to get my sweet that came with my meal, there was a guy, Joseph I think, just standing up there and flirting with the cashier and they weren't focused on me. My first time going to this Panera Bread location and I ordered via drive thru around 6:00 pm today. The girl was so incredibly rude when I asked for a Papaya Green Tea she asked what size and I repeated "Papaya Green Tea size re-" she cut me off and said "I know I asked for size," and I proceeded to tell her Regular. After that, I ordered a soup cream of chicken with wild rice and I made sure to review the menu before I got there and she told me "Um we haven't had Chicken Wild Rice in over a year." Like ?????? I'm sorry but can't she be a little nicer, like there are different ways to say you don't have it anymore in a polite way. When we pulled up to pay and get our food she didn't say a word to us and handed us our food. They just put this one by us and I swung by with my kids one day to pick up some soup. First, the woman at the drive thru was pretty abrupt. I wouldn't say rude...but far from friendly. She was middle aged..maybe upset she had a minimum wage job? Idk. Anyways, I felt kind of embarrassed to be there just by the way she spoke to me, both when I ordered and when I pulled up to retrieve the food. So there was that. Then I got the food. The kids grilled cheese was sooooo small!!!! Maybe the size of my palm?!! $4.30!! And part of it was ripped off. And then I pulled out the baguette that went with the soup-SEE PHOTO. I didn't bite it at all that's how it came!!!!! Ripped with at least half of it missing!!! Like what?!!!! The other half was nowhere to be found. I've never had that happen before. Soup was good, and my kids enjoyed the sandwich but overall it was $11 for two things and so weird the bread on the sandwich and baguette was both ripped. Kind of gross Panera. read more

Have been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes!! The staff Member did not even apologize when I finally made it to the window. He explained that they got the drinks wrong however I did not even order drinks. If you were in a hurry or want something fast do not go here. Is this location not making much money? I'm not surprised. I've given this location so many "2nd chances". Today, after waiting over 20 minutes (ordered at 9:51, gave up at 10:12), I requested a refund for my breakfast sandwich (bread, cheese, bacon, egg). I visit this Panera often, because I live right down the street, but I too often have negative experiences (wrong order, missing ingredients, had to check back with employees to find out that the order hasn't been started, dirty tables, etc...). My girlfriend and I wait 20 min+ on nearly every order (salads, sandwiches, soups, etc..). The fewer the customers in the store, the slower they work. Today, there was literally 1 other customer in the store and yet it was 10 mins before "preparing" popped up on the screen and another 7 mins before I gave up. This happens almost every visit. McDonald's can make me a warm breakfast sandwich in 1 minute. Maybe Panera should start hiring McDonald's managers until this location starts running a little better read more

I ordered a Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT. No bacon. The one thing I was looking forward to. I don't understand why when you order an item off the menu they can't get it right. Not happy at all with this. Now I wonder why this place had more negative reviews than good ones. Come on and work to make this better in the future. Let me start by saying I usually love Panera, but this location has repeatedly been a disappointment. They are routinely out of items. Three weeks ago we stopped by at 7 a.m. and they were already sold out of soufles. I was really craving one, so a few days later we called to check if they had any, they said yes, we ordered it over the phone and PAID for it, got to the restaurant, and they had sold what we had already paid for to someone else! Went back today to give them one more chance and again, they were sold out. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and they were out of the sauce he likes, but he went ahead and ordered one without it. Wr sat down and they came over to inform us they were out of brioche. This was at 7:15 in the morning. They blamed it on their large crowd...there was a group of 8 men in the restaurant besides us and they are there at the same time every single week!! The place is clean and the food is overall tasty. I'm giving this a 3 out of 5 for the customer service experience. The staff is not overly friendly. I ordered a kale salad and after a few minutes was told they don't have any kale left... which was fine, but at these prices a complimentary cookie or drink would have been a nice jester since they didn't have the main ingredient to the menu item I ordered. read more

I placed a rapid pickup order to be picked up the next morning. I called to add on 5 drinks immediately after the order was placed online. The guy on the phone said he couldn't add them but he could create a new order with the drinks on there. He got my card number again and confirmed the time of pick up. I asked him to make sure my note in the comments section was on there because sometimes they don't read it. He said he would make an additional note as well to make sure it was seen. The note was to separate meals into bags. I went it to pick the order up this morning and there were no drinks added and the food was not separated as requested. Poor service. read more

We ordered 2 of the pick 2s and the soups were great. One sandwich came out great and the grilled cheese was terrible. The bread was not toasted and there was one piece of warm cheese (not even melted) in between the slices of bread. It looked as if it had been thrown in the microwave. Without even taking a bite we sent the sandwich back and received attitude from the cook. After they brought the new one it was better. The cheese was melted and the bread was toasted on one side. The people who took our orders were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. read more

So this was my first time at a Panera. I work just down the street and was thinking this may be a good option for when we have working lunches and meetings. I walked in and stared at the posted menu for a few minutes reading what they had to offer. The cashier behind the counter (Derrik) began waving me over to him with a look of disgust that he had to wait on me. I explained that this was my first time here and he pretty much rolled his eyes. I asked him what was in a particular salad and he read verbatim something on the cash register. I asked if I could get a little less of the edamame and he said ok. When he told me the total, I attempted to hand him my debit card and he pointed down to the machine and said "I know you can do it...I have faith that you can". After I accomplished this feat that he had faith I could do (good grief), he told me to go around the corner and the food would be given to me when ready since this was a to go order. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the food was ready fairly quickly and given to me by an overly enthusiastic worker. When I returned to my office to eat, I was very disappointed in both items I purchased. I chose the Spicy Thai Chicken Salad and the cup of Creamy Corn Chowder Soup---I did the 2 items. I know the salad was a 1/2 size, but come on. Most of it was the core of the lettuce with the hard stem pieces and a few pieces of bland chicken thrown in. The flavor of the dressing was ok but that's all it had going for it. The soup was more like "Watery Corn Chowder" than creamy. They also gave me a piece of baguette which hurt my teeth when I bit into it. I paid $10.37 for my meal. I should have gone to Jason's Deli across the street and next time I will. The general manager is terrible. Chrisy I think was her name and what happened to customer service!? All I wanted is three breakfast sandwiches with eggs cooked over-hard instead of over-easy. All that means is they just needed to cook the eggs a little longer so they aren't runny - just like Panera Bread has done for the last 10 years before offering new options for breakfast. Her rudeness and tone of voice dictated corporate policy and eggs not meeting 'Spec' and if auditors came in and saw them doing that they'd be in trouble ... for cooking an egg a minute or two longer?? Seriously? We used to eat at Panera Bread 4 times a week (yes, we were addicted) because it was the only place our family of 5 and some picky eaters would eat. When I politely told her we used to eat there so often but if she can't cook the egg a little longer we'll have to pass - she didn't say anything and just HUNG UP on me. I promise you I was being very polite but just sharing my concern of not being able to eat there. We will NEVER step foot into this Panera Bread while she is the general manager. read more
