Panera bread drive thru has become a part of my daily routine. The food/drinks are always fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff has become such a pleasant part to the start of my morning. The food was just ok. Soup was cold and the chicken salad sandwich had more mixed greens than chicken salad.

I've came to this location 3 times and every time the floor is super sticky and dirty. They always have the wet flier sign out and I have never once seen a single empty mop. The food is alright but wish they actually clean the place better if they are even cleaning it. read more

Customer service at this location is always top notch. We're sip club members and go to lots of different Paneras and this one is, by far, the cleanest and most friendly. The food is fresh and hot and the bakery items here are way better than anywhere else. Sometimes it takes a while to get our order but they always keep us informed on the progress and get it out to us as quickly as possible. Bonus: they sometimes play Christian music in the lobby. Stopped here after a very long day to pick up dinner. I got the pick 2 with a flat bread pizza and Caesar salad plus a bagel for the morning . The young lady who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. She was super pleasant and recommend the ceasar salad when I couldn't make up my mind. It's was close to seven and the dining room was clean and inviting. As I waited on my to go order a large group of teens came in and I watched the young cashier handle it like a pro. My meal was packaged well and still warm when I go home. My only issue was the ice tea machines and lemonade machine were not working properly and I was unable to find another employee to assist me. read more

They took away the turkey avacado BLT and replaced it with a chicken one, which is gross. The cheese was nasty and the sandwich was $15!!!! I got a sandwich, Mac and cheese, and a drink and my total was almost $40. Way way overpriced, and my order wasn't ready when they said it would be (it rarely is). I've dined-in at many Paneras and while this one had a friendly staff, they didn't communicate well regarding the menu items and our order. The girl working the register was also working to-go orders (by sacking them up and such), and while she was nice she didn't seem to answer our questions regarding sandwiches and new menu items...so much so, that my Mom thought she was given the wrong sandwich. I went up and visited with her and a manager only to find out what my Mom understood to be a menu item was, in fact, not on the menu at all. When asked about the discrepancy, the girl from the register just referred us to the manager back by the orders/kitchen. Additionally, the cookie we swapped out at the end of our ticket was an up charge and the cashier failed to tell us that but rather told us it would be no charge. I understand some workers are unlearned but I have thought higher of Panera Bread employees for quite a while. Saturday's lunch was fine but left us a bit frustrated to spend close to $100 to find that some of the items we ordered were not what we thought. I think that it feels we're in such a hurry to order that sometimes the questions we ask while ordering aren't fully answered if answered correctly at all. You could tell the staff was busy doing other things and didn't want to accommodate us as much as we'd hoped. read more

I'm not sure if talking to management helped but I went back today for a salad and was so impressed by the freshness of the baby greens mix. If it did help, Panera has really won me over by paying attention to what their customers are saying - good or bad. The ordering process was a bit slow because they had a new employee. I enjoy their soups and salads. Though slightly more expensive than competitors such as Jason's Deli, I believe Panera has better ingredients. The cinnamon roll (pictured) was delectable. The first few times I tried to eat here, there was always a very long drive thru line. I waited once and it was over twenty minutes, so I left. This time, I was the only vehicle in line and there was almost nobody inside... should have been a clue! I ordered the pick 2- with the chicken salad sandwich and the baked potato soup with a cookie = $12.37. I'd say the chicken salad wasn't too bad, but it definitely didn't make up for everything else. The baked potato soup had no cheese, only tiny pieces of bacon, and no crackers. I found a piece of bread just tossed in at the bottom of my to go bag. Not a single thing about this meal was worth the gas it took to go there. Should have went to schlotskys, which has much better soup that includes crackers and is about the same price if not a little cheaper. I love that this location has a drive through! Staff is always super friendly and the orders are always correct! Panera Bread's pricing is high for what you get. 1/2 a sandwich, a small salad and a cup of soup can set you back $20. But that's, of course no fault of this particular location. In fact, if you are going pay Panera's prices... you want your experience to be easy and your food to be on point. Which is exactly what you will find here! It's my go-to location. read more

Food ok, front desk girl who took our order was fine but listed us as to go when we were eating in. Then when I told the gal making our food she acted like it was my fault and I could not change it. Made a big deal of changing it and not very nice. All the staff in the back and in dining room felt like I was in a high school bully arena. Grow up and get some employees that understand decent customer service or pay attention Panera management. We won't visit this one again. Update: I received a call from Panera corporate offering apologies and a free meal. They are doing what they can to train and promised to work with the group. I have been coming to this panera for a while now and have always had decent service but tonight whoever was working the drive through (order taking) was incredibly rude and very annoyed that I was placing an order. Maybe she was having a bad day, but still no reason to make her customers feel like they are annoying. The team manager was very nice at the window tho. Seems good customer service is hard to find. It is completely disappointing when a restaurant that prides itself on salads (see picture above) is out of lettuces. The are constantly out of bakery items which I somewhat understand. I don't normally give this low a rating, but this Panera location has earned it. We ordered straight off the menu, bowl of chicken noodle soup, large macaroni and cheese, and a pick 2 combo. First, no crackers. For allllll the soup they offer, no crackers?!?! Second, the restaurant was empty, but it took 15-20 minutes to get our food. Third, the soup bowl was only 1/3 full and cold! The food is delicious! While the drive thru is convenient, that convenience is negated by the absolutely GLACIAL pace of service. It is literally the slowest drive thru on the face of the planet--a mistake I have now made for the 3rd and final time. Each time being slower than the last. Additionally, when you FINALLY reach the drive thru window to pay, the staff is either blissfully unaware of their sloth-like behavior or just completely unapologetic. read more
