    Caesar salad
    Rachel H.

Today marks the last day I ever eat at this chain. I've been a die hard panera fan for so many years and their quality at any location has gone downhill so drastically, it makes me angry. Over the pandemic I can't even recall the amount of times they've had such severe staff shortages that their trash bins were overflowing. As for this specific location- this is the last time I get screwed over with paying this much for such bad service and lack of quality in their food. Today I ordered for pickup a standard Cesar salad with the addition of arugula.. and my salad came out as a literal small handful of arugula. Seriously? Furious with my order- I went into the restaurant to ask why they had left out the literal base of the salad.. for an employee to say she will give me the lettuce.. went to the counter and picked up a small handful of lettuce only. Do I care to argue?? What am I going to get out of this? Do I blame lack of customer service training? I have had general problems with this location, where I NEVER get my cup for my drink. I always have to ask and you can't ask the same employee who is working on the food.. you must wait or cut in line at the register to show your receipt to wait to grab a cup.... This is such a small detail which makes me waste so much of my time and energy to grab my food to go. I hate to be rude and cut a large group of other customers who are waiting to order. This locations overall lack of heavy duty cleaning also makes me upset, as this is a heavy traffic location. It's very obvious there hasn't been a heavy cleaning by an external company.. EVER??? There are obvious roof leaks and lack of standard hygienic measures in place. When you have a restaurant, you cannot rely simply on the employees who have just worked for 7 hours and are now asked by their manager to clean the dining chairs- who have no proper training on doing so. This $6 salad will be the end of my service this company and their inability to train employees, maintain employees, as well as lack of creating a clean and easy atmosphere for their customers. No free drink subscription should keep anyone coming back to a business that doesn't care about anything but their profit. This Sanford location and the Millenia location, that I used to frequent are both owned by the Covelli franchise. It's very obvious the lack of quality that these 2 locations share.

    Very good Cobb

We've patronized Panera in many areas around Florida and found this location to be just fine. Years ago they removed the Cobb Salad from the menu, which I never understood, but now it's back. Good for them. We did not see any issues while we were there. I do agree that the prices have pushed up as they have everywhere. Not good but what are you going to do? The Cobb Salad was very good as was the Southwest Chicken Salad. The bread is always good. Enjoy!

We came and ordered soup and a drink. While the prices have gone up considerably, the soup was steaming hot. The bread was delicious as always. We were a bit hesitant given the reviews, but we really enjoyed our meal. We will come back.

Wow! I naturally have a negative opinion of Panera, so I was a little skeptical going in and honestly already had a negative opinion. However, this past experience has entirely turned that around! I had the Baja bowl and the baguette and both were excellent! Super tasty and fresh! I will definitely be back! They use Greek yogurt as a dressing, which I know seems odd, but honestly I was pleasantly surprise, it was a super good option, tasty, and healthy.

Great coffee, sandwiches, salads, bagels and pastries. Panera has it going on! It was a super cold day in Florida (yeah, you heard me) and I was in the mood for something warm in my belly. I headed in for a quick late lunch and I ordered the "pick two". I asked for half of the Green Goddess salad and some cheddar broccoli soup. My buzzer went off in record time. I grabbed my meal and sat down in a booth. My salad was fresh and oh so tasty! This was my first time ordering the Green Goddess. Usually, I'll opt for a Greek salad. The only downfall was it seemed liked the hard boiled eggs were extra chilled as I felt I it was a tad bit "frosty" when I bit into it. The cheddar broccoli soup was so satisfying. The temperature was just right. Not too hot- so I was able to get right into it! I left feeling good and not hating myself. That in itself shows that the meal was perfect.

Ordered a cup of fruit and I got this nasty old fruits. I wish I would've checked my bag before leaving the building.

Ordered a cup of fruits. The fruits are old and I ended up throwing it out a waste of money. Mushy grapes mushy pineapples. Absolutely disgusting I lost my taste for going to Panera bread at this location.

This location does a great job with their curbside option. I've never been waiting for longer than 5 minutes even when there is a large group of cars using the same service. The food also tastes great and is warm when handed to me. Pros with Curbside: * Quick Service * Don't have to leave your vehicle * Friendly Customer Service Cons: * Runs out of bagels occasionally around lunch time

This location was a nice place to come. I don't know if they change ownership or what. The seats are torn up, the sink on the bathroom looks like is going to fall. I ask for a chicken sandwich and hardly had any chicken. The prices keep going up.

It was a little pricey for what it was worth at full price. There was plenty of seating and the decor was nice walking in. They had a great selection of beers and drinks and although it was after 6pm, the happy hour menu looked strong! We settled for a glass of wine, old fashioned, and a beer on draft. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks although things didn't seem to have picked up yet. The service was consistently a little slow throughout the night after that, probably due to the crowd. Our server recommended the Philly steak spring rolls. They were crispy but the inside was wet with hot oil and a little bland. I would not recommend this dish. We also ordered the Bavarian pretzel which was a classic soft pretzel, to be expected. The mustard it was served with was delicious. Lastly we also tried the buster burger which was a little soggy but the bacon jam was flavorful, a good addition. We appreciated the friendly service at Busters and hopeful to have a better experience next time we visit!

I got the Korean seabass special and it was slightly pan fried with a crisp I the edges and meaty center. The pickled peaches were excellent! The ice cream is house made and very unique. The food was just as good as I remembered from a few years ago. It can be difficult to find consistency in restaurants these days, so I really appreciate that the quality hasn't changed. It's nice to have a spot like Sourdough to add variety to the rotation of mostly American breakfast spots. I ordered the Sourdough Bread Plate, which is a large portion. Even though it's listed on the lunch menu, I was still able to order it for breakfast. Their bread is incredible, and everything tasted so fresh! The ezme is a wonderful addition to add to the avocado and labneh toasts. I also tried the Turkish coffee, but as someone who doesn't drink black coffee, it wasn't quite for me. I would recommend it mainly to those who enjoy strong, black coffee, though it was a nice touch that it came with a Turkish delight! My only minor critique is that the staff weren't around very much. Our server checked in on us once, and after waiting a bit for someone to bring the check, we eventually just walked up to the counter to pay. Nonetheless, everyone was very friendly!

The turkish coffee was also strong for how small the cup was, with a little turkish delight to take the edge off. The bacon was beef, which was nice. Overall, the food was delicious. However, the service wasn't the best, there was about 3 customers in the restaurant when I went, but the server left all of us when we had to pay, leaving all of us to stand in a line waiting to pay. For a weekday, that felt a little odd. I think the food definitely makes up for it.

There are not many tables for dining there, but there are a few - while we were there the restaurant was doing a brisk take-out business. The food was truly delicious. I ordered mild to medium and it was on the upper level of my heat tolerance (ordered mild when I returned the 2nd time and just added some heat myself). Brandon's wife's family is from Laos. The restaurant has been open about 6 years. Why did it take me so long to come here?? It was my dad's birthday. So we went to lunch and shared the papaya salad with Thai style dressing, the summer rolls with extra peanut sauce, and he had the pad Thai w shrimp and I had the pad see ew with chicken. Dad had a Diet Coke (can) and I had a Thai coffee with extra ice. Everything we ordered came packaged in to go boxes- so if you don't finish- it's ok! It's ready to take home. But since we were eating there, they gave us two plates and our choice of chopsticks/fork/spoon etc. The food is made to order but still came out fast. Two to go orders were processed while we perused the menu and another to go came in while we were eating. A table for three came in during that time as well. So this place is probably more take out than dine in. The iced coffee was as predicted - sweet. But not overly sweet. The extra ice toned it down a bit. The summer rolls were huge. He was right to suggest an extra sauce for $0.50 because my dad pretty much used the entire sauce ramekin for himself. The papaya salad was great. Lightly dressed. Lots of shredded papaya with a chunk of cabbage in it, some stewed? Tomatoes. They have the option for Laotian dressing but I am not familiar with that fermented fish sauce? So I went with the Thai style which is regular fish sauce. I probably should have been more adventurous. We got the salad mild so no spice. For my dish I went with level one spice which is mild medium. You could definitely feel the heat after you swallowed the bite. I can't imagine what level 6 spice is like! Pad see ew was delicious. Those chunky soaked noodles in brown sauce with lots of big veggies. I got the chicken. Next time I'll do double meat. I like more meat. Dad had the pad thai w shrimp medium spice. It was definitely more spicy than mine but tolerable. Again- I would get double shrimp, but that's my opinion. We did not get dessert. We thought about ordering the beef waterfall- that will be my next dish. And they had some new specials! So I will definitely be back. I love the Christian atmosphere- not overwhelming and honestly you could go in for take out and not notice it. They do a great job with the food and customer service. In fact, they gave us a discount because my dad is a veteran and he was wearing his hat which reflected his service, and the owner noticed it. He thanked my dad for his service :) the discount was not expected and was a surprise! Wow! I would recommend this place. Family owned and operated. Food is great portion and delicious, made to order. I will be back.
