This is one of the best Paneras Ive been too... ever!! The staff has always been nice and helpful; especially when I sit down to eat. My order is always right (knock on wood). This location is clean. You have the option to order at the self service stations, at the register or through the app. Don't forget to get your rewards!! My go to order is a full Greek Salad, light tomato, extra olives, add avocado and a chocolate chip muffin top. It's this is the only place where I get the same thing every time. The way they bless me with the avocado... Love it!!! I will definitely keep returning here as long as im in the area.

The Turkey Cranberry Flatbread & Vegetarian Autumn Squash soup was Delicious!! At least I thought it was! The only downfall was the price.

The soup dumplings are always a must but the thumb dumplings were probably my fave this time. The chicken and corn was good but wish it came with a sauce or something. It felt like it lacked a little something, but we still enjoyed it. The pork, shrimp and chive was also delicious for a second time. We also order a mango fruit tea and YUMM it tasted so fresh. Def a must get again! The place was clean just like last time!

I typically order pork XLB, chili wontons, cucumber salad and then maybe another steamed dumpling or two. I stuck with that and tried what was offered here. Passionfruit cucumber was... very strange. I was not ready for it. I did not like it, nor did my wife whom I took left overs home to. The pork XLB were some of the best I've had in Houston. I'll be back for those alone. Pork, shrimp, chive spicy sour dumplings were also very good though they should thin the wrapper more. Little gummy on the wrapper by the time it soaks in the sauce. The curry chicken and potato steamed dumplings were my wild card pick and they were good though there were multiple pieces of cartilage in them that was unpleasant to pick out of my mouth. On the whole I'll be back.

Food: I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu Baked Pasta, and it was pure comfort. Creamy, cheesy, and generously portioned, with tender chicken and ribbons of ham woven throughout. My daughter chose the Strawberry Nutella® Crêpe, which felt like a little celebration on a plate. Light, delicate, and just sweet enough. My husband went with the French Dip au Caramelized Onions. The beef was tender, the onions perfectly sweet, and the jus rich enough to make every bite worth dipping. We couldn't resist taking home pastries, and they were just as lovely later that evening. Service: Friendly and efficient. Orders came out promptly, and the staff kept the line moving without making the experience feel rushed. Ambiance: Cozy and inviting, with the feel of a neighborhood café. The pastry case greets you as soon as you walk in, and the scent of coffee and baked goods makes it hard not to linger. Overall, it was an easy, satisfying afternoon spot for families or a casual lunch. Sometimes you just want something warm, familiar, and well done. This delivered.

Had a meal at La Madeleine for the first time in a long time. Went for breakfast around 11 a.m…read more I was disappointed. First of all, what restaurant does not have sausage and bacon when they have the breakfast menu out? How does that happen exactly? Even if the Sysco truck did not bring it, the manager is not aware of H‑E‑B? I mean, go pick some up. At the very least, tell customers, up front, there is no bacon or sausage when they order. Not when they have gone through the line to pay. "Uh. Did anyone mention we do not have sausage?" Me: "No. I'll have bacon then." Him: "Um. We don't have bacon either. How about turkey bacon?" Nobody likes turkey bacon. They plated the scrambled eggs, French toast, and the offending turkey bacon all on one small plate. Normally pancakes or French toast comes on its own plate so it is not tainted with runny eggs or greasy bacon. The Croque Madame was dry, room temperature, and generally disappointing. It was like it was cooked 5 hours prior. The Cesar salad's lettuce tasted of chemicals. Though not crowded, service was horrible. There was not one employee who smiled nor said anything nice at all. To anyone. Ever. Then I saw the manager who looked so miserable and like he did not want to be there. None of those employees had actual printed name tags. All, including the manager, had to write their name on their tags. What place doesn't have printed name tags. It's like their employees are temporary and disposable. And guess what? The lack of service, lack of basic breakfast foods, and cold food reflects all of that. Frankly I did not see anyone one customer who appeared happy. Tables all around us spoke of their own disappointing experience. What has happened to La Madeleine? What I know is I cannot go back. There are too many good restaurants who actually want business. It's a miserable place filled with miserable employees making food that reflects all of that. It's been taken off our list of area restaurants to attend.

The restaurant was…read moreclean, well-organized, and the atmosphere felt comfortable for both small groups and solo diners. The broth was flavorful but not overly salty, which worked perfectly for cooking the meats and vegetables. The beef slices were thin and fresh, cooking quickly in the broth and staying tender. The vegetable platter was generous and included a nice variety like cabbage, mushrooms, tofu, and noodles. One thing I liked was the sauce bar--there were several options like ponzu, sesame sauce, garlic, and chili so you could customize the flavor exactly how you want. Service was friendly and attentive. The staff explained how to cook the ingredients properly, which is helpful if you're new to shabu-shabu. The only small downside was that it can get a bit busy during peak dinner hours, so you might have to wait for a table. Overall, it's a great spot if you're craving fresh hot pot and a casual dining experience. I'd definitely come back again.

Came in with a group of friends for a late dinner and wanted to order a lot of meats. We ended up ordering 12 meats to start off for the three of us at one of the tables but only ever got 7 of our meats. Wasn't the biggest issue, and I was still fine at this point. For the next ~20min after we finished our meats, I see our waiter walking around, helping out one table at a time and then just dip, not seeing them for a long period of time. Eventually, the lady working at the front desk helps us order our meats, and our waiter comes out 5 minutes later to ask us if we need anything. I don't really know what happened here, everything still tasted great, but waiting this long to eat more really just kind of ruined the vibes of this meal. Hope my next experience is better.
