This is the second pizza we have ordered in as many weeks. They seem to have problem covering the whole pizza with toppings at this Papa John's. The whole middle of the pizza maybe 6-7" was void of toppings especially the beeagain. My family and I have been patrons of this soap John's for over 8 years because of location and quality for the price. I have to say that this location has been in decline for the last two years. This visit was no different. I ordered ordered online since we had company at the house. When I arrived, they had problems pulling up my order, which I already paid for, and acted as if it was my problem. When they finally got the order, they told me what was on the pizza and it was not what I ordered. I told the cashier and I was told "well, they look good ". They never even offered to make the pizza over again. I had to get back home so I took the pizza and decided to write the review and answer their feedback survey. This is my order spot for Papa John's. It's quick easy and right by the gym. Makes it easy to grab dinner for my family when I'm running behind. The only issue I have is that I need notifications from the APP that my pizza is ready and when I show up they say it's not done yet and will be another 5 minutes. APP should provide more accurate information. read more

Ordered a pizza today and it got delivered very quickly. The only issue is that it was the wrong pizza. I called them and told some girl that the pizza was wrong and she was quick to apologize and offered me another pizza or credits for a pizza. Apparently, this location started using Door Dash. So, the delivery guy sends a text asking what the address is! (Didn't see it right away because my phone is NOT a surgical attachment and wasn't with me. I was outside talking to a neighbor.) Papa John's - who has been delivering to me for over a decade - supposedly didn't let Door dash in on the secret as to my address. So, ten minutes AFTER it was marked as "delivered", answered the text - no response - so I called the store, telling them I got a call from Door dash - whom I did NOT call for an order. I got the manager on the phone, who did apologize and offered to re-make the order - which we'll get about two HOURS after initially ordering. The manager was polite, professional, and did her best to correct the situation. The one-star review is for the lousy Door Dash attempt. I will be VERY hesitant to order again as long as Door Dash is used instead of in-house drivers. I don't need someone collecting from ten different restaurants before delivering my order. read more

I was very disappointed with my last order. I was quoted a 30-40 mins wait for delivery but did not receive our order until 80 mins later. The driver actually stated "sorry for the delay I just clocked in and they wanted me to deliver your order, but I had to do my stuff first." All prices online are only for online orders. Do not look at menu online and expect the same prices if you call and order delivery because you want to use cash, the pizzas are almost double the price when you call compared to ordering online. Very misleading, literally a scam. read more
