This was confusing because I had literally just checked online before arriving and saw multiple outdoor reservations available starting at 5:30pm. To confirm, I booked a 5:45pm outdoor reservation on my phone right in front of her, received the confirmation, and politely asked to be seated. Baylee still refused, stating I had "just made that reservation" and could not be seated until 7 or 7:30pm. I then asked to speak with the GM, Tommy. I explained that another family with a 5:45pm reservation had just been seated, so I didn't understand why ours would not be honored. Tommy immediately apologized, seated us outside right away, and completely turned the evening around. He checked on us multiple times during dinner and genuinely cared about making things right.
