Brunch dishes. Top: breakfast sandwich, Left: Wagyu steak special, Right: Chicken & waffles

Paradise Tavern is a hidden gem in Palm Beach, offering a tropical backyard oasis with good vibes. We came here to try their new brunch offerings. There is a small parking lot out front. I can foresee some difficulty in finding a spot during peak times, so plan accordingly. We arrived before the brunch rush at 11:30 am and entered through the bar area. We were greeted by the owners, who were very warm and friendly. As we walked to the back, that's where this place really shines. The back patio overlooks the intercoastal bay. It was so calm and beautiful. Susie was our server and was so excited to talk about the dishes. My friend and I decided to share 3 dishes. The breakfast sandwich, the Wagyu steak special, and the chicken and waffles. All the dishes were amazing and served hot. The breakfast sandwich had chorizo, steamed egg, and cheddar cheese on a croissant. It also had an amazing tomato jam inside, which really elevated the sandwich. I highly recommend trying this! Next was the chicken and waffles. The chicken was fried chicken thighs in a smoky, Nashville hot paprika-tasting seasoning. The breading was on the lighter side, which we really enjoyed. The chicken paired with the savory potato waffle, drizzled with real maple syrup, was the icing on the cake. This is such a great take on what is usually a "one-and-done" type dish. Loved it! Lastly, the Wagyu special reminded me of a lomo saltado dish. There were huge chunks of steak sauteed with crispy potatoes, onions, and tomato, topped with 2 sunny-side-up eggs. It was served on a cast-iron dish, which made the potatoes extra crispy! The potatoes used were also unique. I believe some were purple or red. Overall, we really enjoyed sharing these 3 dishes with such a great view and gorgeous winter Florida weather. A cool 68 degrees and a calm breeze. Hats off to the owners, staff, and the chef (who came out and greeted us). What an awesome experience. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I went here last week. We sat by the water. She ordered the chicken and waffles and I ordered the eggs Benedict on an arepa. We had wonderful service as they were varied. Our food was very good and that was one of the best chicken and waffles I've had. The eggs Benedict was also very good, but the arepa was a little different than what I expected. It is more potato base than corn. But still had a very good taste. I definitely recommend this place for families, small groups, and couples

We checked this place out on a Sunday afternoon. It's the old 'Dockside' spot for the OGs out there. Anyway the food was really good for the most part. Only slight stumble was the Pork Belly Sliders, needs more sauce or acid. However the fries were tasty. Wings were good and the happy hour was great. Skewers and Oysters too. Will definitely be back to try more!! Service was quick even tho they just opened and our waitress was very helpful and apologized for any delays, but the timing was great for a new place. Sat outside but you could easily have fun inside in the summer at the bar and play some pool. Enjoy!

So glad I finally got to try Paradise Tavern. It's such a fun spot with great vibes and an awesome happy hour, and I love that they include food on the happy hour menu even for the tables. My dinner was fantastic. I had the tripleta beef and pork skewers and the burger, and both were seriously next level. I've never had skewers like that before. They were so flavorful and tender that they even held up as amazing leftovers the next day. And that burger? Absolutely to die for. The bun made it, but the whole thing was hearty and delicious. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because my dinner mate said her fish tacos were a little bland. She had the cod fish dip, and the tacos, and everything looked great. Our server Suli was wonderful, very friendly and attentive, and she made the night easy and enjoyable. She had great recommendations! I'll definitely be back. Great food, great staff, and a really good energy all around.

Love love the outside seating area. It's like a secret one would never expect. The food was amazing and the servers were very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Paradise Tavern offers a nice view and casual atmosphere. The servers were very friendly, but the food was sub par. The dry rub wings were seasoned well, but I didn't love the guava barbecue sauce. I assumed it would be sweeter since it had guava, but that was not the case. It's more of a smoky, mildly spicy barbecue sauce. The paradise salad was pretty good, but the fish was dry and flavorless. We were really hoping for a better experience with the food.

Checked out the new neighborhood spot and will definitely be back! Wings, tacos and cocktails were 10/10. Views here are always beautiful, and service was great!

Another dear friend of mine had an upcoming birthday and would be away on a cruise so we opted to dine here to celebrate. We sat outside on the covered patio and enjoyed lupper. We shared a variety of items and started with the Parker House bread which is paired with an insanely delicious caramelized onion butter and a trio of tuna poke tacos. Both of these appetizers were superb! The billowy soft roll blanketed in the onion butter was dreamy and the tuna inside the tacos was well flavored and very fresh. Moreover, the combination of textures: the crispy taco shell with soft tuna harmonized extremely well. After we enjoyed the starters, we shared the seasonal chopped salad. The vinaigrette was magnificent and the sweet potatoes were roasted to perfection and danced delightfully with the cranberries and goat cheese. Finally, we shared the Clubhouse California sandwich and fries which we had the kitchen split for us. The sandwich featured toasted multigrain bread with a grilled chicken breast, gruyère, avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a sriracha aïoli. We requested this be held on the side and served along with a side of honey mustard. Unfortunately, there was an error and this didn't occur. I absolutely detest mayonnaise which is why I preferred it be served on the side just in case I could taste it. Luckily, I didn't mind the aïoli being I didn't taste any mayonnaise. It also had a gentle kick due to the sriracha that paired well with the accompanying ingredients. We washed down our meals with club soda paired with lime and good ole fashioned H20. I had mentioned to our server Morgan that it was my friend's birthday so after our meal she and her team brought out a hot brownie with vanilla ice cream and a candle and sang "Happy Birthday." It was such a special touch and very appreciated. Our dining experience was delightful and I will definitely return. The inside of the restaurant along with the bar is beautiful offering great views and the restroom was very clean. There is some walking involved from the parking lot to the dining room, but valet parking is an option.

Sometimes the best restaurant discoveries aren't planned. They're the result of hunger, a long…read moredrive, and a Google search that happens to get it exactly right. On our drive home from Miami to Jacksonville, we traded Interstate 95 for the slower, more scenic A1A. It made for beautiful views, but after crawling through one coastal town after another, lunch became a priority. A quick search landed us at Stage Kitchen & Bar on PGA Boulevard, a restaurant I later learned had earned a place in the 2025 Michelin Guide. After one meal, it was easy to understand why. We began with two appetizers that could not have been more different, duck confit egg rolls and a grilled cheese. Calling the grilled cheese "just a grilled cheese" would be unfair. Brie melted between perfectly griddled bread kissed with white truffle oil already sounds luxurious. Pair it with a bright mango jam and suddenly a childhood comfort food becomes something unexpectedly elegant. Richness met sweetness in all the right proportions. The duck confit egg rolls were equally memorable. The duck was deeply seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, giving each bite layers of warm, savory flavor. The accompanying peanut chutney added sweetness, nuttiness, and just enough contrast to keep the dish from becoming too heavy. These egg rolls packed far more personality than their modest appearance suggested. For lunch, my wife ordered the grilled black grouper sandwich. The fish, sourced fresh from local suppliers, was flaky, moist, and clean tasting. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and a malt vinegar aioli gave the sandwich brightness without overwhelming the fish. It was simple, balanced, and exactly what a fresh fish sandwich should be. I chose Stage's signature burger, two Certified Angus Beef patties topped with aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, sunflower sprouts, and their house "fancy sauce." This is the kind of burger that reminds you why burgers became America's favorite sandwich in the first place. Cooked to a juicy medium, every bite was rich without becoming heavy. The caramelized onions added sweetness, the white cheddar delivered sharpness, and the sunflower sprouts provided freshness and texture. The fancy sauce contributed just enough heat to keep everything interesting without stealing the spotlight. Dessert continued the restaurant's habit of taking familiar flavors and giving them thoughtful refinement. My sticky rice ice cream, finished with mango sauce and toasted coconut, captured everything I love about mango sticky rice while transforming it into something lighter and more playful. It was creative without feeling gimmicky. My wife ordered three macarons from local pastry maker Macaroner, S'mores, Passion Fruit, and Lime Coconut. Each shell was delicately crisp before giving way to a soft, airy center, exactly as a proper macaron should. Stage Kitchen & Bar takes familiar dishes and quietly elevates them through technique, quality ingredients, and restraint. Nothing feels overcomplicated or designed simply to impress. Every plate feels carefully considered. Sometimes trusting Google is a gamble. This time, it paid off. Great restaurants don't always announce themselves. Sometimes they're simply waiting for hungry travelers willing to take the next exit.

My party had the chicken Matteo (extremely average and mostly red peppers with limited chicken), a trufi pizza (mostly arugula, no truffles in sight, minimal Mushrooms and the taste was a below average), the salmon which was prepared fine and a Caesar salad. The most legendary part of our dinner was when we ordered the rigatoni bolognese, which Matteo's is known for and the waiter only notified us they were unable to make the dish 30 minutes later. No apology was offered and one member of our party got to sit at the table without food while everybody had to eat. Ridiculous..... The atmosphere: 5/10, looks new but nothing special and it's extremely loud. The food: 5/10, nothing tasted great. The pasta options on the menu were unappetizing. I have never been to an Italian restaurant and thought, not one of these pastas (besides the bolognese) sounds good. The pizza was below average too. The service: 1/10, after the waiter messing up and only letting us know they couldn't make the pasta 30 minutes later they did not apologize or offer us a single thing. What good restaurant behaves that way. Overall, this is a C-. There are too many places that are superior in every way. We sat with the bartender AB that immediately greeted us with waters and their menu. They are currently running a pick 2 for $15.99 menu that has some pretty great options. We had 2 meals & chose the wings, blackened shrimp po boy with the small gumbo's. Wings were super crispy, juicy, and tender. With a nice light Smokey taste. They buffalo and blue cheese sauce was actually pretty impressive. The po boy had a good amount of shrimp to bread ratio, with a nice sauce included. The gumbo had a deep rich flavor, but was not overly heavy with fatty meats. We were also informed of the happy hour oyster special, so we ended up getting a few of the rockerfella and raw. The rockerfella was amazing with melty cheese, a nice garlic flavor, & served with crispy bread slices. The raw came with crackers, lemon, wine vinegar, and a tasty cocktail sauce. Both were delicious. Marco, the manager came and spoke with us about our experience which really showed the attention to detail this restaurant offers. After sharing our story of visiting New Orleans a few years ago and bragging about the beignets, he brought us 2 out to finish our meal. I have to say, these were better than the ones I've had at cafe beignet in NOLA. They were HOT out the fryer to the point where the powdered sugar was slightly melted. Crisp outside dough but gooey soft in the center. A unreal experience to end a fantastic meal. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Luckily my sister lives 5 mins from this place but I would easily drive a hour or 2 when visiting from out of town just for this experience. Now I've been in and around the PBG area for a long time. I've gone to Angry Moon Café and never, not once, did I notice the cigar lounge located pretty much right behind the café. Go figure. This is an old-school place. Lots of dark: dark wood and dark leather and a dimly lit back bar with just about anything you can thing of up there- exactly what I expect at a cigar lounge. Since this was a snap decision for us, we had to hit the humidor to grab some sticks - humidor was very comprehensive with just about anything you culd wat, and all price points. We found some that worked for us and got them snipped and lit in short order. There are clippers and lighters available at the tiny bar - this is a service bar - not a sitting bar BTW. Young lady working there was very sociable and witty. We grabbed two after-dinner type drinks and found some cozy seats outside. The wonderful thing about this place is that there are a lot of options for seating. Inside / outside / semi-outside - you should be able to fins something that works for you. We chose the semi-outside option where we could look at the boats in the marina. The cigars and cocktails went down smoothly, and a good time was had by all. Prices are what you might expect for PBG / Jupiter. There is a piano and live piano music - just for reference the crowd is definitely on the older side- so not the best place to let it all hang out is my guess. Restrooms are spotless and the place is clean. This one is definitely going on the regular rotation of places to hit when in the area. Parking in front.
