First time today. A lot of selections. I love the croissant best. It has a brush of melted sugar on the crust. So it is crispy with a hint of sweetness. Inside is just right. We just returned from Scottsdale where we frequently purchased from Paris Baguette. The King Cream donut there was amazing. It was very light and generously filled with custard. We stopped by the Birmingham location and made the same purchase. There was no comparison. The donut tasted as though it was a day old. It was not light and fresh and there was not much custard. Very disappointing. We will try again and, hopefully, it will have improved. read more

Amazing is an understatement but I am truly disappointed. I had their cake at a birthday party and wanted to go back to get some sweets. Upon arrival I realized their entrance is not mom/handicap friendly and I could not get my stroller up the steps. There is no back entrance either. The owners should somehow make one side of their ridiculously steep steps a ramp. I was truly disappointed to leave empty handed. read more

I love Paris Baguette. I have been to so many different ones. Today I went here to get croissants and sticky buns. They are the best. I'm just not a fan of the staff. They were arguing in front of costumers and not checking the person out when they was ready to pay and having others wait in line while they argue about who was making the drinks. Another guy was counting the money drawer right in front of costumers while the people were arguing. While the man was counting the drawer a man walks up and tells him that he never got his drink and he told the costumer that he never ordered it. It was all so weird. The sticky bun was a little burnt as well which is different for Paris Baguette. read more

Hi I was here at 9/11 with family it was great food and good service but once we got to check out station there was a young lady named donya with attitude towards us I don't know why but she was probably having a bad day or something but I don't think that's the right way to treat you're customers even if she was having a bad day take a day off or something you shouldn't be throwing your attitude on you're customers specially if you want them to come back and purchase again if I do come back and she is my server I would love to see a change if not you will not see me again I'm not the type to write bad reviews but this one was difficult for me and my family to stay and feel wanted there I just hope this will be a little advice to the young lady and the owner but thank you it's a beautiful store and great food. read more

The service was great but the bakery was just not so good. It seems like the pastry has been sitting there all day. It didn't seem fresh. I love Paris Baguette at big cities. I'll go for bread and pastries only. Went in with a sandwich order for the office and they had none of the sandwiches they wanted on their grab and go stand. This is grab and go only, not a deli. This needs to be understood. Will not end up on the regular lunch rotation for this reason. The bread and pastries look good. Terrible. Every single thing I purchased tasted like it was made days ago. The worst by far was the Milk Bread. $5 for 9 slices. At home, I looked at the label, and it expired that day lmao. I was just here today for the first and last time. Beautiful shop (super clean aesthetic with a ton of natural light) and all the pastries looked delicious. My friend and I ended up getting the soufflé cheesecake and tiramisu, along with two espresso drinks. Service was great and we both liked our drinks. However, as we started eating, I noticed MOLD on the raspberries on my tiramisu. My friend then checked her strawberries and they also had mold on them. I brought them to the counter where a worker took them in the back and then offered me two new ones. She looked at them before handing them to me, so I figured they'd be fine. Nope, mine once again had mold on it. Since the berries were only on top of both desserts, we opted to just take them all off and proceed to eat the desserts. The tiramisu was good - not the best I've had, but enjoyable. My friend enjoyed her cheesecake as well. But, I just can't trust a place that is putting out moldy food. Especially when I kept seeing more plates of the different cake options being brought out from the back to restock the case, so it's not like they are just sitting out up front for days on end. I truly hope this was just a bad case of berries, and is not the norm for this place, but I just can't stomach going back there when there are plenty of other bakeries around that don't serve moldy food. read more

This place is too good!!! The caprese baguette was fresh, light, and quite large - very tasty. Very berry pastry was perfect - light and flakey, not too sweet, and very fresh. And the chai cuppuccino is the best cappuccino I've ever had. The only downfall is getting it as DoorDash this time, I thought it would still be pretty warm/hot being I'm only 1 mile away but it came almost cold and it was only 75% full. When I called and asked about it being 75% full, she said while it was ready waiting for the driver the foam probably went down. That seems like a lot to go down by but I guess maybe that's normal? So maybe make sure you order a size up with that in mind if you're planning on getting a small or medium. When I was in the cafe recently, I was very impressed by the cleanliness as well. read more

I came with my family because Starbucks was closed and I thought I'd give this place a try and Immediately upon entry the pastries were covered in flys and I saw a guy which I assume was the owner (heavy set I think I heard someone call him by the name "Ali") pick his nose and immediately picked up a pastry and served it to a costumer I was beyond angry and disgusted that this is how they run a business. Went in twenty minutes before they closed for a large coffee since Tim hortons was closed and was surprised that their coffee was pretty much the same price ($3 for a 20oz cup). I was expecting the coffee to be stale since they were about to close, but it was hot and tasted so fresh it made me almost emotional. Not too bitter like starbucks, but not your watery coney or freeze dried coffee you find a lot of chain bakeries serve out of courtesy. They had a nice covered seating area outside and were efficient at checking out 4 groups of customers and myself in under 5 minutes. Will be back for a refill avec un croissant dans la futur proche! The overall vibe of Paris Baguette is excellent, really and they have some stunning treats. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming which I really appreciate. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because their drinks are inconsistent every time that I've gone and unfortunately their staff move quite slowly. I had quit going there some time ago after going three times, ordering the same drink and each time it tasted different. Starbucks on the corner is under construction atm which is the only reason I revisited PB but on the second trip there this week I am left disappointed. Id love to see more consistency and maybe Ill become a regular customer again. read more

The service was amazing and the prices were not as crazy as I was expecting. They are comparable to Starbucks. Everything was super clean VERY delicious. If you are coming from Starbucks you will be shocked, all of the pastries are fresh and look like they are decorative. I cannot recommend this enough. I didn't even know coffee could taste so good and everything was just super clean and staff was nice. I recommend getting that strawberry croissant it's amazing like everything there. So, I am unreasonably angry but.... This is the second time I have stopped by on the way home from work for a mocha to find the doors locked at 8:50 with a store full of people drinking coffee. Hours claim to be open until 9:00. Probably wouldn't care if they had a parking lot but after paying to park and walking a block I was pissed. Luckily a kind group a four (coffees in hand) let me but the cute but not that cute barista explained there was no coffee. Save yourself the stroke and go elsewhere. read more

I was there this early afternoon (May 7). I agree with one of the reviews. There is a lot to be desired from their service, especially from the people manning the register. Their internet connection went down just before I was able to pay and they announced that it will be CASH ONLY. The lady customer behind me said that she ordered 2 days ago and she was there to pick up her order (and apparently only has credit card with her). The guy who appeared to be the son of the owner unapologetically said CASH ONLY. He did not even apologized for the inconvenience of the customer. The cashier did not even give me receipt after paying cash. Hmmm...hopefully this is just an isolated case. First and last time for me going there. Btw, there is a very popular bakery in Dearborn called Shatila. Much bigger than this Paris Bagel, got much more offerings, much better bakery product, much less expensive, and more importantly much more customer friendly.
