Recently came to eat here and dined in this time.. we got to sit down at a table with booth seats closest to that fake baguette display shelf.. our server said it was cooler on that side anyway. We get to ordering a couple stuff to share.. combination banh mi cut three ways with extra pate and jalapeños with their house sauce on the side to try.. two orders of spring rolls, one nem nuong and the other pork and shrimp.. it was four total.. and then bun Bo which we assumed was like bun Bo hue.. and we asked for three small bowls so we could share. We got waters and waited. Sandwich came out first.. we noticed no extra jalapeños and pate and they didn't bring out the house sauce. We had to remind them again and they brought that all out to the side. Then the spring rolls came with peanut sauce and then the bun bo. That didn't come with a plate or garnishments so we had to ask them for it. The man came out with bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and lime. We all started off with the noodle soup. The broth was more on the sweet side.. definitely needed some lime and wanted some fish sauce which we also had to ask for. It's definitely wasn't bun Bo hue cus it didn't have all the meat cuts in there. It was just okay and wont be ordering that again next time. The spring rolls was mid this time. I really wanted to like the nem nuong but it wasn't anything special. I just like the chili oil with the peanut sauce. I got so full I ended up taking my part of the banh mi home since I already know what it taste like cus I had it before and it's good. Throughout all that eating, I drank all my water and didn't like that nobody came to check up on us or refill our water and the place wasn't even busy. It was very frustrating. After finishing up you would also think they'll come to check on you n get the check and ask if we needed to go boxes but we had to wave them down and do all that and pay up front. Our waitress was nice but would've liked if she came to check up on us. They need to work on that.
Hands down my favorite pho place to eat. The broth is delicious and flavorful. The customer service is great and the staff is super attentive and helpful. The restaurant is clean and has a cute Paris inspired atmosphere. The also have yummy drinks.
Yummy food and yummy drinks. These are new. The food portion are pretty big. The rib bones is yummy and fall off the bone.
Walked in at 8:25 and was denied to sit down because they're only doing take out. I go here all the time and this is a huge let down.
I've been here a few times and they offer a vegetarian banh mi option with veggie meat- rare in Fresno! It's actually seasoned well and their bahn mi bread is on the thinner side. Their pickled peppers on the table are spicy and I can't get enough. I came recently for a solo lunch and had to order fries because- carbs. Lol. The fries didn't wow me but it did jfs job. I'll def return when in the area.
Good food as always! Went with my daughter and the restaurant was spacious and clean. Service was a little slow this visit. I ended up getting our waters myself and it took a while for food, toppings, and to-go containers. Still, the quality of the food makes it worth being patient.
Got the chicken pho and the grilled pork banh mi. Neither tasted "authentic," compared to the places we go to in Sacramento (notably those located in "Little Saigon"). The sandwich seemed small for the $10 price tag, and there was a seasoning in the grilled pork that was off-putting (maybe Chinese 5 spice?). The bread was just ok, but didn't have that nice crustiness or flakiness that I expect from a Vietnamese bakery. The pho broth was good and they served us a good amount of the vegetable toppings. But the chicken breast was cut in thick slices and was dry af! It wasn't good at all, in fact after 1 or 2 chewy bites, I gave up and was left with an empty bowl with a lot of tough chicken. The restaurant is clean and modern and the menu is varied with boba drinks, rice plates, and a couple Korean dishes as well. Table service was alright but very minimal. Seems like a popular spot, but I won't come back. I'll take the divey places with more flavor.
I ordered on door dash a MEDIUM b1 special AND a pho dac biet sandwich. Pho serving is HUGE. I had to put the soup in a bread MIXING bowl haha. Lots of portion for a medium and it tasted AMAZING. All kinds of meat was provided as you can see in the picture. I ONLY added lemon and jalapeños to the broth that's how good it is. I dipped the meat separately in the chili oil and hoisin sauce. This is my new favorite local place and I live in MADERA. Yes I door dashed that ISH from Clovis to Madera. The sandwhich was also good. Sweet with pork belly. Bread was toasted yet still soft. I would order it all again. Very good Resteraunt. I'm kind of hard on Resteraunts but I'm giving this a 5/5 PS: Open a pho Resteraunt in RIVERSTONE in Madera. You have hella rich people there and ZERO pho competition. You would have all the RIVERSTONE and TESORO VIEJO people flocking to your place.
Paris Banh Mi has a variety of Vietnamese culinary options to explore! It is a more modern Vietnamese restaurant with excellent design and plenty of seating. I appreciated the decor and their vision, but the food is ultimately what matters. It was my first visit here, and the variety was surprising! They provide pho, banh mi sandwiches, rice platters, and much more. We ordered the pho, bun bo hue, and banh mi sandwich (to-go). Unfortunately, the pho was overly oily, tasteless, and lacked true and authentic flavor. The effort is there, but this isn't authentic Vietnamese pho. The bun bo hue was our least favorite. The ingredients are not true to what the dish is supposed to have and the profile was poor. The broth was too sweet, lacking spice, and not aromatic. I got a grilled pork banh mi sandwich to-go. The sandwich is VERY thin. The bread was not full and hearty, and it did not have a flaky texture. The meat was too chewy and bland plus the vegetables weren't enough. Overall, very underwhelming with our experience here. It might not be for the food due to the taste and steep price, but might come back to try their drinks.
As we walked in there were no customers. We ordered and waited for a good amount of times to get our orders. Love the inside decors. I got the special combination and they put a lot of meats in but the meats is too overload to the point where you can't really taste anything else beside the meats. The sandwich is a little salty. Other than that they have a lot of food to try so I will definitely go back and try others.
Food is excellent!!! Pho special & the pork chop special are so delicious. Matcha boba series are all so good especially the tiramisu matcha & the creme brulee matcha. Service is excellent, super friendly staff. Will definitely a must go-to when in Clovis, CA. Thank you for a superb dinner Paris Banh Mi !!! See you soon again!
i came across this place and thought it was a valet for cakes but to my surprise it's more food and i wasn't disappointed. i was excited to see they had matcha and it looked promising. it most definitely was, their cream matcha with 25% sweet is my favorite. it's quality matcha and the servers welcomed me in right away and were kind & helpful to any questions i had. i also ordered two of their banh mi's. delicious and they offer so many different kinds including the traditionally banh mi. it's a cute and cleanly place. i will be coming here pretty often now
I would recommend this place if you are wanting to try Vietnamese coffee. It's not overly strong, perfect for beginners I'd get the sea salt iced coffee!! It's basically a creamy Vietnamese coffee! As for food, it's safe to order the Pho or Bahn Mi. I would avoid the rice plates, especially the golden/crispy chicken (popcorn chicken over rice, drizzled with sriracha and mayo). I actually enjoyed the pork belly, small portion but given this place is more of a cafe instead of a restaurant makes sense! Pho is clean and light. Slightly oily but I don't mind. Rib falls off the bone and super tender! Bahn Mi is always good. It is slender and skinny in comparison to other Bahn Mi that I had. But I do like the bread more here since they use an actual long baguette. Inside is very clean which I really like. Clean restrooms as well. Staff here are super friendly and helpful !
It was lunch time and I happened to see Paris Banh Mi while driving. I love a banh mi so I stopped. Sooo glad I did and so glad this place is across town from me because I'd be here way too often. I found parking easily and was immediately greeted on entering. The restaurant is fairly spacious with additional tables to the side. Inside was bustling! There are giant menus on the wall above the register with mostly drinks, sandwiches and "burgers". I ordered the grilled pork sandwich. After I ordered I saw more menus on the counter with so many more offerings. Several things caught my eye like the garlic fries with bulgogi - what?! And banh xeo. I will be back! I took my sandwich to go and took a bite while stopped at a light. OMG!!! This was such a good sandwich! I could have eaten two - to be fair, it is on the smaller side haha! It was so difficult to not devour it on the ride home. The meat was wonderfully marinated and there were enough pickled veggies, jalapeno slices and cilantro for me (I'm ridiculous about wanting more fresh veg) It was made so perfectly. I have to mention that it was under $10 so I was not resentful of the smaller size. I reluctantly shared a few bites with my daughter who also loved it. I thought I took a pic of the banh mi but I guess I got distracted! We will definitely be back. read more
Such a cute little Vietnamese shop with a really vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The space itself feels cozy and lively, which made the experience enjoyable. I only tried their BBQ pork banh mi, and while it looked promising, it wasn't quite what I expected. BBQ PORK - BAHN MI ($9.75) :: The pate was salty and overpowered the whole sandwhich. The pork itself tasted a bit gamey, lacked of flavor, and seemed slightly stale. The breading didn't give that nice flaky crunch. I personally think that it's a bit pricey for this size too. The sandwhich is long and small; it's not worth for what you paid for. RATE: 1/5 FRENCH FRIES ($5.50) :: Their fries is pretty good. I love the coating on the fries. It gives that nice crispy crunch. There's nothing special here. It just taste like regular fries. The amount that they give you is definetly bang for the bucks. RATE : 5/5 SERVICE :: Love their service but not the wait time. It was pretty empty in there but it took them a good 15 minute to finish my order. RATE : 2/5 Overall, the shop has a lot of charm, but the bahn mi just didn't hit the mark for me personally. Don't forget to grab their fries, it's great for the snacks. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes. The only reason that is holding me back a bit is their priceing is just a bit pricey from anywhere else though. read more
Walking in we were greeted and told we could sit anywhere. The restaurant looked very clean and presentable. At first the service was quick and very friendly. But as we sat there with our food the server stopped coming to check up on us. There were a few things we asked for on the side that didn't come out right away so we needed to ask for that. Our waters got low to point that I didn't have any by the time we left, so we weren't even asked if refills were needed. I don't mind not be bothered while I'm out eating but at least coming to check up on us once or twice to make sure we were good on everything we needed would've been nice. As for food, I thought it was good but pretty basic Vietnamese dishes. Spring rolls were good but the sauce needed a little something more, I'm a sauce person so that's a big one for me, since spring rolls are about the sauce. The hue noodle soup we got actually lacked some flavor though so I wouldn't get that there. The sandwich was good and I would actually like to go back to try their croissant sandwiches but only when I'm in the area and doing to go. I guess it's in their name but they might just be better known for their sandwiches. read more

The banh Mo was thin but definitely packed with flavor. The sandwich was almost a foot long as well. The banh Xeo was filled with fillings like shrimp, scallop, bbq pork, and bean sprouts. I did get mine to go in case I couldn't finish it so I think it was soggier than crispy as I would prefer. Overall the food was yummy. read more

Since moving to the valley I've been exploring the Asian food options around here. I found my Banh Mi place. I've been here a couple of times. The first time was to get a drink. I was in line and I noticed that they were bringing out big azz bowls of Pho. For some reason that struck me as odd cause I thought it was just a sandwich and drink spot. But the pho looked fire. I didn't get to try it but I will. Then I saw one of the staff making a sandwich and that also struck me as off because I was like "why that thang so effing long?" and I was like ok bet. Lemme see what yall working wit. Then realized I sounded like my homegirls when they see dudes in grey sweat pants. Then my fiance was like "Oooh look they have an artichoke drink" and at first I was like "Eww no wtf" but she will put anything in her mouth for a Yelp review so she ordered it. Everything was great. I must admit I judged too quickly. The drink itself was good. Just an odd concept to me but they were able to execute it. The Bahn Mi bread was long and skinny which I've never had it this way before. It was actually a lot easier to eat in my opinion. The bread was really fresh and had nice crunch and texture. I think I got the grilled pork and it was pretty good. I now wanna go back and try the Pho next. Will update when I do read more

Right now on the Food of Fresno 559 Facebook page, there is a whole debate about banh mis. As a kid, I use to call it birthday sandwich because my parents couldn't pronounce pâté. Paaa tay, but my parents pronounced it butt- they. If you do not know what a banh mi sandwich is, per Google "bánh mì is a Vietnamese sandwich made on a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside baguette, filled with a combination of savory meats (like grilled pork or pâté), pickled vegetables (carrots and daikon), cucumber, cilantro, and often mayonnaise or chili sauce." Back when I was in high school (early 2000s), they main banh mi places were Saigon (they have my favorite tasting liver pâté and Queens. Now, 20 years later, not only is baseball booming with Asian inspirations (Go Dodgers!), but Fresno has evolved as well with our selection of Asian foods and one of those Asian foods are banh mi sandwiches. Ordered to go, had a someone pick it up for me. They did not have creme brulee matcha available. Sandwich- I love my traditional banh mis. Bread- long, fresh baked, has a good texture and crunch Liver pâté- Good, better than Sandy's Chili, but not as good as Saigon BBQ Pork- it's good, but my favorite BBQ pork is from Huong Lanh Cured pork slice & Vietnamese ham was good. What i liked about this sandwich versus others is they don't over pack it with cilantro. The Pickled carrots and daikon were okay. Jalapeños had a good kick. Will take me a minute to return because I want to try Springly & Le Banh Mi Bistro. read more

Second time here to try the pho out. The broth is flavorful, light and clear. It doesn't make you feel super heavy after the meal. Rib was a plus, fell off the bone.. Yum! The noodles were not your typical pho noodles so I was definitely excited for something new lol Soon after, I realized I prefer the original pho noodles more but that's ok! Service was quick and attentive. We came before the lunch rush so it was nice and quiet so we enjoyed it. I'll be back to try the other dishes :) read more

I'm so happy to have found Paris Banh Mi during my Bz trip to Fresno!! I ordered the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and it was perfect! I can't wait to return to try their other menu offerings - they look Yummy!!! read more
My current favorite place to get a bahn mi! Something about the texture of the bread, meat to veggie to bread ratio, and the flavor. It's just ... It has its own unique flair aside from the other popular well known Bahn mi places. It is my favorite in that general vicinity. read more
After lunch during an extended stay on a Sunday afternoon, we all randomly wanted to have some coffee and some sort of desert. By chance, we pass by Paris Banh Mi. Sure, why not? They may have both. Plenty of parking. Upon entering, you can appreciate the simple,clean decor and ambiance. They were very friendly and took our order promptly. Unfortunately, they did not have any sort of hot beverage - I did however order a sea salt iced coffee and a desert (I regret not remembering what it was called.) Coffee was okay but the chocolate (cheesecake?) was awesome! Next time I'm in town, I'll return to try both their pho and banh mi. read more
The prices are higher than average but I couldn't even eat half of my meal. They give you so much so come here if you are hungry! I don't know what kind of Bahn mi i had but it was pretty good. Not sure if its worth the 10$ for other people because of how skinny it is, but everything was fresh and the bread was nice and toasted. I got the first pho on the menu with the huge beef bone....so good! They give you so much more meat too. When I'm starving, I can eat a bowl of pho and a Bahn mi...today...not even half..ill definitely be back..oh and the milk coffee with sea salt was amazing..cashier was polite and friendly and the inside was fairly clean. Walking into Paris Banh mi, you'll get a whiff of the aromatic pho broth! However I did not go for pho or even the mouthwatering banh mi they're known for. For some particular reason I just was not hungry today! I got a boba drink and a lemon berry mascarpone. Crème brûlée matcha boba 10/10! It's the best boba texture I've ever had. Some boba places the bobas are just so chewy and the texture of the boba here is absolutely perfect :) Lemon berry mascarpone 3/5, delicious but I'm not sure if it was the lemon flavor that threw me off but it had a "refrigerator " taste. If that makes sense... like it's been sitting in a fridge and absorbed other flavors. Customer service was impeccable, everyone was so nice ! While being THAT YELPER I accidentally spilled my boba drink while trying to get a picture. I was so embarrassed and apologized profusely! They were so nice about it and replaced my drink with no charge. I'll be returning soon for the banh mi's and NOT spilling anything ! read more

If you want a banh mi, this is the place! Quick service. Clean. Friendly staff. I ordered the B5 - pate and pork roll. Very tasty. I felt like my bahn mi was loaded with meat-- a plus! However, the bread was toasted a bit too much for my liking. The dessert was just ok, it was a lemon berry mascarpone, the texture seemed more on the dry side. read more
What a tasty banh mi sandwich! Stopped into Paris Banh Mi as I was in the area. Have wanted a reason to get a banh mi sandwich to justify eating so much bread. I think this is probably the best banh mi I have ever had. I love that the bread was very thin, crunchy on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside. It is the perfect bread for a banh mi sandwich. The pork was seasoned well and the daikon was lightly pickled. Of course the cilantro and jalapeño added the perfect culmination of flavor. I love a taro tea, but also saw they offer coconut flavor which I love as well. The friendly staff were able to combine my request of combining taro and coconut and made me the perfect drink! Sooo good! The restaurant is a nice size inside and there were several people enjoying their pho. I did see a Thai tea on someone's table and will remember to try that next time. I was totally excited to see this place open! Can't believe how inexpensive the sandwiches are. I bought four sandwiches and the cashier let me know if I buy five, I get one FREE!!!! So six sandwiches, yes please. We got to try 6 different ones. They were all really good and very filling. I even had an extra one to take to work the next day. Each had a unique flavor and they all tasted different. I like how they also offered other menu items such as the drinks and pho. I thought it was just a sandwich place I even got to buy the crispy rice, which is my favorite and I always get when I go to San Jose. Now, I don't have to wait, I can buy it here. Staff were really friendly too. Sandwiches were made quickly and it they nice and warm. Once we got up from our table to exit, 4 people all said thank you/thank you for coming by/thank you for supporting our business. That was nice to be acknowledged and be shown their appreciation! The restaurant has one of the best tasting Banh Mi, pho, and beverages. The pho we had today was delicious all around. The soup base was not greasy and in fact, so very flavorful. Easy on the stomach. The beef was very thinly sliced, and easy to digest. My pad thai was also very good. Not too sweet, but had a lot of garnishes to help bring out the flavor! The fruit tea was refreshing. I particularly thought it had a nice touch with the orange slices and strawberry infused into the tea. This visit turned out to be such a pleasantly unexpected great experience! I've know they've been open for a few months but there was so many mixed reviews that I held off coming to give them time to improve. My husband, 2 littles and I dined in today for lunch. It was noon and there was definitely a lunch rush. Once we entered there was already a line to order at the register. We were greeted with the delicious smell of pho, we had no clue they were serving pho so we decided to give that a try as well as their banh mi. The place is pretty big and spacious, simple clean interior, plenty of seating. When we got to the front of the line the lady at the front was so kind and patient and answered all of questions. I ordered the pate bbq pork and my husband ordered their special banh mi (to-go). I order a medium flap meat pho and my husband ordered a large chicken pho and pork and shrimp spring rolls. I also tried their signature drinks crème brûlée Matcha which comes with boba. For dessert we ordered ube cheesecake, brownie, ganache, cheesecake, and crème brûlée cheesecake. Everything came out one by one, the pho was hot they messed up and gave my flap meat pho in a large and my husband's chicken was med sized. It also took them a while to bring us waters, but that was okay. The lady at the front came to our table and apologized for the wait and asked if we needed anything else. The pho noodles were flat the broth had so much flavor and it was so delicious my flap meat was a bit on the tough side. My husband enjoyed his pho. The spring rolls were fresh. I ate half of my pate bbq pork sandwich, the bread wasn't toasted but I liked it regardless the banh mi was so good, I truly enjoyed it one of the best banh mi sandwiches I've had, the portions were generous. For dessert the ube and brownie ganache cheesecake was so good, to die for!!! This placed turned out to be really good and exceeded my expectations. The prices were great compared to other pho restaurants and the broth is delicious! There were some minor error and alittle wait but the workers were kind. Might have found our new go to, literally a one stop shop! Highly recommended and will return. read more
This place is a bit out of the way for me but I'd definitely come again. It's worth it. This more of a cafe style than a restaurant. You walk up to the counter to order and you pick a table and they will bring the food out to you. They have condiments/utensils at table but the napkins, togo containers, utensils are in the front at the counter. Service was good. They're all very nice. Combo banh mi: Crusty baguette bread, cold cut meats, creamy pate, pickled veg to cut the savoriness. I do wish that the pickles were a bit more tangy. It was kind of on the sweeter side. I like the meat to bread ratio, it's perfect. Buuuuuttt I know a lot of folks will say it's not much meat. (4/5) Steak pho: delicious! Clean tasting, thicker pho noodles, rich broth. I'll have to say this is one of my favorite phos in Fresno so far. I didn't have to add anything to my pho and I'm a saucy girl. I like condiments. One wedge of lime and I was good to go. (5/5) Overall id come again. The food is good. Definitely out of the way for me but id come again if in the area. read more

The first time I tried this restaurant was in Columbia, SC and it was good! Definitely tastes better in Fresno, CA though! The servers were nice and they played a lot of K-pop songs so it felt fun! This is a good restaurant to try with anybody. read more
