Gluten free baked goods that actually taste good are so hard to find and The Bakery by Indulge Right just gets it done. I went in skeptical because I've been burned before by GF stuff that tastes like cardboard with good branding. That is not what this is. Everything I tried was genuinely delicious, like I would eat this even if I didn't have to avoid gluten. That's the real test and they pass it easily. The selection is solid and the display case looks amazing when you walk in. Hard to choose. I ended up with a couple things and had zero regrets about any of it. Opens at 7am which is great, and its in Clovis so easy to get to from most parts of the Fresno area. The space is cute and the staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions about ingredients. If you eat gluten free or know someone who does, this place is a genuine find. Not a compromise, actual good food that just happens to be GF. read more

I wanted to surprise a friend who is sensitive to gluten with some special treats. I arrived just before 9am and I was wary greeted by the two ladies that was there this morning. I was the only customer and I had a few questions and they were answered. They had some samples out, and they were delicious to say the least! I ended up getting 2cookies, chocolate ganache, cinnamon cake and a chocolate banana muffin. I also ended up getting a white chocolate coffee with oat milk for myself. The white chocolate coffee was delicious! Perfect sweetness level and it was strong, I was jittering and I only had half! This place is really great!!! I found this place looking for a blueberry muffin for my two year old. Simple and straight to the point, which I love! The girl who helped me was very attentive too, and didn't rush me. I loved that they had so many vegan options. Now, I'm not vegan but for some reason, vegan muffins are ALWAYS better. I got blueberry and peach pecan, so so good! Soft, moist, did I say moist?! This is by far my favorite 100% gluten-free bakery company as someone with celiac disease. Because I live in Las Vegas, I have to fly here to pick up my favorite gluten-free bread and fried donuts (Sundays only.) Because of the flight schedules, timing is really tight so I can't always make it to their Fresno location before closing. Luckily this location is open late. All I have to do is call in my order the day before and they'll drive my order from their Fresno location to this location for me to pick up later in the day. (The Fresno location has more pastry selection on site whereas this location has more hot food options.) They do ship but I like to be able to pick out some extra stuff once I arrive. This time I had a hot croque monsieur and my husband had a bacon crepe (both $15.50) after we picked up my phone-in order. They were both excellent. I've been to so many gluten-free bakeries around the world and Indulge Right (both locations) is hands down the best. You wouldn't even know their products are gluten-free which is why I fly to Fresno just to get food here. read more

Oh my word -- The Bakery by Indulge in Clovis absolutely blew me away! The Wagyu sliders with sweet potato chips were on another level. I honestly don't think I've tasted Wagyu this good anywhere. I was a little skeptical when they came out slightly more done than my medium-rare order, but my lord -- one bite in, and all doubt disappeared. The flavor was deep, buttery, and downright addictive. And let's talk about that gluten-free bread -- it was a total standout! Soft yet sturdy enough to soak up every last drop of those rich Wagyu juices. Not a single morsel or bit of flavor was lost. Pure perfection. We didn't get a chance to dive into the bakery treats this time (had to dash to a soccer game), but judging by the display, those sweets are calling my name for our next visit. Fantastic eats, the lady that helped us(who I believe was the owner) was very kind and patient, and explained the menu items in detail. I ordered the breaded chicken, along with the mixed green salad and sweet potato chips. Everything was delicious, and gluten-fear free!
