Entrance into this beautiful building-found out it's connected to a cool hotel

Went here on a whim and had a great experience. First of all, we were seated at a nice, roomy booth by the bar. Our server came over and greeted us right away and took our drink order. Ordered our food which we got in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable, food was good, our server Oscar was excellent and ambiance was comfortably casual (80's music was playing!) I was visiting from Southern California and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Irish bar feel with some high booths using narrow walk-up steps into the booth (hard for people to get out). Breakfast was straightforward, I had bacon & 2 eggs (good), and the potatoes (dry and no taste without ketchup), and toast was just so-so. Better breakfasts I have had. Service was good, though, efficient.

Classic American food done well. The salmon was really delicious, soft on the inside with crispy skin. The waffles were also good. Pretty easy to get a last minute reservation for brunch on a Saturday. I also like how it's easy for people to pay separately by QR code and choose which entrees they ordered.

My wife and I were going to Broadway this weekend so I wanted to find a nice restaurant for brunch between the theater and Penn Station. I had previously bookmarked Parker & Quinn and its location was just where we were looking for. On this freezing cold January afternoon, this place was perfect! The ambience is early 1900's. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the bar is beautiful! We started off with a Bloody Mary for me and a Mimosa for my wife. For entrees, I had the Diner Breakfast and my wife had a Vegetable Omelette with potatoes on the side. The meals were delicious and well prepared. My eggs over easy with thick bacon slices was just what I was looking for. My wife loved her meal, especially the salad that came with it. We both thought the potatoes were great. This was an overall fun time with excellent food, awesome drinks, and friendly service. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

We had breakfast at Parker & Quinn, just a few blocks from our hotel, which made it a super convenient spot to start the day. Service was quick! We were in and out in about an hour. We were seated towards the back of the restaurant and it was pretty dark, or maybe I'm just getting old. I ordered the steak and eggs with Yukon potatoes and a side salad. Unfortunately, the steak and eggs were both very salty They were almost inedible for me. It was disappointing because the dish itself sounded great on the menu and looked even better on the plate. On the bright side, the Yukon potatoes were excellent. They were crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside, exactly how I like them. That texture contrast really saved the plate for me. My partner and I also shared a side of sausage, and that ended up being one of the highlights. The sausage was different from the typical breakfast sausage. It reminded me more of a fresh, homemade style. I especially appreciated that it didn't have a strong fennel flavor, which can sometimes overpower the sausage. Overall, while the convenience and some elements of the meal were enjoyable, the overly salty steak and eggs were a letdown.

A lovely place for a lovely date! Very moody atmosphere- dark and with a small table lighting. Booths are for reservations only, so if you want that definitely reserve. The food was great, enjoyed a soup and a sandwich dish. The sandwich was somewhat bland in flavor. Service was attentive and efficient.

We went for Christmas Dinner, cozy pub vibes. I would definitely give it another chance on a non-holiday. Service/food prep was very slow, and the server wanted to be anywhere but there. The grilled Octopus Appetizer was very good and the octopus tender. But the calamari was bland and chewy. Our server disappeared and the host or manger stepped in raved about the pork chops, which 2 of us had for our meal. The flavor was good but they were dry and overcooked. Braised Short ribs were tastier and more tender. They have a nice menu, and if we were local, I would give it another try.

SO cozy!! Ambience is wonderful. The braised rib and Brussels sprouts were to die for. The mousse was a little too rich for me but still very good! And the espresso martini still has me dreaming about it

Dinner here during our NYC trip. Place was jammin when we got there. Reservations are needed. Place was a cool vibe and hoppin. Food was good. Service was excellent. The Beet Root Carpacio was the highlight of the meal.

We actually stopped in here by chance since the spot we were headed to down the street was closed, and I'm glad we did. The server was awesome, super friendly and on top of everything. The ambience was really nice, but honestly the biggest surprise was the music. Not something I usually notice at restaurants, but it was genuinely great and added a lot to the vibe. Food didn't disappoint, the French dip was okay but the kale caesar was phenomenal!

Parker & Quinn has a really intriguing menu that instantly caught my attention, but our timing wasn't the best. We arrived around 2:30 on a Friday, got seated, and then told the kitchen was closing in five minutes--so we felt a bit rushed to order. That said, the food made up for it. My breakfast sandwich was excellent--fluffy eggs, crisp bacon, though it could've used a touch more pepper. My wife's grilled cheese was golden, buttery, and delicious. The salad dressing for the side salad however, leaned oily and lacked balance. On the drinks side, her Great Metropolis was fantastic--a smoky mezcal base mellowed out with peach notes, making it a must-try for tequila fans. The ambiance is warm, almost old-world, with a cozy charm that makes lingering over drinks easy.

Wish I knew about this place before. Got the grilled cheese sandwich with a cup of tomato bacon soup!! Wow it was good. They have many people serving and picking up from the table. Went for lunch but 1 day need to try for dinner!!

Fortunately, the server brought a new (cold) one and the rest of the meal was smooth sailing. Service was friendly, the vibe was homey and relaxed, and the food was solid across the board. Would definitely come back, especially for that salad and another round of grenadine magic.

It was our first time eating at a Friedman's location. It had a nice diner feel to it, with a mix of booths and tables. I like that several of the items are naturally gluten free, and some can be made gluten free by request. We decided to go with three breakfast items from the brunch menu: I got the shakshuka, my sister got the Nova Benny, and we got the lemon ricotta pancakes to share. All 3 dishes were great. The shashuka came with grilled ciabatta, perfect for dipping into the sunny side eggs and tomato sauce. My sister loved that the poached eggs and smoked salmon of the Nova Benny came on top of a crispy potato latke. The pancakes were fluffy and the lemon ricotta and lemon zest elevated their flavor. Anyway, their happy hour is solid enough for a Monday and was meeting up with a friend I hadn't seen in over a year. Place is actually very cute. There are no tvs which I appreciate and the paneling of the walls and decor with all the flowers is quite tasteful. Happy hour deals 4-7pm Mon-Fri & all night Thursday apparently: Aperol Spritz $8, Hugo Spritz $9, Paloma $10, Mules $9, Draft Beers (except Guinness) $7, House Wine $9. As well as 2 Appetizer Bites for $19.95. Not the best but not the worst. I'm normally not a Spritz kind of gal. I think watering down prosecco or wine is heinous. But it was a Monday and I didn't exactly feel like powering down into happy hour so Aperol Spritz it was which switched to a Modelo later. It was the perfect drink situation on a god awful hot as hell day. We also ordered the fish tacos and what initially were the curry fries but they brought out the Greek fries. I wasn't mad about it. Honestly was torn between the two and I don't send food back unless something really bad happened. But it was essentially a side of Caesar salad dressing with feta cheese and generous amount of herbs on a very sparse and frugal amount of crispy standard cut fries. Now I know why it's a 2 for $20 deal. The tacos were 3 in an order which I guess is typical. They weren't bad but nothing stood out to me. I'd come for the drinks or try something else on the menu.
