I love it here! We just had a chance to go today and I was very impressed. Let me start with the food. Pachinko Parlor was delicious! I know it was previous established were Nashbird is now many years ago and it was ahead of its time but I am so glad they brought it back and I got to experience its return. Hands down delicious! Next the drinks at the bar. O-M-G. I had their mezcal Paloma and it was fantastic. I then decided to order one of my favorite cocktails, the aviation. The bartender recommended the Botanist gin with my aviation and it was beyond perfection. I was very impressed by their liquor knowledge and their cocktail making skills. Side note: their signature cocktails are on tap. But trust me they are very good and your would never know they came from a tap. Highly recommend this place! Parking isn't too bad either. Pachinko is located on the lower floor in "Parlor". Just east of Broadway on 6th street. Parlor is a restaurant collective with a handful of of bistros and bars. Our group couldn't decide where to patio dine today so why not go somewhere where everyone can be satisfied. One of our number chose Pachinko for their dining experience. They ordered sushi from the extensive menu. When it was served up she gave it high marks for tast and quality ingredients. She let me try one and she's right, very tasty. I wish I could rate the individual stalls instead of the whole establishment - but nonetheless here we are. I liked the layout and feel of Parlor much more than The Collective. Where Collective is rose gold and white couches, Parlor is exposed brick and comfy chairs. I visited both Mother Clucker and Sura Eats on this trip. Bad news first: Mother Clucker was disappointing. The chicken in the sandwich was tough, breading didn't stay on, the comeback sauce just tasted like apple cider vinegar... overall I was not impressed. 2 stars. Sura Eats however, saved the day! The beef bibimbap bowl was flavorful and well-balanced. Definitely something I'd like to eat again. 4 stars. Service was good and everyone seemed friendly. Could we ever get enough food halls in Oklahoma City? No, I don't think so. It really is different from the Collective and I like Parlor for different reasons. Parlor feels like a little stepped up place to go to in the evening to casually catch up and enjoy something to eat and drink on the side. I went on opening night and every time I have been there, it has been busy but not so busy that there was a line to get inside or have trouble finding seating. It always makes me worried when new restaurants open in OKC that it's overcrowded and there's a long wait to get inside or eat. I usually avoid until at least 6 months when the hype has died down, but I am so glad that I went! I like how Parlor operates - You order food at the stall of your choosing and they ask for your number and text you when it's ready! That way you don't have to crowd around the area waiting for your food to be ready and can find a seat or order a drink instead. I think it would be more helpful if I could rate the food individually but here goes. I have only tried 3 different restaurants but I think my favorite has been El Guate. I had their papusas and with a side of potatoes and they were SO GOOD. I feel like I really got full with this and thought it was worth. At Graffiti I had the Ginger-Pork Baos and they were good, but they are a snack not a full meal, and I expect to be somewhat filled with $10. And last, I had some basic bibimbap at Sura eats. They had all the elements of bibimbap, but I wasn't impressed by it and it's definitely the most expensive thing that I have had. I might give it another chance and try other things, but for now, it's at the bottom of my list. I also had a Moscow Mule at the bar and it was good but not as strong as I would have liked. Overall I like Parlor and would recommend going here for a night out, but maybe eating a pre-dinner beforehand. It is a little pricey and the portions are smaller than what I would like but the atmosphere is great and is a must visit. read more

Parlor is an excellent addition to the booming OKC food scene and is far better than the other food hall in town, The Collective. While several of the concepts got their start in Kansas City, we opted for one of those that is local - Graffiti. I had the Thai-Argentinian Salad and the Chicken Wings Agro Dolce. Both were superb. The salad was flavorful, fresh and a bit spicy. So nice when healthy tastes so good. The wings were some of the best in the city - super crispy, sweet and spicy. We chatted with the chef and who was super nice and provided quality recommendations. We also had Rice Cakes from Suro, the Kansas City Korean concept. Also extremely tasty, full of spice and great texture. Would recommend each of these items! The space is beautiful and updated with modern touches but still manages to uphold the historical integrity and charm of the original building. Fully expect to take advantage of the awesome balcony, many TVs to watch football and enjoy the other concepts many times this fall. read more

We went to Parlor for the first time on Saturday night, and we were pleasantly surprised! It has a fun, cool vibe with lots of different areas to eat and hang out in. I was a little skeptical after seeing the pictures online, but the pictures do not do it justice. It's definitely worth coming to experience it! Food: 4/5 We are vegetarian, and we found some good options, though there could be more. Providence Pizzeria Co. What won us over was the Detroit style pizza at Providence Pizzeria Co. We got the Anita Margherita but with a few modifications. We substituted the sweet balsamic glaze for red sauce on top, and we added Calabrese peppers. The crispy cheese on the outer edge of the pizza is a little stronger than I prefer. The pizza is definitely pricey for just 4 slices, but it is filling for 2 people. This pizza took us back to our recent trip to Detroit! El Guate We ordered the Papusa with the side of elote style corn. The Papusas are similar to a thick corn masa cake stuffed with Oaxacan cheese. They were fun to try, but I found them a little bland. The cabbage slaw helped a little, and I added the hot sauces, which helped some too. It's worth trying these, but can't say it was great. The elote style corn was flavorful, and it's a good side dish. There are a few more things that we want to try here, but will have to fit them in another meal! Service: 5/5 You get a text when your food is ready from each vendor. There is also staff around the hall who are nice and helpful. They help make the process easy. They check up on you and your order and they help clear your table when you are done. Atmosphere: 5/5 They did a great job of designing this place with different pockets with different vibes throughout the hall, including the rooftop. It's lively here, and it's a fun part of town in Automobile Alley. They have a parking lot as well, which makes life easier. read more

I know it isn't practical but it would be great if there were a way to reserve a spot or section for larger groups. Perhaps there is and I just don't know about it but what I love the most is the parking lot out front. So many places here in downtown OKC are a fend-for-yourself or pay some crazy price to park. I'm mostly pescatarian with vegan and gluten free leanings so it was hard to find an option that fit but Bad Nonnas had a special menu for peoplelike me, Panchinko had sushi so..., and this little chicken place in the corner of the third floor worked for me. I love Parlor! It's rare to have a place that is such a perfect vibe for brunch, lunch, dinner AND late night! They put on a lot of great events weekly, as well. I recently attended the Parlor Power Hour (workout, yoga coffee and mimosa specials!) Only thing that could've made that better was a free mimosa at the end of it Either way, it's a lot of fun! The Parlor is right down the street from my house so I've gone here several times. The first time I went on my own just to check it out and found it to be just so/so. Subsequent times I've gone there I've been talked into it by people I'm with but it's not somewhere I'd regularly go to on my own. 's expensive for what it is really and nothing I've eaten there has been super exceptional. It's also very loud there if you are planning on having a conversation here hopefully you know sign language or can play charades or if you don't mind shouting then you'll be just fine. My group tried to move outside to chat but they blast the music out there too. One good thing is all the different restaurants in one place in case you have a group who all wants different things but it's all serve yourself kind of fast food vibes with food that is decent but nothing memorable. On my most recent trip to the Parlor I tried the Lasagna Nachos at Bad Nonnas. The nacho "chips" were actually hard noodles with a white cheese sauce and a variety of cherry tomatoes. Everyone who tried these agreed that they could definitely use some sort of meat sauce or just something besides cheese and tomatoes. I also tried the shrimp scampi they make there and it was fine - not terrible but nothing better than what I could make at home. It lacked flavor and portion size. One order is enough for one person - barely. Pasta is cheap and when we go out we like to eat! It's nice to have leftovers for the price they charge. read more

My husband and I visited The Parlor for the first time last week. The general manager was very friendly and showed us around and explained how the restaurants were arranged, seating, drinks, etc. We enjoyed food from 4 different restaurants because everything looked so good! Also had to get the delicious chocolate cake upstairs which was highly recommended and did not disappoint! The Nashville Hot Chicken was my favorite, but everything was delicious. We came here for a late night dinner after a concert at Chesapeake so it was around 10 pm on Saturday and I believe the kitchens close at 11:00 pm so I am glad we made it in time. We have tried couple of other places at Parlor before but this time we wanted to try their newest addition-- SMOKED OUT BBQ -- We weren't too hungry, so my husband and I shared a 1 MEAT, 2 sides combo plate and it was PLENTY OF FOOD. We got chopped brisket, Mac and Cheese and Curly fries. The brisket was probably sitting there for all day but it did not taste dry or stale. It had good moistness to it and their spicy bbq sauce is pretty darn good! Good amount of sides as well. The curly fries were well seasoned and crispy. The Mac&Cheese--- I am not 100% sure about it. The taste was kinda there and usually places dry it out but this place had it very soupy. I almost needed a spoon to eat it because it kept dripping from my fork. I didn't think this would be an issue but looking at it overall, I do wish it was a little less soupy. Overall, I would come back here for the Brisket. Hope they stick around at The Parlor! As far as Parlor itself--it's a great space for large groups of people and want to have diff food options. Not what we expected from the website description. This is more like a food court with various fast food options. There are no "chefs" to speak of. We ordered chicken Alfredo and Italian nachos from Bad Nonna's and we did not eat either. The Alfredo sauce and smell was not appetizing. We did like Ray's Chicken and Providence Pizza. It wasn't a "can't wait to eat here again" experience, but it was good. The Bar was awesome! The drinks were great and the atmosphere of the bar was a 5/5! What a fun space! I love that Parlor has a little something for everything. I enjoyed some chicken concoction, it was okay but way too much food. Parlor alone gets an extra star for that alone. Flipside, Mother Clucker ain't that great. It's somewhat spicy chicken, I got the Cluck Yeah and was a bit let down, but it isn't "True" Nashville Hot Chicken like it claims to be. It's fried chicken that is then seasoned with spicy seasoning. It wasn't BAD, but it wasn't what I was looking for. If I pick up the chicken with my fingers and my fingers are bone dry afterward then it isn't "True" Nashville Hot Chicken. Grabbed a drink from the bar. I thought it was a cocktail, but I could be wrong. I do remember it coming from a dispenser though and that was...disappointing. It was also super weak and not at all tasty. Some apple something or another. Bleh. Regardless of the mediocre dining experience, I feel like Parlor is a decent concept that I'm happy we're getting more of. read more
