I'm going through a family medical crisis and the last thing I or anyone visiting a hospital need is to be greeted with rudeness for no reason whatsoever. You guys seriously need to teach your workers there are some sympathy because this is a hospital and should be aware that people are in crisis and don't deserve to be treated like that

Get a muffin and coffee/tea at Tatte or Flour Bakery and skip this cafe and go straight to the book store. The bookstore is a joy.
