Reading the Yelp reviews was what made me what to come to Partners so perhaps I was expecting too much, but I found the service and food to be just okay, nothing to write home about. Now for a breakfast place it is a perfectly decent choice, but I didn't feel like it stood out amongst several other good choices in the area. It sounds like the specials Christine ate were delicious, I only wish they were on the menu regularly because the only options we had were from the regular menu and were pretty standard fare. I love going to Partners on a Sunday morning with my family. I've been there a handful of times, and it gets packed fast. Each time, the service has been exceptional, and the food is great. I've had Lobster Benedict from their specials menu, and it was fantastic - giant chunks of lobster meat and a creamy sauce. Last time, I had an avocado, bacon, and cheese omelet, and the portion was incredibly generous. I also love how their kids' meals come with animal crackers and a small toy (and so does my son.) read more

This place is amazing!! If you're looking for a great breakfast, lunch, brunch place, this is fantastic! Finally a new place to go for brunch that I find has the atmosphere, service, and food that I crave (Aunt Cathie's is another one). First time here and I loved it! The eggs Benedict are awesome and the additional bacon choices of pepper or slab are amazing! It's very child and gluten free friendly with menus for them. My only wish is that they offered the greater variety of bacon here as they do at "The Cup" in W. Springfield (not much farther away), but it's nice to have a few places to go! The menu is not exactly the same, so be warned! The Cup also had the homemade donuts, so I will have to visit that location too. This location is larger however. Looking forward to many visits to both though! :) My other wish was that they were open later into the afternoon. But I guess you can't have it all! Just happy to have them here! read more

Wow! I recently went to Partners for the first time I was really impressed with this place. I ordered the Egg's Benedict and it was one of the best I've ever had. The only place that makes it slightly better is up in Northampton, MA but that place is a bit of a hike so I'll probably be going here more often. Wait staff was super attentive and fast. Prices are relatively cheap. Get there early as it fills up quick. read more

This is a review of Partners at the Cup in West Springfield. Stopped by on a late Sunday morning, waited only a few minutes for them to clear a table. The table wasn't completely clean when we sat but the girl came right away, wiped it down and took our drink orders. Our server showed up a few minutes later and took our order. Food came our quickly as well. From the outside its the same old junky building but the interior has been completely remodeled since it was the cup a few years back. It was really nicely decorated, clean, fresh and trendy without being overdone. They used all nice materials for the flooring, tables, lighting etc. Without the big counter there is lots of room for tables. its much nicer than Partners of Agawam ever was inside. The menu is different too. I really enjoyed everythig I had, as did my friend. Good service. Good Coffee. Decent Prices. I almost didn't want to write this review because I don't want this place to get too busy! Definitely my new go to breakfast place. read more

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Have been going over 20 years now and never have been disappointed. The burger special the other day had Swiss, caramelized onions and pastrami and was hands down one of the best tasting burgers I have ever had (even better than the $15 dollar burgers at some up scale places) the staff is very friendly and the prices are good. Daily lunch specials and senior specials are varied and always good. They do get very busy on the weekends. read more

Decor is adorable! Food was pretty good, I had the homemade hash with scrambled eggs, toast and homefries. Everything was good except the hash, the main staple of the meal, it was so bad I couldn't even take more than one bite. I would definitely go back, but will never order hash again. read more

WONDERFUL SERVICE & STAFF! However, our food was horrible. Ordered the 2-2-2-2 meal, the French toast wasn't fully cooked, and all the food was extremely bland. Hash wasn't anything special. The syrup barely even had a maple flavor! Just highly disappointed in my meal all together. read more

Hadn't been here in years and was hoping for a good experience. The place is VERY noisy....I think acoustic tiles would help with the noise pollution; could hardly hear others at the table it was that noisy.....ugh! Service wasn't great as it took way too much time to receive our food after placing our orders. My Veggie Omelet consisted of mostly broccoli which was a big disappointment and I ordered coffee midway through my breakfast and the waitress never carried thru. I have been coming here for 30 years, and Partners has always been a breakfast staple, but with their remodel and revamped menu, this is one of the best breakfasts you will find. Try the huevos rancheros, one of their specials, or just come in for a coffee and eggs. This place has great food and great charm, and the owner/chef may likely be the one greeting you or bringing out your food. read more

Pleasantly suprised when we revisited for brunch the other day! Was delicious! The asparagus Benedict was terrific! I order the chicken and waffles to go for me and the kids at least 2 times a month. Literally every single time I order it the kitchen puts the extremely hot fried chicken straight in the styrofoam container and closes it so when you open the container it literally has melted styrofoam on the chicken. Can't even emphasize how horrible that chemical is to food. The owner mark seems like a nice guy and the lady working the front was nice. But every time I order there it's the same problem. And the gravy they put on the side was ice cold straight out of the fridge. They close at 2 so don't go there any time close to that because everything is half ass. I've worked in a kitchen quit some time and hates getting orders when everything is being cleaned but that's how it goes. I was going to email mark about this ongoing situation with melting styrofoam being mixed with the food but I'd rather warn the others. If you're not familiar with how serious that chemical is then you should do research. Just a cheap breakfast place. read more

Really great place to eat breakfast, but they are under staffed. I ordered something for pick up and stood at the counter for 10minutes waiting to pay. This place would benefit from a designated busser, and a hostess (or just someone to ring customers card/money). Other than that the owners are local, I went to school with some of their kids, and it's great to support a locally family owned restaurant. read more

We just checked out Partners at the Cup for our Father's day breakfast. We were not familiar with this restaurant at its previous location but we love a good breakfast joint so we were excited about it opening up in West Springfield. For starters, the place looked fabulous, a lot of thought and style went into the renovation. Our wait was brief, less than 20 minutes, which is totally fine for a popular Sunday. We are dining with a toddler and an infant so that's really our max wait time anyways. We were greeted by a lovely woman (the owner, I assume) and kept updated on the status of our table. She was sure to place us in a spot that was convenient for a booster seat and our car seat, which is always appreciated. i did have to deduct one star from this review due to our grumpy waitress. I really felt like she was pretty annoyed with the customers (and I swear, our kids were very well behaved!! ) and she was very slow and disorganized. Our food took FOREVER. I get it, home cookin takes time, but I watched 4 tables that came in after us get their meals before us. When the food did arrive, it was scattered, nothing arrived together, so my husband started eating alone to get it while its hot, which everything was. I'm not sure where the blame lies with that but unfortunately, the waitresses grumpy and somewhat rude demeanor made me kinda place the blame on her, which may not be fair. HOWEVER, after digging into my bacon/asparagus benedict, I was no longer mad. Hands down, best benedict I"ve ever had. My husband reports the chocolate chip pancakes were also amazing. My daughter ate cereal and fruit which isn't all that exciting but the fruit was fresh and delicious. The food was really outstanding and we will definitely tell our friends and head back there ASAP...fingers crossed we get a different waitress or she is in a better mood. read more
