This is such a gem!! It's perfect for younger kiddos, ages 2-10. It's a legit amusement park with about 6 fun rides that littles can ride by themselves, a fun jungle gym, mini golf, laser tag and arcade games. And the price is right! It's just $8.25 and that includes the amusement park rides, laser tag, mini golf and the jungle gym! The only thing not included is tokens for the arcade games. My two and a half year old absolutely loved it here and after almost two hours still didn't want to leave... that's success!! It was super clean here, the staff is really friendly and the rides were all in great shape. It was one of the few places where I could breathe without worrying my child was going to get into something that she'd be too small for. Definitely visit!! read more

Horrible. Unacceptable of a kids establishment that this place does not state why it's closed or give notice on their website, social media OR even their voicemail that they'll not be opened on a certain day. We came on a Sunday at 11:30am (Father's Day) and they were not opened. No sign on doors stating why they were closed either!!!! We drove all the way from Goodyear to finally visit this place with our kids and they were CLOSED!!!! wasted our time and our kids were disappointed. This place is awesome! My 2.5 yr old was timid at first. But soon enough he was happily riding the train and the elephants excitedly. The staff are all super kind. And the prices are very reasonable. I was expecting a catch. But there is none! Imagine that! A place that doesn't try to suck every last dollar put of you for a couple hours of kids fun! It was my first time there and I plan on stopping in a couple of times over the next month just for a little fun with my son for a change of pace. This place seriously deserves 100 stars!!! My 3 year old absolutely loves Party Jungle and literally asks to go there everyday! We signed up for the monthly membership which is a smoking deal. The staff here are AMAZING; always so welcoming and upbeat. They always put a smile on yours and your little ones face :) The entire facility is so incredibly CLEAN. Every time we have been here (which is a lot) I always see staff cleaning and scrubbing to ensure the health of the kids. As a germaphobe Mom it makes me love this place even more, haha. The rides are diverse and perfectly age appropriate. We always buy tokens and play a bunch of the arcade games too. Most only require 1 token and we might have more fun than our daughter does playing the games. The jungle gym in the back is full of climbing areas and fun slides. We're even planning on having our daughter's birthday party here. This is absolutely one of my favorite places for kids!!! read more

As a nanny I'm always trying to find something fun to do with the kids. My little guy loves this place, every time we come he doesn't want to leave. The prices are very reasonable. We went this past week on Wednesday and Thursday, I like the place but I think the gym area is a little worn out and needs an update, but that's not a big deal really. What I didn't like was how dirty it was . We went on Wednesday I saw a piece of cake or cookie not sure what that was on the floor ( in the space between the slide and the gym ) I thought it was because the place was busy and probably nobody got a chance to pick it up but then on Thursday we went again and it was still there so .... So they need to do a better job with the cleaning and maybe vacuum the space in between in the gym area as well lots of dirt. read more

Our son Luca celebrated his 3rd birthday here at Party Jungle. We decided on Party Jungle for their price and because it is inclusive to children of all ages. From the very beginning, the staff at Party Jungle was on top of it all. They went above and beyond to make our party unforgettable and to make sure all of our needs were met. The front desk staff greeted my son with such a warm embrace. I truly appreciate that they are there working because they want to be there. It shows in their faces. As for the party, we booked the monkey room which includes pizza for the kids and free all day play. The rooms are beautifully decorated. As I was walking around, I noticed that the staff was greeting children and having conversations with the children. It all around seemed like they wanted to make every child feel special. My son had a great time and all the children did as well. Thank you Melissa for everything and thank you to our party host that took care of us. We had a birthday party for our toddler here. We chose here so that we could relax with our family and friends. Unfortunately for us it was not the case. We were charged for extra pizzas that were brought out that we didn't order when asked to have those removed they were denied. We were not given our membership discount host stated that we were not eligible although I had a membership. We had to clean the tables off and we got into our private room. When requesting to speak to a manager we were told that she was not available. I let it all go just to move on with life. I noticed there was a double charge in my membership. Contacted them to let them know. Was told they were valid charges. Told them that was BS and an effing joke. my membership was then canceled and we were banned from the establishment. As somebody that works in a corporate complaint department handling complaints all day I find this absolutely ludicrous. When contacting the owner via email because that is the only way she will contact you. I was berated that I should've asked for a manager although I already had. Thank you party jungle from removing us from your establishment so that I don't have to personally go in there again. Never had issues with Peter Piper Chuck E. Cheese uptown jungle or any of the other jump places. I will spend my $400 elsewhere. Obviously we weren't wanted, couldn't even give us a plastic knife to cut the cake! read more

Fantastic place for kids from about age 2 to 10. Extremely affordable and lots of fun. The food is good and very reasonably priced. One suggestion - they should stop playing that giant conglomerate radio station and turn on something local like 94.5 (also currently playing Christmas music!) I prefer to support small and local rather than giant, heartless corporations like the radio station they were playing last week. I brought my 2 year old grandson and he had so much fun. He got to ride everything a couple times, played on the playground, jumped and ran, drove all the little cars, then got to spend his tickets. When we first walked in and he saw everything so colorful he said "I'm so cited"! And when we left he said "that was so fun" lol. The prices are great compared to other places we looked to go, adults are free which I loved. And to see the smiles on his face was worth every cent and then some. My daughter is 2 years old, this was the BEST place I have ever seen for her to have the most amazing time!!! She enjoyed every single minute. The five amusement park rides were meant for toddlers, she rode the train at least 20 times. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the quality of the place itself. VERY CLEAN! So many things to do for my baby! Games, huge play equipment, small little rides throughout the entire place, and guess what else? The food is decent and reasonably priced. Wonderful place to escape the heat with the little ones! Feels safe and enclosed and plenty of things to do. We spent 2 and half hours and we could have been there longer! I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and they had a blast! You can easily spend 4 hours there and not get bored! I love how for the entry fee you can ride everything is included and unlimited so they are not nickle and diming you for every little thing! Staff is very friendly and nice! I am extremely unsatisfied with the way me and my party was treated during our visit today. I showed up for a birthday party today and the chain was down on one side so me and my children went to find our party to find out what to do as we didnt get any instructions except an address as I found our party an elderly female employee started screaming at me and my children and tried to grab me several times. She then did the same to my sister about a child that wasnt even hers. She was extremely rude then continued to talk bad about us to other employees. Which in turn made another employee at the ticket counter treat us badly and take every customer but us. The experience was so incredibly bad compared to the first time that we went there. Nothing was explained to me and my children both over the ages of 12 didnt even get to ride rides as they are to big for them. I would like to be contacted or I will go to the better business bureau and anyone else that will listen about the terrible experience we had with your company. Never have I been treated so badly and I am not one to complain. But I felt extremely uncomfortable and borderline assaulted by the staff and I think it should be handled. My son has aspergers and this sent him into an episode so extremely unhappy will never return read more

Super cute amusement park for young kids with free rides (with paid admission), a big jungle gym, and other arcade games that you can play for $0.25. I have a 2 yo and 5 yo, and they both enjoyed it a lot. My 5 yo was mostly interested in the jungle gym, as some of the rides might have been a little too amateur for him. They both really liked the swing ride and monkey barrel (like teacups at Disney). Good snack bar with reasonable prices. The whole place was very clean and organized. We found a Groupon to Party Jungle and decided to check it out for my kids Fall Break from school. We also brought cousins along. All the kids ages were 9, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2 and they all had so much fun!! The rides were perfect for the younger ages. And the arcades are fun for the older kids. The staff was very helpful and nice. Took my four year old here today & it was a blast!! She loved all the rides and the jungle gym. The price to get in was so cheap, the snack bar food was good & worth the extra bucks. This staff is amazing. They all engaged with my child and made her so welcomed & comfortable. We came on a Thursday at 4:30 & stayed until close. There was never a line for rides, only a handful of families were there the whole time.
