I actually had a membership here. I used to really like to take my kids whenever we had a chance. However the last time I went left a bad taste. My five-year-old was clearly not understanding the instruction he was being given on one of the rides and the man (owner/manager man) kept yelling at him in his face and stopped the ride and made all of my kids get off of the ride. My five-year-old did not understand what had just happened but I guarantee you my 10-year-old did and she made sure I knew exactly what happened and expressed her disappointment. Because of this I actually have canceled my membership and I do not see myself visiting Again considering the way my children Were treated and how they feel about it now. I can only imagine how much worse or how often any child with special needs would be treated here. Especially if that child were to be nonverbal and unable to explain to their parents what happened. That is heartbreaking to me. My five-year-old Does not generally speak as much which is why he did not process what had just happened. He even tried to go back to the ride Only to be yelled at again. We left immediately after the second time he tried and as I said will likely not return. read more

Today was our first day here and it was my daughters birthday. We weren't expecting much at first but we had an awesome time! Firstly, the prices are great! It was about 10$ for kids and adults were free! Very affordable. Second, the staff was nothing short of amazing and friendly! The lady at the front was informative and cheery! Their park ranger had a great personality and interacted with both the kids and parents. They were wonderful with the kids. They have a variety of arcade games, a mini golf for the kiddos, laser tag & a jungle gym. They also have party rooms to host your childs birthday and I wish I had looked into this place sooner! (My daughter will have her party here next year!) It is a hidden gem, that is for sure. A cool place to bring the kids for the day. We will be coming back very soon. read more

My 2 year old loves Blippi on YouTube so when I saw that he had gone to a place near us, I had to take her. Party Jungle blew me away. If you have ever been to kids activity places, you know the staff is usually teens who look like they hate their jobs and are miserable having to be there. Party Jungle is completely different. All of the staff was amazing and easily the best part about this establishment. They were all smiling, friendly and engaged with the kids. Giving them high fives, making funny faces, helping them on and off rides. They ALL were amazing! My 9 year old even had fun, though this place is definitely geared towards the younger crowd. We will definitely go back! I just wish it were closer as we are in Gilbert. We would be there every weekend if we could! read more

I love this place! It's perfect for babies up to maybe 8 yrs old. Older than 8 kids can enjoy the spinning buckets and laser tag. Otherwise it's more geared toward smaller children. This place is a hidden gem! We took our 2 year old granddaughter there for her birthday and she had a great time. We went at 11 am on a Saturday and it wasn't yet crowded so no problems with waiting to get on rides etc. They have a good snack bar as well! This is a fantastic place for bday parties or a place to take the littles when it's too hot outside for them to be at the park. read more

This was a great place for my 7yo & 3yo girls to run around and have tons of fun. We went when it opened so it wasn't that busy, but they had tons of birthday parties so it did get a little busy. Took my 4 year old here today- there were only a couple other kids here since it was the middle of a school day. He had a lot of fun riding the rides and playing on the jungle gym. It was very clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful with operating the rides. We will be back to avoid the heat or on a rainy day. read more

This place was awesome my kids loved it. This is perfect ages between 2-10. Went during the week so it was lonely and when we tired to order food they were out almost everything. Our first visit was so fun. My daughter is almost three and had a good time. She loved the train (daddy got to ride as well) and one of the rides. I was so impressed by the staff. They all had smiles and were happy to help us out. When the rides or video games didn't have little kids busy on them, the staff was spraying down and cleaning the equipment. My only suggestion would be not to charge for the little tiny one person rides. We dropped an additional $2 on those because my kiddo was too little to do the other rides that were free. This is a great spot for kids! My kids 3 & 5 spent over 3 hours here. The 5 rides are painted beautifully and very well maintained. The climbing structure was great and they loved the slides. The only thing I'd add is perhaps a few more games that younger ones could play to get tickets. Prices are so good, 8.95 for unlimited rides! No charge for adults. We didn't eat but food prices are so reasonable. read more

If you have a child that has autism do not bring them here. My son is non verbal and has very little understanding of things. I let the people working know that. I completely understand that socks are required and I did my part in putting them on him every time he took them off. The manager the proceeded to tell me that I should not let my son play in the jungle gym area. How or when is a child with no understanding going to understand that he can't play where he wants to play because he has a sensory issue. How disappointing that to begin with there is not very many places for children with autism to play and people like them basically taking him out of a place where he was having fun because of his not uunderstanding. read more

We absolutely love love love Party Jungle. My 2 y.o. daughter has a blast every time we visit. The owners and "Park Rangers" go above and beyond with their customer service. From our first visit, they all made the effort to remember our names and they're always kind, helpful, outgoing, and even excited to see us! There are various activities to entertain kids, including mini golf, laser tag, a jungle gym with slides, swings, rides, and prizes that can be "purchased" using tickets from the many games. The entire area, including the bathrooms, is very clean. Actually, I think every time we've visited, someone is cleaning something. The cafe has tasty treats and their pizza is addicting. I am so impressed with the improvements that have been made under the new ownership and management. Today was the second time we visited since they opened under Party Jungle and it will not be our last. The staff is all excellent. The ride operators engage with the children, smile, and have positive attitudes. It was like they all genuinely enjoy their jobs. There are multiple carnival style rides including flying elephants, swings, a train, and two spinning rides. There is another ride which is closed and the employees have stated that it will be replaced by something new and fun. In addition, they have a climbing structure with tunnels, a cargo net, and two slides: a long roller slide (slow) and a tube slide (fast!). Be aware that children are required to wear socks in the climbing area. They also have a small 6 hole mini golf course. This is actually the perfect size for young children who do not have the patience or attention span for anything more lengthy or involved. My one criticism of the course is that there are multiple holes where the ball goes through a tunnel under an object and the balls hit by 3 year olds do not have enough momentum to make it all the way through. This leaves parents crawling around shoving a golf club underneath to push the ball through. Other features (that we haven't yet sampled) include arcade games where you can win tickets to redeem for the typical prizes like candy and small toys, laser tag, token operated single rides (like the kind you'd find in a mall), and birthday party rooms. I am also pleased to report that the bathroom was very clean and fully stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. This is a very important improvement over the previous management. Finally, the food was reasonably priced, decent portion size, and acceptable quality. We personally had fries (excellent) and a salted soft pretzel. The pretzel itself was fine, however it was salted with regular fine grain table salt rather than the coarse grain salt we've come to expect from pretzels. Other orders in our group included Cobb salads which were deemed very good. The snack bar does not currently have a functioning cash register which requires an order at the snack bar, taking the receipt to the front desk to pay, and returning to the snack bar with proof of purchase. They are aware that this is a cumbersome system and I've been informed they are working on getting a register for the snack bar. Overall we had a wonderful experience here and will be back on a regular basis. read more

This place is wonderful, my kids like it very very much! With very good and reasonable admission fee. Kids can play whole day there with lots of games & rides. Would like to special thanks all the employees there, they are all super friendly. My 3 yo one was scared by of one the rides, and the team member there was telling my girl to just watch first and to hop on later. I can see all of them are very nice especially to the kids. They are just wonderful. Also, love how clean it is there and facilities are all safe. Worry-free to have my kids play in this lovely great indoor jungle!! read more
