I have the chicken bacon sandwich which was OK. I think for the price point it's fair. My bf had the beef raviolis which were likely frozen and he said wasn't good. It honestly didn't look good, and it did a number on him at 4am. I'll pay more to go elsewhere read more

We haven't eaten at Pasta Pronto since 2004 and before that year our office had delivery everyday. I was craving their food the other day and order the Hot Tri-Tip sandwich, Caesar Salad and Chicken Alfredo Fettechini with extra garlic bread. I wanted left overs so I didn't have to cook while my roommate was gone. Maria who took my phone order was so friendly, helpful and an asset to your company. Tonight I am going to order the same order I placed last week. All their food is fabulous beyond words!!!!!!!! The food was hot and that impressed me since I live way across town. after attempting to get a table at red lobster on a Saturday night we ended up finding this place on yelp. 10 reviews made me weary and even more so when the restaurant was empty. surprise surprise that the service and food was on point! the place was such a good bang for your buck. we spent $24 total on 3 items: creamy pesto fettuccine with mushrooms carbonara linguine with mushrooms Canadian bacon and pineapple personal pizza our server have us extra bread and was very attentive. as I ate the food I was glad I came. the pasta was cooked perfectly and evenly tossed in sauce. the pizza was delicious and crisp, and it cost us under 1 entree at red lobster for 3 entrees. I'm surprised this place isn't more popular. it is cheap, fast and would be a good place to go for families and anyone craving a comforting pasta dish at a good price. read more

I rarely give a 5 star review, but this one is very well deserved. Mom and I had lunch here today, Mom had a chicken salad, and I had Spaghetti and Meatballs, I was expecting mediocre food, but I must say, it couldn't have been prepared any better. Service did not take that long, The servings were just the right size, and tasted great. I would have to say, the only way to improve this restaurant would to be change to full table service rather than ordering at the counter when you come in, and then having the meals served to the table. Well I've been coming to Pasta Pronto for years and have never once been disappointed as a matter of fact just the opposite every time I order something I've never had before it is a wonderful experience. So my latest try is Cilantro Lime and Chicken. WOW. Absolutely fabulous and I love the new location‼ The parking is so much better and a lovely dining area. After recent visits to this place, I have to updated my 5 star review to 1. The food is still delicious, but it's not worth being treated badly by the rude employees. They make me feel like I'm bothering them, by giving them my business. And they have also recently raised the prices of everything, making it no longer affordable. Pleasantly surprised! This was a pretty good value, food was good, service was good, and really inexpensive. Great place to stop when you are traveling and just want a quick bite. My 3 year old and I shared the pasta sampler, had a bowl of soup and then had just enough room for us each to have dessert. Ordered the Sampler and Meat Raviolis to be delivered from Door Dash, what I got was garbage. The Sampler was a mess! The Chicken Piccata tasted like egg, straight up egg. I like eggs but don't want my piccata to taste like an omelette. The fettuccine was ok and the lasagna was passable. The Meat Raviolis were basically Chef Boyardee flavored, which I guess is great if I had bought a can and not ordered from a restaurant. The garlic bread was white bread slightly burnt on one side. Hands down terrible on every level, besides the door dasher who was nice, and 90% went into the garbage. read more

I ordered ahead for pick up and had to wait a little once I got there, but nothing I could complain about. I would definitely try it again the next time I have a hankering for pasta. read more

The service is always nice and makes sure you have everything you need without being overbareing like some resturants can be. Its nice place to relax with a friend or two at a reasonable price. Called in a order to go, then got lost, finally arrived, they were closing early for Halloween, the young lady at the counter was very friendly. The spaghetti and meatballs was very very good, if I lived in Redding this would be my go to for spaghetti, meatballs were really good and the meat sauce was also and my food was still hot when I got back to my room. This place is absolutely great. I have been a patron since they first opened at the Churn Creek location. Now, in Hilltop Plaza they have outdoor seating as well which enables us to eat out when we have our puppy with us. I will agree that the food is not as good a Olive Garden, Girondas, etc.... BUT it costs half as much and you can eat in a 1/2 hour which cannot be said of any of the fancier places. read more

Ordered 3 times via delivery. Haven't been happy yet and our last order was the breaking point and we won't be returning. We got 4 very small shrimp on our orders of "shrimp fettuccine Alfredo" what a joke! We called to complain and the gal was so stupid, literally! Ended up talking to the managers daughter and she was insanely unprofessional and gave no help! What an embarrassment for the owner! They have lost a family of 4 customers for sure. Although the food is alright, it is nothing extravagant. IL however I would not eat here again. The girl who took my order didn't know what came with menu items. She had to look. The highchairs were disgusting and greasy. I could not feel comfortable with my baby sitting in it. The floor doesn't look like it has had a good cleaning in months, as well as about everything from the knees down. The staff in the back were singing very loudly and one guy kept coming to the window and staring out. It was very awkward as I was the only one in the establishment and he came to the window about a dozen times. I ordered a plate and drink and it was a little over 11$. In my opinion, olive garden is about the same for a cleaner environment, better service, and all around more comfortable atmosphere. read more

Have been coming here for years trying to support a local business I will no longer. The evening of December 14 I called in to place an order a young girl answered the phone told me I needed to hold proceeded to leave me on hold for 10 minutes. Still interested in placing the order, I drove to Pasta Pronto. I walked in, still on hold. The young girl, the owner's daughter was extremely rude and unprofessional when I let her know she had left me on hold for 10 or more minutes. I told her I was still interested in placing an order, as my family has supported her family's business for numerous years. She rolled her eyes at me at which point I asked to speak with her father... Figuring as a business owner he might want to make some adjustments for the continued support and success of his family's business. She again rolled her eyes at me and told me he was too busy to come from the back. There were only three tables occupied in the restaurant. I decided to cancel my order and leave. I will no support a business local or otherwise with terrible customer service. Very disappointed and will not recommend to others. read more
