I've been fortunate enough to travel and eat at a lot of family-owned restaurants, including some incredible places in Italy, and this restaurant gave me that same feeling from the moment we walked in. The hospitality was exceptional. The owners genuinely care about their guests, and you can feel it in every interaction. They made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and right at home. The food was outstanding. The pasta was some of the best I've had in a very long time, and every sauce we tried was packed with flavor. It's rare to find a place where both the food and service are equally memorable, but they absolutely nailed both. As a parent, I also appreciated how family-friendly they are. They put real thought into making sure kids are comfortable and entertained, which makes dining out so much more enjoyable. This is the type of restaurant you want to support and tell people about. Wow, can I just say as a person who is gluten intolerant, this is the best pasta I have tried! Everything was so flavorful. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ivan, who took the time to walk me through how the menu works and give some great recommendations. Pastaphony is definitely my new go to spot for my pasta cravings! My boyfriend and I ordered the Signature Penne Arrabbiata (added meatballs) and the Fettuccine Alfredo with truffle sauce (added grilled chicken)! Both dishes came out amazing with the pasta texture being perfect while being generously coated with their homemade sauce! The meatballs were full of flavor and the grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful! Portion sizes are generous! As well, their Nutella Bombs were a nice touch to finish the meal! They were like soft fluffy donuts filled with Nutella! This spot was run by the sweetest husband and wife who had some of the best hospitality I have experienced. He greeted us with an enormous smile and lively spirit. He then explained the ordering process thoroughly (you can BYO pasta). He was incredibly kind and patient! It is not pretentious. What it is is home style Italian cooking. The portions are generous, the quality is excellent. The owner is very welcoming and was happy to break down the ordering process and each question you could have regarding the menu.
