The bread was soft yet covered generously in cheese. The Italian salad was well balanced with its ingredients. My boyfriend and I went here for a last minute dinner date and it was delish!! We got the chicken Alfredo and the Italian salad. The salad came with onions, and because my boyfriend didn't like onions the owner split the salad into two, to make sure that we had a portion of the salad with and without onions. The pasta came out super fresh and tasted delicious. The flavors were great. The owner continued to come out and check on us and make sure that we enjoyed our meal. I have never wrote a Yelp review but OH MY GOD!!! This pasta was amazing!!! Fettuccine Truffle Mushroom Cream with the added chicken. Listen I only like red sauce but the sauce on this thing was the best pasta I've had in my life. The Shrimp penne pinko was a favorite at my house as well. What I loved most is that the owner was there working the front, shakes your hand and thanks you for your business. Just shows that he takes pride in his establishment. A great way to know if the food is good, the kitchen is literally right there where you can see your food being cooked. This is coming from a guy who does HVAC/R for a living, so I've been inside a lot of kitchens and this one you can trust. Nice, clean, transparent, friendly, prideful, and of course the food is delicious. You just made yourself a lifetime customer. We found Pastaphony while trying to find a place to grab dinner on a Friday night and we were extremely impressed! Walking in we were immediately greeted by Ibeck (I might be spelling this wrong) who gave us a quick overview on their meals as well as suggestions! He informed us they opened only a few weeks ago and they are family owned! We both got penne with pink sauce and a variety of our favorite free and premium toppings. We grabbed a seat outside since the weather was cool and they turned on the space heaters to make sure we we're comfortable. Incredible service and the food was delicious (entree, cheesy bread and we got to try free dessert). Large portions so we have leftovers to enjoy later. Tried this place for the first time and it's honestly amazing. The minute we walked in the owner came out and shook our hands. He gave us recommendations and was honestly just really kind. Good music and amazing food with great portions. They food comes in to go container which is smart because it's a big portion so if you have leftovers it's already in the container. The cheese garlic bread was a favorite lots of cheese and nice and greasy. It had very limited seating. For larger party's there are only a few tables outside. Inside they only have 2 counters that have about six barstools. However, the weather was nice outside and we didn't mind sitting outside. Especially because the food was delicious and the service was great. Another plus is that they were open very late until 1am. So, we plan on going back when we are nearby. read more

The concept is great because you choose exactly what pasta, sauce and toppings you want so it's completely your way! The food was incredible, my go to everywhere is alfredo but the pink sauce was fantastic too. The pasta and chicken were incredible.
