I took my car here for service after going to Royal Oak Ford for the longest time. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. The service tech told me there was a recall on my vehicle and I could leave it overnight to be repaired along with the regular service. Pat Milliken Ford covered the cost of the rental car (I just had to pay tax, which was $3) and assured me it would be ready the next day. The following day, like clockwork, the service center called and my car was ready for pickup. Checkout was a breeze, and they explained everything that was worked on/repaired on my car. Although I have had good experiences with this dealership I think it's a good spot to address Ford as a whole company. When I paid my last payment of my lease I went in the next day to look at a new car, after test driving a few I decided on the fusion but the only problem was I'd be wasting a paid month of my current car, asking if they could roll my last payment ($149) into my new car as an incentive so to speak. They were too cheap to give me any sort of deal, regardless of that being the 7th car my family and I would of gotten from that dealership. We always dealt with Mark Z who's a great salesman. The thing with Ford is they mark up cars saying it's worth much more than it is, then act like they're cutting you a huge deal when they give you 5-8k off, no you're paying full price, if a car was worth $32,000 do you think they're going to give it to you for $26,000 just because your uncle works at Ford? Also, after I turned my lease in they sent me a bill for $80 and didn't tell me what it was for so I called them, turns out there was a "17mm" scratch on the back rim and apparently that's worth $80 (got it waived) guess they were mad I switched brands so they wanted to try and jip me one more time. If you're looking for a new car and considering here I'd recommend you do what I did, drive 9 miles up telegraph, and go to Glassman Subaru (who had no problem reimbursing my last Ford payment in order to get the car sooner) and get a quality car that's actually worth it's sticker price.. Don't believe me? Ask anyone who owns a Subaru see what they say about it. read more

I wish I could give Joey DeSantis zero stars! Do not go to Joey DeSantis as a Saleman. I leased my first Ford vehicle through him almost a year ago. He did take care of my needs at the time and made the process seamless. But, he promised me a free first oil change. Although I have had the truck a year, it is just now due an oil change at close to 10,000 miles. I reached out to Joey to confirm if the first oil change would be free as he promised. He responded a little smart ass, but said yes, just come inside and let the cashier know. I then emailed him back thanking him for keeping his word, but I received a Failed Delivery email. Apparently, after he responded to my inquiry, he added me to the Customer Block list so that he no longer has to correspond with me! A total asshole move, and very poor customer service. I guess he didn't realize that I work in the IT field and know how to read a Failed Delivery email tracking. DON'T waste your time with Joey DeSantis! or even Pat Milliken if this is how they treat their customers. read more

My experience with Sean Kelly and Kyle Kelly from Pat Milliken Ford was nothing short of outstanding. I found myself in a dilemma, my lease was not up until Feb 2020, but the 2020 Escape was a redesigned model. Not wanting to get the new model, I began looking for a 2019 Escape to purchase. Sean Kelly was recommended to me by my boss. She assured me he would take care of me. Sean was great. From the first call till the picking up the vehicle. He really listened to me and my worries about getting out of the lease early, as well as what I wanted on the 2019 vehicle. I first asked for grey, he found a grey vehicle, but then I changed my mind and wanted silver. Sean graciously respected my request for a silver Escape, but did let me know they were in very short supply, offering to find me a white one. I was ok with that offer, but surprisingly Sean came back and found a Silver Escape with everything I wanted on it! Needless to say I was thrilled. I appreciate his effort to get me just what I wanted, so unexpected. My previous interactions with dealers always made me leery. I no longer have that fear. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Kyle was patient in his explanation of the contract, which had to be changed several times, (again because of me changing my mind) but that was handled without a hitch and with a smile. My lease payoff was completed and all is good. Highly recommend both this dealership and these two gentlemen. Experienced my second horrible experience with this dealership. Last year I emailed and called my sales representative several times over a 4 week period regarding an F150 Lariat. I didn't receive a call/email back so I finally went into the dealership and test drive a F150 Lariat. Told him I would like to purchase one in white, ASAP. I was notified he would have to trade with another dealership for the truck I wanted and he would have it ready within a few business days. Never got a call back and he never followed up on the deal so I went and purchased a Dodge Ram Laramie. I emailed the Vice President & General Sales Manager making her aware of the situation and letter her know her team let a $55,000 sale walk out the door. I decided to come back to Pat Milliken to lease a Ford explorer. The dealership decided to purchase our Chevy Equinox and make the last payment. It has been almost a month and the dealership has not completed the transaction for my old vehicle and I am currently receiving notification from Ally Financial that the Chevy hasn't been paid off and they have not received the last payment. This is completely ridiculous that I have to deal with this considering the dealership purchased the vehicle almost a month ago. Yet again Pat Milliken has failed to provide a smooth transaction for my family again. I will never do business here again. read more

My experience at Pat Milliken Ford for service couldn't have been any better unless it was free! I was told the total of my maintenance service when I scheduled the appointment so there were no surprises. They told me it would take a couple of hours to do the point inspection, so I took advantage of the shuttle service. Both drivers were friendly and the one who picked me up from home was very prompt. (Honestly, I do live quite close to the dealership, but he was there shortly after saying he was on his way.) I had other scheduled appointments and my car was ready by time I needed it to be. I've had lots of different vehicle brands and this service ranks on top of my list. I just need them to shoot for paperless. I hate those thick receipts! read more

Don't get your service done here! Was a long time oil change customer and came in for a broken AC. Booked an appointment a week before, where there was no mention of the $99 fee to even look at the issue. Since I drove over there and was already on-site, I agreed to the $99 charge, and I thought it would be a good chance they would be able to fix it without any issues, and the $99 would be applied to the service. Well first they called me and said it was almost $1400 for fixing the accumulator and the blower resister. Then they said they could maybe do it for $1250. I called around and everyone said that was exorbitant for the work done. So they called me back and said they were wrong it was $850. So no way am I going to trust these whackjobs without math skills and awareness of how much their services even cost, to touch my car, and so I asked for my $99 back and they would not give me a refund. Tim in service was extremely rude. I am getting this done for $500 now and am out the $99 I had to pay for these people to jerk me around. Don't even bother!! read more

I sent an email to Joe St. Pierre, whom I have bought or leased many vehicles from in the past, showing interest in a new lease. Joe responded quickly to my request and set a meeting for later in the day. I met with him that evening and I was in a new F-150 the very next day. There was no hesitation with the quick delivery turn on Joe's part or on the dealership's part. Let me begin by saying this is my second lease from Frank Renko at this dealership. Both times Frank went over and beyond to make me happy. He never had an attitude when I complain. He just made things better. He found the car that I wanted and got it delivered. The tech department is awesome as we'll. they take time to explain all the tech aspects of the car and welcome you to call or come back with questions. This dealership is one star short because of the prep department. Both experiences, my car was not clean like a new car should be. I have leased several cars. Upon delivery, the outside would be shining, tires shining, and the inside dustless. At this dealer both times I complained about the cleanliness of the car. My husband and I were referred to Don Kalie at Pat Milliken Ford just last week from my father and extended family. Don has sold them all of their vehicles for several years now. When I first spoke with Don VIA phone he was extremely nice and helpful. For two days, I continued to call Don asking several questions. He always answered my questions with a very positive and honest answer. He never once asked us to make an appointment to come see him. He just said, "whenever you're ready, just let me know and I will make sure I am available". We finally decided to go see Don on a Thursday evening. When we arrived, he had both vehicles we wanted to test drive pulled up and ready for us. I even decided at the last minute to test drive another vehicle (which ended up being the one we leased). It was 8:45 pm and they closed at 9:00 pm. He had the car pulled up and ready for us to test drive at 8:50 pm. We decided that was the vehicle we were going to lease. The next morning, Don called me right away and said, I am having your remote start put in, the paperwork is going through and you will be all set for pick up in a few hours. My husband and I got there at 1:00 pm. We signed all of our paperwork and just as we were done, they pulled the car up fully washed, full tank of gas and ready for their tech team to go over the wonderful perks of our new car. I have to say, Don was by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. Not only has he been with Pat Milliken Ford for over 20 years, he also is NOT pushy, does not try to upsell you on anything and is just very friendly, understanding and such a pleasure to work with.
