I love the type of atmosphere, really layed back and casual, good pretty fast service and the people are pretty nice too so that's always a plus! I have only been to this location a few times but the manager felt the need to tell the other employee how often I have been there. The manager made a rude comment about how often my visits are at Paul's place. I think that was pretty ragged. They both need to take a customer service class. Lots of food. Good food. Good service. Quick service. If you only have an hour for lunch and want a good meal - try Paul's. We've been the place in Los Al. We loved that place. Husband working in Orange now so we were happy to find a Paul's in his work area. We had the Greek Salad and a tuna sandwich. Both were excellent. Good as far as fast food goes but two times I have ordered the gyro plate and it has come without tzatziki sauce.

The food is really good, but it is on the expensive side. The chicken sandwich is really yummy! The staff are always very nice and attentive. My family eats here a few times a month. The manager is on top of their employees and make sure everything is clean. If you are in the mood for a decent burger, with a old Bob Big Boy feel, this is a good place to eat. read more

I will NEVER go back to this place, They have TERRIBLE Customer Service. I asked if the potatoes could be put on the side of a Breakfast Burrito instead of inside. The response - "No! Very well done and classy! He spent lots of money on this joint both in and out! Every detail work done to this place is top notch! Food! It is as good as this place looks! We ordered boasted chicken, it came with salad, 4 pieces of delicious juicy crunchy chicken, fluffy rice, 3 cheese toast (yum, yum) 2 large onion rings (another bomb) and 2 large pieces of fried potatoes. Only one order for two and we did not even finish it. We'll be back for lunch again today. I tried the club sandwich plate and wow you get a lot of food! Seriously! It came with fries and the choice of salad or coleslaw. I also ordered an Oreo Shake. My only complaint is the portion sizes, you get a lot of food! But that's ok because you can ask for a to go box and bring home leftovers. Pauls place uses good quality ingredients and it tastes good. You must try the Oreo Shake! Next time I will try their breakfast. I have been coming here ever since they opened. They have a large selections of lunch end breakfast, they give large portions, great tasting food. Paul's place is good for burgers and has a wide variety of items to select from their menu. The breakfast burritos are good to. If you want a healthier option try the Euro salad with chicken or for the adventurous, try it with lamb. It won't disappoint. read more

They post Saturday hours that they open at 6:00 but don't expect to be served as they aren't ready for you! They aren't ready for business and coffee still needs to be brewed, Help needs to come in earlier and set up instead they walk in at 6 and often are late. The food is great once you get served! Have eaten at Pauls several times in the past few weeks. Every item that I've ordered has been fantastic! The zucchini puts the fancy restaurants to shame! The staff is polite and courteous and eager to please. Refreshing change from the norm - these days! New place with nice atmosphere. Had the steak sandwich. Steak was tough. Roll was way to thick, cold and generic. One of the worst steak sandwich I have eaten. Fries are frozen and nondescript. I've been to Paul's Place four times now and I enjoy their food and ambiance.The staff is friendly and go out of their way to get anything for you. The fried chicken dinner was great. Food is pretty decent, not amazing and not bad. Consistent. The downfall is that i have called in at least 5 orders for pick up and every time they give me a time to pick up, i show up 10 minutes later than the given time and still have to wait longer than the original time given, for example, if they say 15 mins i show up 25 mins later and then have to wait an additional 20 minutes. The staff is just there to do a job, they don't really care about serving customers. They will sit there and talk about getting their car fixed rather than taking people orders. I've observed them about 5 different times and it's always the same. read more
