First I wanna say we were long time customers. My wife's family and friends introduced us to this place and they had been going here for dry cleaning services for a while. I don't wear suits often, just for special occasions like weddings. I had a new Hugo boss suit I wore maybe three times. I dry cleaned it and we'd been going here for so long that I trusted them to do a good job. My first mistake was that I didn't check when I picked it up. I've just never done that since we've never had issues and like I said we trusted them. Well I go to wear my suit for a wedding a few months later and I notice the front button and buckle of the pants are all shredded like a dog chewed on it or it was out thru a shredder. I went to complain about it but they said their policy was if I don't point it out before I leave the store when picking up they can't do anything. They offered to add some fabric and sew it on. It's a designer suit are you kidding me?! So now I'm left with a suit that I can't wear. Guess that's how they treat loyal customers here. Never coming back and I've told family and friends to avoid this place too! Very disappointed in how they handled this. Can't believe no one who works there didn't notice the damage when they were pressing the pants too?! Guess someone messed up and decided to try and hide it rather than take responsibility and take care of their customers damaged clothes. Absolutely will not be returning here. My family memeber has been coming here since 2018 and this has been the 3rd time they've lost his shirt. Not only did they lose it, but when they finally found it 2 weeks later it was DAMAGED. Irreversible grease stain on an expensive dress shirt and they were only willing to reimburse us $25. He is a consistent monthly customer and we will be finding a new dry cleaners. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

OMG I should read reviews first before I visit here. They do not check completed clean clothes and I have to take it back to re-clean because there was stain on it. And If they damage your clothes due to any condition they don't do anything about it because all damageable condition wrote in the back of receipt. Good thing is they are cheap. the worst dry cleaner i've ever been to. went because shirts were 1.25. they raised it to 1.50. there were more than several instances where my shirts came back dirtier than when i dropped them off. there were some that looked like they didn't even wash the shirts before pressing. i thought at first that it might be my imagination, but the last straw was when i gave them brand new shirts to just iron. a group of them came back with stains around the right sleeve area. the worst thing about this place is that the owner/workers are 100% unapologetic and rude. read more

Wow, can you give no stars? This is the absolute worst dry cleaners I have ever experienced. They are so horrible, let me count the ways: 1. They have ruined at least 5 of my beautiful blouses (each over $80.00) because of the way they pressed and hung them stretching everything out, which ruined the entire look of these blouses. Some of them should have been steemed and not pressed to retain the look of the sleeves or other delicate chiffons that were on the blouses. 2. They do not accept anything but cash. Get into the f-ing groove people! Who the hell runs a service business on nothing but cash and checks in this day and age? 3. Customer service is a mess. These people treat you like you are just another cow in their herd. "Yes! What you want? When you need it? We can't do that!". I really wonder how the hell they stay in business. 4. You really do get what you pay for. Those of you looking for the "cheapest" you got it. Inexperienced and careless staff will be handling your hard earned money. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE! I brought in 3 pairs of pants and my husbands military uniform...pants were all creased in different areas after I said no creases, and they were still dirty! My husbands pants were destroyed from the creasing. The color was gone and the creases were doubled on the other one bad!!! I mean bad! Never coming here again. I created a Yelp account just to write this review for this place. Not only do they do a horrible job with their cleaning, their customer service is worse. I've taken many things to them just for their prices but they've ruined too many things with their cleaning and alterations that I quit going there. I also argued with them about paying for an item that they messed up but they would not refund my money. The zipper was misaligned, they hemmed my pants too short, my sweaters had weird wrinkles and creases, etc. My co-worker also had the same bad experiences there and stopped going there. The only plus is their location...I think that's the only reason why people go there. read more

I agree with the previous review by HK. It is the worse dry cleaner I have even been to too. My dress came back with a stain. I thought I was it was my imagination but it happened a few more times after that. I also noticed customer complaining almost every time when I dropped off or picked up my clothes. I still remember there was a customer complaining about her shirt was not pressed and it was totally obvious that her shirt was not pressed. Their alteration job is terrible too. The seamstress completely destroyed my brand new work skirt (it was a pencil skirt , they cut out too much fabric and I could barely walk in that skirt) and also did a horrible job on hemming pants (the thread color does not match the original thread). I asked for my money back and they refused to refund but offered to fix my skirt for free. But, seriously, how could they fix it when they cut off too much fabric?? I've been coming here for years now and have always been extremely happy. The ladies that work there have always been very nice, polite and helpful. They are always very busy which is a great sign. INSPECT YOUR CLOTHES CAREFULLY WHEN YOU PICK THEM UP. Inexpensive but their work can be sloppy and inconsistent. Clothes often come back with stains untreated and sloppy pressing. They send their work out to a wholesaler and can't control their quality properly. read more

I haven't been back to Payless Cleaners for awhile but the times that I came to get my heavy coat dry clean, they done a good job. No damages to the coat and it was a good price. Parking might be difficult during certain hours but you can park in the back. read more

You get what you pay for. I think this place may be a bit cheaper than other places but the quality shows why. For very very basic cleaning I don't think you'll have a problem but if you have a stain or something that needs even a little bit of attention, I don't recommend this place. My husband's white shirt had a small stain on the collar & when I got it back the stain was not only still there but the whole area was yellow! I dropped off a very nice coat of mine for dry cleaning. When I went to pick it up the inside of the lining was all torn from top to bottom!! I was so upset because this was one of my favorite pieces of clothing. It was so damaged that it was unrepairable. I "was" a satisfied customer for years. It appears though they have changed who they send their clothes out to be cleaned. Lately, I was getting shirts mostly and at times my pants, with double and even triple creases on them. Apparently my pointing this out, annoyed the usually nice and friendly ladies at the counter who were not so nice. I got a shirt back with obvious water spot stains in front right below the pocket. The lady tried to tell me it was from me sweating, really lady! It was was clearly two distinct quarter sized and shaped water type stains that could not possibly have been sweat and WERE NOT on the shirt when I brought it in. Bait & switch: The large sign on the window reads: "$1.99 per garment". I brought in two skirts and a blouse. The tab was nearly $9.00. Why?: One skirt was long, another was pleated and the blouse was denim. The last time I visited there I was told that the advertised price only applied to 3 garments or more. BEWARE!!!!!! $800.00 DRAPES RUINED!!!!! They assured my husband and I before singing a waiver that my dry clean, only silk drapes from Pottery Barn would be cleaned without any damage! We paid $100.00 for this dry cleaning company to srink our drapes 6 hole inches in the length and 2 inches in width. This is a dramatic noticeable diffrence. I feel if this dry cleaners can't dry clean delicate fabrics, which are dry clean only curtains , than what are they good for? They should have been truthful, when we asked if they could do the job? Now we can't use our drapes because they don't fit any of our windows. If you have any thing of vaule that you need to be dry cleaned make sure its not this dry cleaner's. They won't even give me a refund for my now useless drapes. I was surprised, as a few others were, that this place had any negative reviews. One person wrote they should lower their prices??? I don't know anywhere that charges lower prices than Payless. They now take credit cards, but charge a 50 cent service charge. The ladies are always very nice and friendly. I have all my cleaning done here and recommend you do the same. read more

I "had" been going to this cleaners for 4+ years and had several pair of pants hemmed there. Recently I took an expensive pr of jeans to be hemmed and they lost them! Unfortunately I didn't notice that the pr of jeans, that was in with the other clothes, I picked up were NOT mine but were another brand another size! I went on vacation for 3 wks and it wasn't until I came home that the error was discovered. When I took the jeans "that weren't mine" back and explained what had happened their CUSTOMER SERVICE OR I SHOULD SAY "LACK THERE OF" went from bad to worse. They refused to acknowledge their mistake; accused me of always wearing the brand jeans I was returning and basically said it was my responsibility to check the items before I left the cleaners to ensure all were mine and they could do nothing about it! I was shocked at their attitude and WILL NEVER GO BACK! I also have warned many friends, who go there, of their shoddy business practice and now I'm warning YOU. Yes, I should have checked the items the day I picked up my items. BUT what would that have solved??? My size 8 NYDJ's were not there and the Gloria Vanderbilt size 6 were!!! Would they have reimbursed me at that time??? I rather doubt they would have coughed up the $130. Throughout the past 4 or 5 years I have spent a lot of money at this establishment BUT after their lack of interest and accusatory demeanor I've taken my business elsewhere! P.S. Been going here for years, mainly because of the price and convenient location. I've had it, though. They have lost my clothing on THREE separate occasions in two years. We save up our trips there and take 20-30 items there at a time. Twice, we've received someone else's shirts back, and had no idea which shirt WE were missing. Fortunately, the size was similar and the brand was better, so I told my husband I got him a new shirt. How thoughtful am I. Ha. This final time, after starting a new job and buying all new clothes, they lost a pair of brand new dress pants. They still charged me for them, and told me to come back in a week after they "looked for them." They were surprised I didn't know the color of the pants. I mean, I brought you 15 pairs... I have no idea which ones you lost. Let me guess.. they're either black, gray or khaki. When I came back, she said she couldn't find them and offered me $15. What?!?! Are you serious? They were brand freaking new, and cost about $60!! After arguing with her for 10 minutes, she refused to budge.
