    Happy meal or adult meal?
    Tyler S.

$8 Happy Meal?! I ordered PDQ for the first time in awhile and is it me or did the portions shrink? The price is about the same but the fries got smaller. I love PDQ and am really disappointed with the smaller sizes. I will definitely be thinking twice before going again in the future. I wanted to share this in case anyone else was surprised by this so they would know what to anticipate. I did download the PDQ app to place this order online ahead of arriving and it was ready in 7 minutes. I had someone else pick up the order too through the drive thru which was easy and safe with COVID.

Went to PDQ for the first time. The broccoli is the best broccoli I have ever eaten. The salad is pretty good too. The workers were nice. I wish they had gluten free French fries. I will definitely go back for the broccoli.

This location does not miss! This location is by far the best in the Tampa Bay Area. Let me start by saying that the staff here is great! Specifically, the managers Robert and Marissa. They are always very welcoming, inviting and make sure the whole operation runs smoothly. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The kitchen seems to run very efficiently when you see them working on the food in the back. Very organized! No kitchen chaos like most restaurants. This location is always very clean and tidy and the vibe is very warm. I love to eat here with my kids and the rewards program is awesome as well. No complaints just superb service. Thank you Robert, Marissa and the rest of the team! Really appreciate you!

I'm not sure if it is just this location or if it's the whole chain, but this place is ALWAYS on point! The food has never been anything less than fresh, delicious, and delivered with a smile. I absolutely love their sauces! I'm not sure if they are made in the house but they certainly taste like it! They don't taste like the packaged stuff from other fast food chains with extra ingredients you can't pronounce. It literally tastes like the stuff I make at home! I also love being able to order on their app and having it ready in 5 minutes! The only feedback I could give is I wish they would give more dressing with salads. Sure, I can ask for more, but a side salad comes with one container. An entree salad should automatically come with two.

Dinner date with the grandkids. We decided to take them to PDQ for the following reasons: 1. All things Chicken. All kids love Tenders and Nuggets 2. The selection. Salads. Bowls. Sandwiches. Tenders. Nuggets. And so much more. 3. The sauces. I love Honey Mustard. But the Grandkids love Ranch. PDQs Ranch is pretty amazing. 4. The dining in option. Great atmosphere. 5. The Shakes. Let's say.... A-amazing!!! I can go on and on. There are so many great qualities about this location.

I love PDQ. Why?? It's perfect comfort food. Waffle fries. Crispy chicken tenders. All smothered with their insanely delicious sweet creamy sriracha sauce. Just left a Yelp event overly sugared (but happy) when I knew I needed some real food like a responsible grown up, so of course I went for chicken strips with fries. I did add a side salad for good measure, so I could feel like guilty. As I digress, I love PDQ. Tenders are perfect fat, juicy, and crisp on the outside and go amazing with my fave sweet sriracha sauce. Their waffle fries were also perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. I rarely do drive through, but I was feeling extra lazy and tired, and wanted to not get out of the car and park yet one more time, so I opted this way. Luckily, the wait was not long at at all, and in no time, I got my food before I could even have chance to check in on my phone. I was so pleased that they gave me more than enough sauce to smother the fries and tenders to the very last bite, which stayed perfectly hot even during the long journey back home. Side salad is side salad, not much to write home about, but it was decent and did the job. PDQ is always a good choice.

I just wanted to get out of the house and try a place that I hadn't been to for some time. Driving along Dale Mabry I came across PDQ in Carrollwood. The last time I went to one of their outlets was about 7 or 8 years ago when I worked near their test kitchen off Independence Parkway. I was pleasantly surprised to find out their food is still made with tasty ingredients. The grilled chicken sandwich (didn't try the meal) is your basic combo with lettuce, slices of pickle, fresh tomato and mildly seasoned chicken breast meat. The vegetables are all very fresh, crispy and moist which handily offsets the natural dryness of breast meat. Even the bun was fresh! At $7 it's definitely worth it if you're hungry but not starving enough to order the meal (roughly $11).

I loved the sauces. The sandwich was good however the fries were not warm, and service is ok.

Over dressed sandwiches now featuring hair.

Over dressed, one slice of lettuce, and smooshed bread, now with hair. Quality at this place is 0star.

The 3 1/2 star rating seems accurate to me. Food was just okay. Customer service was good. Place wasn't the cleanest when I was there. Not sure if I would return.

    Mediterranean salad is excellent.

Quick and easy review. All foods are prepared fresh and a step above a usual "fast food" restaurant. I typically go for the tenders of course but on occasion will go the their mediterranean salad. Full of flavor and fresh. All in all a good option for a quick drive thru meal.

First time at PDQ... was hoping for a bit more. Ordered a Classic Crispy Salad with Bleu Cheese dressing, and a order of tenders since I wanted to try them. Asked for two sauces, the creamy garlic and the buffalo bleu. What I got was the salad as ordered, the tenders, and three tubs of Bleu Cheese dressing. No big deal.. I like bleu cheese dressing. And yes... I could have gotten up and wandered over to the counter, and asked for the other sauces... and I am sure they would have been happy to give me some. But I didn't... Salad was ok... crispy tenders in the salad were ok. Dressing was ok. Tenders were ok. I would eat here again... although if a slightly less healthy fried chicken competitor was closer... I would probably eat there instead. One thing I did love was the Cheerwine Cherry soda they have.. that was GOOD! Staff was friendly. Location was clean. A bit noisy, but that was the other diners... so not unexpected. Ok... not spectacular... 3 stars

Sweet ending! (They have Gluten free brownies too)

We ordered and immediately noticed that the place was full of people with numbers on their tables and no food, so we were prepared for a wait. We definitely did wait. It took about 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered. We were in no hurry, so it wasn't really a huge deal. We both ordered bowls. I got a chicken kofta bowl with rice, hummus, and cucumbers. My boyfriend got the lamb kofta bowl with rice, baba ganoush and salad. When our food arrived, the lamb came out with my sides and the chicken came out with my boyfriend's sides. It's an easy fix as we just swapped koftas, but this really should not have happened. Our first impression was slow service and orders not correct, so it was not the best start. The food was delicious, though. We both enjoyed our koftas. In fact, I would order the chicken again and again. The hummus had the best texture. The salad was exceptional. The baba ganoush was the star of the show. Would get it again and again. The rice is delicious. I would come back for the food. The service needs a little work.

I went there today to pick up an order I placed through Uber Eats. Usually, when you pick up an Uber Eats order yourself, they don't require a verification code. However, when I went to the front and gave my name to the cashier, she asked if I had proof of the order. I told her no, as I had ordered on my computer and didn't have a code. She insisted she needed verification. My phone wasn't working at the moment, which I don't blame her for, but the way she handled the situation was incredibly frustrating. I waited 20 minutes before I actually got my food. The cashier stood there talking on her phone, claiming she needed to ask her manager, but she never actually did. I didn't hear her explain the situation or ask anyone for help. Instead, she just stayed on her phone and eventually slid the food over to me. There was no apology for the wait, no "here you go," and no "have a nice day." She just slid it over with a smile while still chatting on her phone. It felt like she was purposely inconveniencing me. As soon as I mentioned that I had my ID to prove who I was, it was suddenly no issue, and she handed it over without ever checking with a manager. Very disappointing experience. While the food itself still tastes good, it is simply no longer worth the money or the poor treatment. I never expected over the top, bubbly customer service, the staff that used to work here would just get the job done without the fake enthusiasm, and that was perfectly fine. But there is a massive difference between a worker just trying to get through their shift and one who actively goes out of their way to keep you waiting while talking on the phone. Between the disrespectful service and the shrinking portions, this place just isn't what it used to be.
