Super cute bar in the middle of SF! If you've ever been to Burts and Bees in LA this is kind of what this bar reminds me of. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of tables to sit or stand as well. The second floor is tiny but it does have a few arcade games if you're into that. It was hard to get the attention of a bartender but when we finally did, service was great. Absolutely love their drinks- the jetset is a must try! Went about 9pm on a Saturday and were able to snag 2 seats at the bar. It was busy, but not packed. We were greeted quickly and warmly with menus. After a few minutes, the bartender came back to see if we had any questions, but we were ready to order. I got The Peacekeeper, and my husband had an old fashioned. The Peacekeeper had a subtle spice from the serrano, but not overpowering. I felt like all the flavors worked together in a subtle way that made an amazing drink. Sometimes pineapple can be too sweet, peppers too spicy, or tequila too strong or not noticeable at all. This drink was just right. I want to recreate it at home, but it probably won't be near as good. My husband always ranks his old fashioneds when we bar hop in different cities. He said this was by far the best one he had over the weekend. While we were there, the music was still low enough to talk over, and the vibe was bustling but comfy with the fireplace. The bartender checked on us throughout our time. It was starting to get more crowded as we left, but we really enjoyed our experience. This spot will definitely be on our list to revisit next time we are in San Francisco! read more

Loved the vibe here. There were beautiful plants all over the place, and really fun music playing. Could have easily been turned into a dancing-type bar but it wasn't the case when I was there. Place was packed! Had the Big E-Z - fun drink, a little too sweet, but a touch of bitterness as well. Fun with the pebble ice. The Peacekeeper was a fun mezcal based drink. A little spicy but refreshing with the touch of pineapple too. I might have this again but there were a few other mezcal cocktails on the menu I want to try too. Can't wait to come back! I love a good sweet and spicy mezcal cocktail. The red rose, with its roasted red pepper, mezcal and lime had my palate written all over it so I gathered my group over to the bar to order a round when the bartender squinted at me and singled me out to card just me and not anyone else. I am a decade past my fake ID days, good sir. This baby face ain't going nowhere cause "asian don't raisin," which is a phrase I learned recently and don't like very much. It just doesn't rhyme that well, is all. Aside from the lack of warmth from the bartender our drinks were made speedily and skillfully. My drink had the bright, acidic and zippy flavor I crave from a spicy mezcal cocktail. I did prefer my friend's mezcal cocktail "The Big E-Z" which had aperol, honey, lemon and cider though. The thing that stood out most in this bar is the retractable roof. On a nice day you can see the blue sky above you, which creates such a nice ambience in the bar. There are 2 floors of seating, a pool table, skee ball, and pinball. It's a great place for a group hang. read more

When we went for drinks the ambiance of the place with the retractable skylight, modern aesthetic, great bartenders, and outrageously good drinks, won us over and we decided to have our wedding cocktail reception here. The reception ended up being everything we hoped for and more. Nicole and everyone at Peacekeeper made planning the event a cake walk (even receiving the cake delivery). The same great cocktails and service that won us over at drinks were there for the reception. The catered food was outstanding, and the spirit selection ended up being a hit with folks who were interested in drinks beyond the signature cocktail offerings The whole space from the loft to outdoor space ended up being perfect for us and our party. All these posts of yummy cocktails on their page and when I saw the actual menu there were very few options. For a bar as big as it is, I imagined there to be quite a spread of cocktail options. My girlfriends and I were looking for a place to get a few drinks after dinner and decided on going Peacekeeper for some space after going to a super crowded tiki bar. We were able to get a seat by the couch to enjoy a few drinks. We were there for about 2 hours and the place filled up quickly. The ambiance here is amazing and perfect for a girls date. Dogs seems to be welcome here, since I saw 3 dogs last night. The only qualm I have about this place is that the bathrooms smell like pee... not very pleasant. I fell in love with the vibe at Peacekeeper. It is so open, airy, and flooded with light. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. Now add in the cocktails and you have perfection. I went semi-early in the day so I ordered the Alex & Anna; if you like espresso martinis, you will LOVE this cocktail. It was like drinking an iced coffee. It was delicious. They are a cocktail bar, but don't let that stop you beer and wine connoisseurs! They have a decent list of both wine (including wine on tap) and beer (including cans and bottles). Lost all respect for this establishment. This was my favorite bar until last night. This belligerent rando tried taking my pool stick as I was shooting a shot and when I said no, he started yelling degrading things at me and swung at me. He hit my left shoulder. There was probably 10 ppl in the vicinity who saw, even the guy's girlfriend was apologizing and people were holding him back as he was cursing at me. I quickly notified the bartender and the bartender "separated" him to the other side of the bar and continued to serve him. I was shocked and felt unsafe with him staring at me from across the bar but would also have to walk past him to exit. This guy was grossly over served and hit a woman in front of a crowd and the the bartender said "not saying you're lying but this happens all the time and I didn't see it. Violence is against everyone these days, not just women." It was gross negligence from the bartender and if this behavior happens all the time, that means the staff allow it. I will never go back and I really hope they create a safer environment for people just trying to shoot some damn pool. read more

They have cozy and wonderful vibe right in the heart of Nob Hill, with a well-stocked and impressive bar, black granite interior, crackling indoor fire-place, two-stories of seating, a pool table, and very friendly bar staff! It was very vibrant but we were able to find seating pretty quickly. The Peackekeeper eponymous cocktail was amazing! It has a spicy kick from the chili-infused tequila, and the pineapple and lime make it very refreshing. It was filling, flavorful, and very well concocted with a nice creamy foam on top. When my friends went to order a second round, opting for beer instead of cocktails, the proficient but moderately overwhelmed bartender was so relieved at the simple order that he gave it to them for free! 10/10 for service, drinks, and vibe read more

It was super crowded but there was a lot of people in there. Service was very fast and professional which I appreciated. The drinks were very good. I usually judge cocktail bars off their old fashions and this one was solid. The Jetset was also a fun refreshing and bright cucumber vodka soda that hit the spot for a Friday afternoon. There's also a pool table if that's your speed. The prices were pretty good for what I'm used to; $12-$15 per cocktail and $8-9 for beers. This one was a tough line between 3 and 4 stars; but when it comes down to it, I probably wouldn't be back unless I had to. To start off, the location is further than all the usual spots, although it was only a block from my friends' place so convenient in that sense. Upon entering, you're welcomed to this open space with high ceilings (or rather, open ceiling if the weather is nice). There was a lot of greenery and wooden pieces that gave a fresh environment. While the place is gorgeous, that was about it. On a Friday night, it was extremely crowded. My friend and I quickly grabbed a drink at the bar before finding some space upstairs on the mezzanine. It was so loud that we were yelling over each others' voices to make conversation. As pretty as this place is, it's definitely not a good spot for a date. As for drinks, I had the Peacemaker ($12). All of my friends ordered different drinks as well, so we were able to sample them. We also tried Green Goddess ($12) and Desert Queen ($12). I was surprisingly disappointed in the Green Goddess and the Desert Queen was okay. The Peacekeeper was definitely the favorite drink here, but still at a pretty high pricetag for such a fruity drink. read more
