Today I ordered three egg and sausage sandwiches and chicken and waffles and they were a miss. When ordering on Door Dash, there is such a lack of consistency with the food. Potatoes and biscuit were old/hard, making the sandwich hard and not worth eating. The same with the chicken and waffles. The chicken looked as if it was left over from the day before. Completely dry and overcooked. The waffles were as well. Dry to the point that they just caved in and crumbled when forking them. Of course there were two utensils given for this meal for four and the syrup and apple butter requested was missing. I've gone as far as to call the restaurant to remind them of the need for condiments when I order from here on Door Dash. I shouldn't have to do that but I wish I had today. This is disappointing, I'm more upset with myself for continuing to order from here when I've been so disappointed over the past few months. read more

Went here with the family to grab breakfast. Waited 25 minutes which is what we expected on a Sat. Once we were seated we were greeted by our waitress Virginia. I asked if the avacado toast was premade or freshly sliced? She said all their food was made fresh that day on site! - so I ordered it. My cousin wanted oatmeal and asked if the granola was crunchy or more soft and Virginia said "Ya know what honey, how about I give you a little sampling" which she happily agreed to. When our food arrived my avocado was a mushy guacamole mix. It was incredibly salty - which leads me to assume that it's a premade packaged mix - but Virginia did say everything was made fresh on site - so I really don't know. What I do know is I said I couldn't eat it and asked for a slice of toast instead. When the bill came she charged for the avocado toast and when we asked why she said "Well I didn't charge you for the toast"..... ummmm that doesn't make sense. If anything she should've just charged for the toast since that's what I ate. Also it was much cheaper. She also charged for her "sampling of granola". We just left feeling conned. We went to this location for brunch and were seated fairly quickly. Unfortunately upon being seated we noticed that the window next to us had bugs (it looked like spiders?) dropping from the curtain and onto the windowsill inches away from the table. There were SO many dead bugs on the window as well as stuck to the curtain. I completely lost my appetite and we left. We often ride the bike trail and use this restaurant as our halfway point. It sits tucked in a strip mall with a nice little courtyard between it and Panera. You can ride the trail and park your bike right outside. I give it 3 stars because the food is a bit forgettable. You can get breakfast or lunch here but I've only tried the lunch menu. The first time I came here my chicken sandwich was pretty good but they ran out of fries. They offered me sweet potatoes fries, but at an additional cost. No thank you. The second time I came here my sandwich was just a bit bland and the buns were hard. Not stale, but overheated perhaps. The staff is pretty attentive but usually in a rush. The place gets packed as it's not too big so I get the rushing. It's really not a bad place to catch lunch out on the patio, just don't expect amazing food. It's basic and it's pretty good. That's about as far as I'd go. I'll come back on my bike rides and maybe checkout breakfast. read more

I like breakfast for breakfast, I like to call it brunch when I'm fancy pantsy, I like it at lunch time, dinner time, and for the times when I'm in my, "what should I eat after cocktails before I go home" time. Two slices of texas toast, dipped, fried and bonded together by bananas, strawberries and cream cheese smothered in their blueberry syrup...that's right...cream cheese filling...this is exactly what I needed for my sweet tooth. I also had the Eggs Benedict on a Croissant. 2 paoched eggs, asparagus, tomatoes and hollandaise sauce in the middle of a light, buttery and flaky croissant. Tasted very light and fresh. Served with a side of seasoned potatoes to sop up the sauce and some fresh fruit....I couldn't be any happier. Finally, I finished off with dessert. If you're coming to a restaurant that has "Peach" in the name, you might as well order the Peach Cobbler, right?! INDEED!! I got the peach cobbler a-la-mode and couldn't help but scrape the sides of the bowl from all of the deliciousness. Can't wait to go back and try some more :) read more

As others have said, the view from the outside seating section is really nice. However, the food itself is just ok. The apple fritters are definitely worth a try - they were the highlight of the meal. The French Toast though was just average. Also, I wouldn't recommend the Chicken and Waffles here. The chicken did have a nice spice to it, but it was very dry and the portions were kinda skimpy. Overall, with so many great breakfast options in Orlando, Peach Valley will need more than just a good view to keep me coming back. read more

We were greeted and taken to our table right away. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. We ordered waters and soda right away to help with the nausea. (Never drinking again) lol Here they serve breakfast and lunch. So, not being a breakfast person I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese and French fries. Really good breakfast/brunch/lunch place with a convenient location, a friendly staff and great service. Can get pretty crowded at times, especially on Sat./Sun. mornings. The shopping center's parking lot is pretty large, but fills up AWFULLY fast since there's also a Panera Bread in there. (Actually, it's right next door to Peach Valley.) So, on weekend - and even on many weekday - mornings, you'll find a lot of families/couples scrambling to this shopping center to get something to eat. The parking lot can get to be a madhouse, with people vying for any available parking space. If you're lucky enough to find one, though, you'll be happy going to Peach Valley. Nice outdoor seating area, great location/convenience (just off I-4 on Lake Mary Blvd.) and an enjoyable experience. There's nothing really out-of-this-world here - probably about the same type of experience you can have at First Watch, Panera, Perkins, etc. I really did enjoy sitting outside a few times, though. As at least one reviewer noted, there's a bike trail nearby, so if you live in Altamonte Springs or Longwood and have a bike, you could make a nice morning/afternoon out of going here on your bike. The trail extends from Lake Mary to at least Altamonte Springs, and likely even further. (I've rode only from Longwood to the terminus next to Peach Valley.) Recommended breakfast/brunch/lunch experience if you're in the area. Don't pull your hair out of your head trying to make it here, though, since you can have similar experiences at the aforementioned restaurants. read more

To start off the dude who seated us was great. Our waitress however couldn't have cared less about us. No conversation whatsoever. My husband had the patty melt and he says it was good. My experience was not as good. I had the chicken salad wrap & ended up not eating it - way too much mayo, almost like mayo soup with chicken bits. Plus my pickle spear was warm (weird). I just returned to Florida from living in LA for the last 5 years everyone I know was ranting and raving about this Peach Valley place so I decided to eat there this past Sunday with a friend. Lets just say the only reason I am giving it two stars is because of the area and the peaceful view. It is extremely busy which is expected BUT my cups were dirty had thick build up ring around it. Also my waiter was very pushy and my food was COLD! I had the belgian waffle with turkey links and my friend and chicken and waffles which looked very disgusting and OVERCOOKED. We were out of town visitors needing a place to eat. We chose to have Sunday brunch at the cafe around 1pm and saw the place is very popular as evidenced by the line. The wait was about 15 minutes and we were seated at an outdoor table. The server quickly offered the apple fritters, which were worth the calorie splurge. They were served hot and fresh and rolled in brown sugar in a paper bag. The service was brisk despite the full restaurant. I was glad to see healthier items on the menu and ordered an egg white omelet. Perhaps some of that health was nullified by the fried potatos, which were hard to resist in their crunchy brown goodness. So this was my first time here and I got to say I am not impressed. The hot chocolate was nasty and it didn't even have a taste to it. The grits were horrible it's like they didn't know whether to make them sweet or salty. The service was ok it took them awhile to get our drink orders which annoys me but after that the food came right away. They do not practice COVID safety when it comes to seating customers. We were in a small corner with my baby in the stroller and they sat other people right next to us. We were not 6 ft apart we were so close to them we could hear their whole conversation. Might as well cook breakfast at home and eat on your back porch. Went on the weekend for a 45 minute wait. The breakfast sounds good on paper, but the bacon tasted like plastic. The pancakes were larger than the plate they arrived on, as well as dry and flat. The location is excellent and the lone bright spot for this establishment as it is located right alongside of the Seminol Wekiva Trail. It's one of few options for breakfast in the Lake Mary area, but don't fool yourself, Too Jay's and Dexter's have better everything. read more

I ordered the apple fritters as suggested by another Yelper. Bf had the French toast with a side of bacon. He said he enjoyed his French toast but the bacon was just ok. I thought the apple fritters were decent but didn't have enough apple flavor for me. They were accompanied by a small bowl of strawberry yogurt which tasted like any ol' yogurt I've ever bought at the grocery. Not yet a fan but willing to give it another go. I came here for breakfast. The coffee is excellent - strong and good flavor. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. The biscuits were perfectly made, fluffy and freshly baked. The gravy was excellent. Eggs and bacon were also cooked perfectly. The only problem here is the parking is a nightmare. The cafe is in a busy shopping plaza with a tiny parking lot. All spaces were taken and there were 20 cars circling around looking for a space. Normally this place is super busy, and we aren't fans of waiting, so we hadn't tried this place before now. Today, we stopped by at lunch time and found that there was no wait at all, so we decided to give it a try. Its a small place, but they really make the most out of the minimal space. The menu is pretty small, but everything we tried on it today was excellent. I love having the breakfast all day option. I also think its pretty cool that they give kids wikki stix to play with while you wait, thats a bit more original than just crayons and something to color on. It was a pretty busy Sunday morning but they managed to get us seated within about 20 minutes and we had a great view of the lake/courtyard area outside. Our waitress was pretty helpful with recommendations. We had these amazing apple fritters with pumpkin dip, which were simply divine. I ordered a philly cheese steak/eggs benedict combination on a croissant which was delicious.It was served with breakfast potatoes which were yummy and a small cup of fresh fruit (also yummy). They state their orange juice was fresh, I find it hard to believe, it may have been one of the fresh out of the bottle, but not freshly squeezed. It was refreshing but not-fresh refreshing. The only down side was the corned beef hash. i felt like I was eating and looking at cat food. it made me gag after the second bite. Will not be trying that again. Other than the debacle with the hash everything else was great. Food was good, came out in a pretty timely manner for how busy they were. This place is located next to the trail, which to me, is a good motivation to get your run on, then eat here for all those calories burned ;) It's a cute place, and if the weather is nice definitely take a seat outside. As for a starter, me and my boyfriend ordered the apple fritters. It felt like eating a light doughnut with bits of apple chunks inside the batter and it gets served with a strawberry yogurt to dip it with. Delicious! Definitely order this one! For my entree I ordered the biscuits and gravy and I'm a huge fan of biscuits and gravy. Let's just say that this biscuits and gravy changed my life! Sooooo good! The apple fritters would be the death of me if I lived within a 100 miles of this place. I ordered the vegetable & Eggs Benedict, my husband ordered the chipped beef with the side of potatoes. We had to fight to finish it all but we sure as heck tried ...Toward the end we were taking turns shoveling in what was left of the potatoes, hoping it didn't come back up. We stopped here on a Saturday morning during our travels to Daytona from Orlando thanks to the Internet reviews. Keep in mind this place gets super busy on weekend morning! Be prepared to wait for a table. Also the parking lot isn't the easiest at finding a spot, it's not big enough for the businesses around. Be sure to snag the first spot you find. We lucked out and were able to find two seats at their bar counter inside the restaurant. Our server was a very kind & polite lady, I can't remember her name but she was a great server. They offer a large menu of many delicious breakfast/lunch options. We personally ordered the Chicken and Waffles & The Philly Steak Eggs Benny, both were very tasty. The food was very good. The only problem this restaurant seems to encounter is lack of organization of the food leaving the "kitchen" which is placed in a warming window. We sat and watched food sit for well over 20 mins "dieing" in the window while the rest of the orders were made. The kitchen staff works extremely fast and the expeditor can't seem to keep up. It was great entertainment to watch while waiting for our food, I just personally felt bad watching everyone's food get cold. Also the kitchen staff seems to handle the food more than anyone should, granted they are wearing gloves but they aren't being changed. Was kind of gross to see. Other than that everything was exactly as we could need or want before getting back on the road. I am not sure if we would go out of our way to come back here but if we are nearby I don't see why not. read more

We been told the waiting time is 30 minutes, we walked around the parking lot with our daughter for less then 20 minutes.
