The available Groupons only treated 'one area' and I knew I needed my Frontalis and Glabella treated (we all do, or we will end up looking like Dr. Spock). Peachy was the best deal I could find. I reached out to a previous Peachy client and happily used her name as a client reference- she received a $100 bonus and I received a $50 bonus...Winning! Peachy was easily accessible, clean and unassuming. The clientele is young....quite young. They are definitely in the wrinkle prevention business! The staff was great and welcoming and thoroughly explained the process, but not the filler to be used. The NP used Jeuveau on me and I have had no issues with that. If you want a specific wrinkle relaxer, this might not be the best option for you. Also, she did not mix the solution in front of me, so you cannot be guaranteed of the concentration. I am a researcher at heart  and NOTICE EVERYTHING!  I have read a number of reviews questioning the potency of the product. Honestly, I doubt my results will last three months (see 2 month photos). I still think it is worth it if you can drum up the referral business and need more units. If you're 25 and need 20 units, save your money and buy it for $12-15 a unit someplace else! How to get an appointment... Be flexible! I received a same-day Saturday appointment by calling before 9am and leaving a message stating: my name, phone number, the amount of time it would take for me to get to Peachy and that I was looking for a same-day cancellation appointment. They easily found an appointment for me! My treatment advice... I felt they were a bit conservative. I did have noticeable and undesirable movement in the frontalis and glabella region at 2 weeks post treatment. I would encourage a more aggressive approach during the initial appointment, as there is one advertised touch-up at two weeks. I did go back at two weeks and the area of concern was treated with each injection measuring only one additional unit of product and I was told that would be sufficient... barely. Next time, I will be more aggressive as I am two months out and I am seeing quite a bit of movement. But, I will be back! I expect full movement back at three months. Tretinoin/Retin A... If you are not already on this stuff, please slather your face in it (sparingly at first)! It should be your first line of defense in skin renewal and is the most cost-effective way to look youthful! I have a tube of .05% and .1% and use them on different areas of my face depending on my sensitivity level. You can purchase this here. My Take-Away... I haven't been able to find a better, more cost-effective way to defy the aging process. I LOVE the referral process. I will definitely be back! Show a Teacher some love and drop my name... I'm extra everyday! 2nd visit: My 2nd appointment was with Ashley and she was phenomenal saving me a trip back for my 2 week touch-up! Okay- I have gotten preventative Botox a variety of places and at variety of price points- and I continue to be impressed with Peachy. I have gone to the West Soho, Manhattan West, NoMad, Grand Central, and NoHo locations. All of my nurses have been good, so I've never requested a specific one. Some things I love that I did not experience at other places: 1) Believe it or not, each time a needle penetrates the skin, it actually dulls the blade. Peachy will use a bunch of smaller syringes in one session (instead of one large syringe), using sharp fresh needles throughout the session, therefore causing the least amount of pain and protecting your skin. 2) You get a free touch-up after two weeks, to make sure you are happy with your results and to touch up where necessary. 3) After the session, they give you an ice pack and you can hang out in a separate waiting room, until you are ready to leave. 4) They have a software that maps out your face with numbers, to show how many units you received at each injection spot. It also saves your past treatment history. So, if you ever book a future session, your next nurse will know exactly the treatment you received and can adjust based on your feedback. They have been consistent and reliable and answer all of my questions. This would also be a good spot for first-timers. During your first appointment, you can indicate a referral on the paperwork. Peachy does a good job of making Botox accessible, easy and friendly to get. I found it a lot less stuffy and more affordable than my prior visits to dermatologist offices. When you check-in for the first time, they take a lot of photos, ask for your input, and show you their proposed AI-generated treatment plan with their tech-forward approach. They give you ice to numb the areas where you will get injected by a friendly and attentive nurse practitioner. And then you are sent off to the recovery area for water and to ice your injected spots to minimize bruising for as long as you want. I appreciated not being rushed out and being able to ice for a long time to minimize bruising/swelling.
