This was third, and best, experience I've had getting Botox. The flat fee structure is great, and I liked the algorithmic approach to identifying the "grade" of your wrinkles to guide the dosage. The NP I saw, Megan, was super nice and bubbly and made me feel very comfortable. She made sure I understood everything and very clearly outlined each step. I had never been asked for my input and preferences before in terms of a lighter vs more aggressive treatment. I really appreciated that! Megan is smart and outgoing while still having a calming presence and I felt well taken care of the entire time. I would definitely go back and highly recommend going there! The office is clean and nicely decorated, and you are injected in a private room. The recovery area is adorable as others have mentioned as well. I'm looking forward to seeing how my face adjusts over the next week or so, and it's great knowing that they offer 2-week touch ups if you need them. Highly recommend! To start: i LOVED my experience here and highly recommend it! Ok - I was so nervous about getting Botox for my first time and did a ton of research! After posting in a Facebook group, multiple people had recommended peachy, so I decided to try it!! When I walked in, the necessary Covid precautions were taken and everyone was socially distant (there also were not many people in there). They first take pictures of your face/forehead to see where you need Botox and then they have a face recognition software that determines how much Botox you will need in certain areas based off various facial expressions. Also, all the people who are doing the injections are at least an RN, so they are very qualified which made me very comfortable as well. Then I met Caroline and she was so sweet. When I got in the room she had explained everything to me and said if I want to think about it all it is not a problem and I can come back. I felt like she was not pushy which was SO nice. I mentally went there thinking i was going to get it so I decided to get the Botox. She was so gentle and comforting throughout the entire experience. Walked through everything with me step by step and made sure I was comfortable with how much Botox I was getting (she would've given me more but I told her i still want to slightly move my eye brows). I was super nervous about getting Botox for the first time, but everyone at Peachy was really warm and welcoming, and took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure. Right when you walk in, you can see they are following all safety precautions for COVID which was reassuring to see. I walked over to an area to take some photos that would highlight certain affected areas, and then only had to wait about 2 minutes before meeting with the MD, Carolyn. She explained all the differences in types of filler, and took the time to answer all my questions. I also really liked that she didn't try to push or sell me on anything, and in fact let me know that she didn't even think I needed Botox in specific areas of my face. I wanted to love Peachy, I really did. the service was good and the studio was clean and aesthetically pleasing. After two weeks I loved my results and didn't think I needed to go in for a touch up. Unfortunately, after only about 6 weeks I have noticed that the Botox has faded and it looks almost as if I had nothing done. I notice the wrinkles again when I grin and scowl my eyebrows together. I know it's not the most expensive service out there and now I know why. I however found the front desk girls' attitudes to be aloof and disingenuous, and my interaction w/ them left a lot to be desired. Considering that the front desk is the one checking you in and out, it left a meh impression of the experience overall. Will admit that their referral program is a pretty genius business model. $375 for unlimited injections might seem like a great deal but it's also likely that you might not need the 30+ units to justify the cost. The avg cost of a unit at other Botox studios is $12 and a 2wk complimentary touch-up is standard practice at these studios as well. **To be clear, I commented on TWO accounts because I have called both locations and been given an attitude when I asked 1) if I could come in so someone could check it out because if it didn't take, I was just going to go somewhere else and 2) if it was possible to see if I had been given Dysport as I've articulated on numerous other occasions I don't respond to Dysport. I was told nobody will do anything, including answer my questions until it has been at least two weeks, end of story. I've obviously gone there more than once with less than stellar results and never said a word about it on any forum until the aforementioned interactions. I think the NPs are great and am generally understanding that nothing is perfect. While I certainly could ask an NP why they think I had to wait two weeks before I was eligible for basic customer service, I don't imagine they'd have that answer. I've been getting Botox long enough to know something doesn't add up when I go to Peachy. I supposedly am being given the same product and same amount of units that I get anywhere else yet, it almost always requires more injections after the two-week wait period. This time around, ZERO effect. My lines are actually worse than they were two weeks ago, it's as though I never got any injections at all. Unless they are going to give me a whole new round and double the units when I go for my "touch up" tomorrow, I am expecting to be disappointed a week from now. While the "service" is great, something is sufficiently lacking in the quality of the product that only they can account for. Of the dozens of times I've received Botox elsewhere, I have never had to go back for more units. I want to say you get what you pay for, but even that isn't true when it comes to this place. I paid less money for 40 units at a med spa in between my most recent visits to Peachy and had 95% better results. It's great they offer free touch-ups, but not so great that their business model seems to hinge on them. Eventually, the service starts to take a hit when you expect your clientele to be grateful for the opportunity to carve more time out of their schedule for a second appointment because you didn't get it right the first time. If my experience tomorrow does not end up resolving the issue, I will 100% be disputing the service with my credit card company and will not be returning. Nothing about my body chemistry or aftercare has changed since I went to Alchemy 43 in October and had perfect results within four days of getting 50 units. 50 units of Botox is 50 units of Botox, unless it's not...? And not for nothing, when I was in the studio two weeks ago, the manager was openly on an iPad writing her own review of the new location. I thought it was pretty brazen and unprofessional, but wouldn't have called it out if the raving "review" was anywhere in the ballpark of my actual experience. I loved my experience going to Peachy. It was my first time getting Botox and Peachy made it so approachable and comfortable. It's by appointment only and they are following Covid precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask and there are hand sanitizing stations everywhere. After check in, you're directed to take some pictures whilst making some faces such as frowning, smiling, and a angry face so they can analyze your wrinkle formation or any fine lines. Carolyn answered all my questions and relieved my worries about getting Botox for the first time. I had never gotten any injectables before. It was a extremely peaceful and gentle experience and it's just a momentary pinch. They walk you through every moment step by step and explain everything to you. They do ask you if your are using any retinoid, which I'm currently not so I asked for more information about it. I was excited to hear the formula included Niacinamide, Vitamin C, and Hyaluronic acid. They offer a sample to you to take home and if you are interested you can sign up to have it mailed to you. I didn't feel as if they were pushing any products at me or upselling. I didn't even realize they offered mineral sunscreen until I was in the waiting area they provide to ice your forehead and rest before checking out and saw some testing bottles on the counter. I did test some on the back of my hand and it blended in really nicely and felt very smooth. They are SPF 50. I didn't buy any this time because I'm still stocked up on sunscreen from summertime. I love how up front they are about their services and pricing. It really let me know what I was going to pay up front before I made a decision to go with Peachy. The Botox is a flat rate of $375 and includes 3 injection areas (in between eyebrows, forehead, crows feet) with unlimited number of units depending on what you need. You can also get a touch up after two weeks if you are not satisfied with the results. Like for example, reviewing my pictures on their iPad and going over the wrinkle process and where I'm at in terms of where I want to be. I loved getting information on different anti-aging approaches. I left the office feeling confident and more relaxed. I was initially so nervous. Ok so I started getting Botox 3 years ago and this is my second visit to peachy. They are absolutely outstanding and the BEST botox I have ever had. They take pictures and use your pictures to record how many units go where. They have a few different injectable I have used botox, and jeuveau at this location and both times were fabulous. What a fantastic experience at Peachy. Caroline, the NP who provided my services, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My first session was two weeks ago. Since it was my first time getting Botox and I wanted to achieve a more natural look, we decided to take a somewhat conservative approach to how many units I'd get. This makes sense at Peachy, because if after two weeks you decide you need an adjustment in the number of units, you can come back for a complimentary session! I did that today, adding just a bit more in my "11s" to achieve the look I want.
