It's Peet's!! Nothing much to add, everyone knows they know cofeee. This store is usually busy at all times for me so if you go please bring your patience or order ahead with the techie mobile app thingy. Dunno, I just make sure I go to enjoy and not in a rush. Good luck.

This location is always well staffed and clean. My go to drink is their ICED HAVANA CAPPUCCINO. It's very strong and made with condensed milk. So if you're in need of a GOOD pick me up try this drink. Also, their seasonal cups are adorable.

We visited Pets Coffee this morning for the first time. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The staff member who took our order got it wrong, and when we went back to fix it, the drink we received had cold coffee with milk simply poured on top--it was not prepared properly. Additionally, the staff member displayed a really poor attitude when we tried to resolve the issue. Everyone else we interacted with was friendly, but this particular employee clearly needs training in customer service, especially when dealing with first-time visitors. We hope management addresses this, as it was our first visit and we were excited to try a local favorite.

No iced coffee can ever compare to the deliciousness of what Peet's is. I'm obsessed. My husband brought me a nespresso to stop spending so much money here lol, but I still keep coming back. I LOVE PEETS SO MUCH. The baristas are always so nice and VERY TALENTED. My drink is always perfect and exactly what I imagine it to be, especially in the mornings when I really need it. Really helps me out in days I need a pick me up. Thank you everyone at Peet's. You guys are the best :)

It's November and the weather is still good enough for an ice cold frappe. My friend and I come here at least once a week not to mention the time my wife and I come here during the week. Anyways today we ordered two medium caramel frappe with add shot and add whip. Delicious as always. Service fast and friendly. Place is always clean and inviting . Music al says different too

Opens at 5am. But door won't open for service until they're done cleaning the lobby which should be done end of the shift the night before... people got work and I guess this will be the last time I'd get coffee before work. Don't want to get mad or else my coffee will not be made with love. Just a little friendly feedback to the management Happy holidays!

This place was been closed temporarily and I later came back realizing that they completely renovated it for a better cafe experience. I really think that this atmosphere is much better than the old one, which is too outdated and needs a change. They removed a doorway that allows people to come in for mobile pick ups, which I think it's better that way since to me, it's pointless having one there. The menus displayed are digital replacing the old ones that aren't. I think it's due to coming to an age where technology is very reliant for most businesses. I have no complaints about it at all. I thought that they will close this place permanently haha

I was craving coffee and thought I'll drop by to get a cup. I ordered a medium iced coconut black tie and gave them my name. After I paid, I waited at the side by the front door. I waited for around 10 min and still have not heard my name yet. Then I noticed a drink that was just sitting next to the cashier station and no one had bothered to call out the name of the drink or the name of customer who had ordered it. So 5 min later, I walked up to the cashier station, flagged a barista and asked for the name of the drink that was just sitting there. Since the drink matched what I ordered, I grabbed it and left. In terms of flavor, I thought the coffee tasted diluted. Customer service is pretty much non-existent at this place.

Ambiance Bathroom is filthy, it's like they don't clean it regularly, super gross. The only two places to plug your laptop or charger. It gets crowded inside and outside. Good and drink The food is overpriced, I had a matcha latte and chicken waffle. Far from impressed, you're better off elsewhere.

The management team at Peet's Coffee on Mowry Ave is a mess. A couple weeks ago I tell the shift leader (Alex), my drink is wrong, something is wrong, Alex was not the one that made the drink but she looks at my drink and the order and asks what's wrong and doubts me, I was like, I know something is wrong, there's usually more of the drink. She doubts me, so I leave. Alex did not offer to remake my drink or ask the barista if they followed my precise instructions. I get home and my mother tries my drink, which is suppose to have 5 shots of espresso in it, my mother says, the drink you got yesterday at McDonald's (3 shots) was stronger. So I was right. There was something wrong with my drink. They forgot to add the 2 shots. I come into Peet's the next day, to let the shift leader, Gasper, know what happened on the previous day. I told him, I ordered 2 drinks and they were both made incorrectly and that the shift leader, Alex, refused to acknowledge there was something wrong with the drink. I wanted to order 2 drinks that day and I asked Gasper if he could take care of it, due to what happened the day before. Gasper says, he can comp one of my drinks, but I'd have to pay for the other one. Gasper said, since Alex said no to remaking the drink, he can't say yes cause that would be on him. So I asked if I could speak to Jonathan, the store manager regarding this, and Gasper tells me, no, he was the manager on shift and he's the one enforcing the rules. Gasper also said Alex isn't here today to verify this happened yesterday. So he can't do anything about it. So I pay for my drink. After they make my drink, I ask, if Alex is here next time and can verify this happened, can you comp my drink? And Gasper is like no, since it's days after. So, I was upset and demanded to speak to the store manager. Gasper reached out to Jonathan, the store manager and let him talk to me. I told Jonathan what happened the day before and how Alex doubted me when I said something was wrong with the drink, and didn't offer to remake it, and how the drink I got 2 days ago at McDonald's, the 3 shots were stronger than the 5 shots I ordered. Jonathan listened to my problems and told me the next time I come in wave him down and he will comp my drink. Jonathan said, Gasper gave you one day today, right? I said yes. Jonathan said, he will comp the other drink the next time I see him. I was like great, thank you. Now it's been more than a week, and I have been to Peet's Coffee on Mowry Ave 3 or 4 times and I still haven't seen Jonathan for my comped drink. Jonathan did not tell his leaders or staff about my comped drink, so no one is willing to comp me a single drink. I came in to talk to Alex about this, asking if Jonathan was here, stating because he said he would comp my drink next time because I told him about the experience that I had with you on Sunday. Alex gets all defensive, and raises her voice at me, saying well she's been here for the last 2 days and, Gasper and Ashleigh (the assistant manager) and Jonathan, all of them didn't tell her anything. And how she can't comp my drink and I gotta get that from Jonathan. At the end, she gave me $3 off. I was like thanks. Yesterday, I go in and try to look for Jonathan. And Jonathan was off. So once again, I was no where close to getting my comped drink. I asked, when does Jonathan usually work and the employee was like, they don't know. It's random, sometimes he's here in the morning. I come into Peet's again today. I see Gasper, and I ask Gasper if Jonathan is there. Gasper says no. I explained to him, it's because Jonathan said he would comp my drink next time. And Gasper says, he doesn't know anything about that. I asked can you take care of my drink, (keep in mind, Gasper is the one that got Jonathan into this issue) Gasper says no, he doesn't know anything about it. I said can you call him. As a loyal, frequent customer, I was getting upset and frustrated with the misinformation and false hope I was given. I had looked for Jonathan 3- 4 times that week with no luck and it began to feel like I was never going to get my free drink. I asked Gasper if he could call Jonathan. Gasper said, no, Jonathan's off the clock, we don't call him. I'm like isn't he salary? Then Gasper gets offended, and says, Angela, you do not ask that. That is none of your business. I'm confused why Gasper was reacting this way. I asked a simple question, isn't Jonathan (the store manager position) salary? The question clearly meant, isn't he paid to deal with customer issues at any time. Because if you are a salary worker, you are expected to be available for work reasons at any time. And to my knowledge most store manager positions are salary, and even if Jonathan was an hourly employee, Jonathan could've done a timesheet edit.

It would be nice if they have tiny cup just for espresso.

You know when someone makes your coffee with love. Now here's a place that's speedy but who make your drink with that loooovin feelin.The drinks are made to perfection (without too much sugary syrups!!) The location has a decent amount of seating and well lit with natural lighting. It's a little loud so bring headphones for studying. there's outdoor seating so get your drink "for here" when on a date and chat it up on the patio. Come here and feel the love (and efficiency) cause it's made fast but it's done right. read more

Living out here in 'burb-landia, there aren't a lot of choice places to hit up. Especially in the form of my favorite comfort in a cup. Fortunately, there's a Peet's nearby. Before the little dude started tipping the scale (the wee lad is about 18 lbs!) I used to schlep him over in the baby bjorn by foot... now we drive which I suppose is more apropos considering the whole 'burb thing. Anyways, it always seems that latte-wise, all Peet's are created equal. You can always get a good latte whether you're in SF or Berkeley or San Diego or Kalamazoo. Though, I've never been to Kalamazoo, so I can't say for sure. Staff on the other hand, not so much. There's always a different vibe everywhere you go. With regard to this particular location, the staff is pretty nice over all, but Christian always goes above and beyond by remembering me and the little dude. And he makes an exceptionally delicious latte. Plus, his personal style makes me feel right at home and not so Stepfordy-burby. It's nice to know that even way the heck out here in the quiet and lovely (yet somewhat boring) Fremont that Peet's is there keepin' it yummy and real for peeps like me. read more

This location is in the same strip mall area as La Pinata, so after lunch my girlfriend and I hopped over for a latte for her and tea for me. I am in love with Pumphry's Blend-loose leaf tea, and when I don't care for the daily brew, or espresso, I get a pot of tea. Today, the manager rang us up and we had a lovely conversation. She was smart, friendly, knowledgeable and by far the best manager I have spoken to at any of the many Peet's I have been to over the years. Yay for great Peet's locations...I am all about it!! read more

What more can I say other than YUUUUUUM!!! It's coffee. And yes it's yum. If you're ever in Fremont and in need of some caffeine in your veins, this is the place to go. The ladies behind the register are so welcoming but the real MVCCs (most valued coffee connoisseurs) who give it their all to give you a bit of TLC in your coffee are the guys creating it. 4 days in a row of this place...Intense! Great place to even get a bit of work done. Got a medium Havana Cappuccino. Sadly it was all gone but you get my drift. read more

This is my favorite place to get coffee in Fremont, especially since most other options are the 30 different Starbuckses around town. You can really tell if a place has good coffee by their regular hot, no-frills coffee. I like Peet's house coffee because it has a certain "kick" to it. Peet's has good coffee whose flavor doesn't need to be disguised by 5 pumps of syrup or cream or sugar. They have some pretty good pastries, too. I like the apple turnover. The level of service varies depending on who you get--some people are really friendly and others just ring you up. The coffee is strong, but good for REAL coffee fanatics. I only wish their hours would extend and they had free wi-fi, as other reviewers have said. read more

Confession. I come here often. Confession. One of the baristas here knows my name. Short of calling me "Norm", she greets me happily by name when she takes my order. Makes me nervous but I love it! Haha! Praise. They cater to your preferences. I'm a bit of a "Sally" which can complicate order details but they patiently and happily take my order. And the delivery is 99% perfect! read more

I've been here off and on for the past 6 or so years and it's been a great option for non-Starbucks coffee. Iced lattes are always a good choice here. Most recently, I tried their new Black Tie iced coffee. It's cold brew layered with sweetened condensed milk, chicory simple, syrup, and a little half and half. Worried that it would be too sweet, I asked for it half as sweet as it normally is. I loved it! I was hoping for something that would remind me of New Orleans style iced coffee, and that's very close to what I got. Overall, it's a strong, sweet iced coffee. The drink has a nice body and is creamy with a unique sweetness from the chicory. I'd like a stronger note of chicory just for my own preference, so I'll ask for that next time and see how it is. Half-sweet was just enough for me. A friend told me she tried it at regular sweetness and found it too sweet, so maybe half-sweet is the way to go for everyone. This Peet's is large and has plenty of seating. It's also well-lit, has wifi, and has outlets, which makes it perfect for reading or studying/doing work. And that's exactly what you'll see a lot of people doing here. Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always happy to make any adjustments to your order. Overall, a good neighborhood option to pick up coffee to go or to sit down and lounge for a while. read more

Ok, I am a big Peets fan and a bit of a snobby coffee drinker. This is superior coffee without question . The pastries are good . I enjoy all of them. If you enjoy your coffee black or a nice Americano or expresso you will taste the difference . The store is not quite big enough to enjoy a conversation inside, especially when the line is out the door. It's just a bad set up. Hence one less star . read more

Great place to grab coffee and have a conversation with friends. Unlike Starbucks, Suju's and Philz, there were not a lot of people coming here to study. In my opinion, this place is too loud to get any studying done. I ordered the matcha green tea java blended with vanilla. Delicious! The vanilla is an extra 50 cents, but it's worth it if you're looking for something sweet. read more

Now I do have other wonderful options that are actually closer. But due to the location of where I usually run. Peets wins by default. Awesome location, awesome baristas. read more

Horrible line for pick up. Took forever ... literally over 20 minutes for pick up and there is no way to tell when and if your drink is ready. Just a mess. Asked for a straw...it was unusable. Asked for a cover...was instructed to just use the dome..which is way too short for the useless straw. It's only 11AM. Total disappointment. read more

Truly, probably a 2.5. This isn't really about the coffee, they've actually gotten better than they used to be. This location is a pretty big location, fairly open with racks of coffee used to divide up the large room between the counter and the tables + chairs. The service is a little... eh. It's mediocre. One lady mispronounced my name, said she mispronounced it, and walked away. Excuse me? That's EXACTLY how you keep customers. Sure you made my drink pretty fast (then again, who makes a regular medium-sized latte slow at a coffee shop? if you do then you're dumb), but that doesn't mean you can mispronounce my name, shrug it off, and walk away. Thanks for welcoming me to your Peet's, I felt extra special. Gold star for customer service. Now the people there, that's a whole other story. It's a bunch of people who think they are high end and fancy trying to rudely grab a cup of coffee. I'm sorry, just because you can afford a cup of Peet's coffee and you choose "Peet's" over "Starbucks" doesn't make you all that. They of course are all in their mid-40s, or in their 20s trying to go on a sophisticated "coffee date" (fail). Then you have your normal creepers who eye women in the room shamelessly. That's a comfortable environment. This location was just far too pretentious for my taste. I seriously had people leaning over my table trying to look at a case of coffee. Umm excuse me, get your nasty self away from me and my table. Or even better, maybe you can say "excuse me" or "sorry" when you decide to lean over and invade my personal space. Manners are normally really helpful. Maybe I wouldn't be so pissed if you didn't take me by surprise. It wasn't even just one person who did this, but multiple people. Want to pretend like you're fancy? Stop by, and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The coffee was good by the way. The experience, not so much. read more

Now I know why this particular location is always busy. The baristas are super nice and quick! They've got people in an out the door every minute - no joke. I ordered a medium house and a slice of banana bread. I asked the lady if she was able to brew me a fresh batch of their house coffee and she didn't complain. Coffee was nice and strong and the banana bread was sweet. Their condiment section is clean and despite the crazy crowd, it was very clean. I've always preferred Peet's over Starbucks anyway, thanks! read more

I LOVE PEETS. I just wish there were more Peets in this area. Although, great strategy unlke other coffee shops (ahem not going to mention which one) they are in every single block. The best coffee place you can go. Great latte, cold drinks and very friendly staff and better yet free wifi! just ask for the code. You can request free sample of their new Mango or Pomegranate cold drinks.. YUMMY. Also try the White Chocolate Mocha.. :) delicioso! :) read more

If I had to choose between a Starbucks or a Peets, Peets would win every time! Peets has an awesome selection of coffees & teas. They often have coffee/tea tastings. The service at Starbucks & Peets is always good, but IMFO, Peets just has better coffee. read more

This place is the calm away from the storm. Coffee is a lot better than Starbucks. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to relax. Located right next to a bunch of great little restaurants, makes perfect for an after dinner spot to digest your food. read more

I don't go to Peet's often just because it's nowhere near me. However, it was just a few minutes away from a doctor's appointment so I decided to go because my bf keeps telling me how good their Cold Brew Fog Latte is! ... and it really is! Better than Starbucks' that's for sure; smooth and creamy. This location is clean and organized, there's an adequate amount of space for people to work, and employees are friendly. Rude customer service on a Monday morning - completely ignored me when I was standing in front of the cash register area. She helped two men who came in after me instead. After they were done, she continued to attempting to skip me. Then she went on to overcharge me. I know because I went there a few days later ordering the same thing! read more

Hey coffee is coffee is coffee - right? I'm not a coffee-snob but Peet's IS better than Starbucks, and this Peet's is a lively place to go, even if I'm only there for 5 minutes most workdays. It's often busy even at 10:30 or 11am but the staff moves you in and moves you out with a smile and if you go enough they remember your name. And yes, a few on staff are darn good-looking and make it very easy to smile back as you order your beverage. The shop is tidy with a fair number of comfy chairs for a medium-sized shop (great for lounging for longer visits) but not cluttered and well lit with plenty of floor to ceiling windows. As someone who's worked retail I can't help but love Alex who handled an irate and out of control drama queen with strength and smarts. As we walked in - we walked into the middle of an angry lady unloading her crazy on Alex about people bringing their dogs inside. Peet's is located closely to PetSmart, there is a patio full of people enjoying their coffee with their dogs, this is a dog friendly space. The debate went something like this: Irate Customer "People can't bring their dogs in here!!!! What if people have dog allergies?!?" Alex "Are service dogs ok?" Irate customer "Yes" Alex "Do you have dog allergies?" Irate customer "No" Mic drop. Alex then went to help the next customer. Being us and we were helped flawlessly. It's unfortunate that people in retail, myself included have to be their best professional self in tackling such out of control, angry people looking to argue for the sake of arguing. If Alex ever goes into politics I'm voting for her. The ambience is brightly lit and inviting. It's a community gathering place. The staff and customer service are top notch. The baristas are friendly and remember your orders. So I really like Peet's and I'm not trying to bash on it because I have begun to really like it and I have been going there more and more often because I really like their bacon and cheddar breakfast sandwich, I usually go to the one on Brokaw in San Jose but I was in Fremont so decided to go to this one but when I got my sandwich and left I had seen that the bacon seemed under cooked because it was a very light pink color and was really chewy and I've gotten it before at other locations so I didn't expect this and I was upset because that was going to be my breakfast but I was grossed out by the bacon. read more

Hello, There is always the same problem in this store. My name is Aleksimandros, and every time I order coffee here, my name is either not called out or not even attempted. Even if a name is difficult to pronounce, you can at least try, and the customer will understand. At 11:34 AM today, many drinks were piled up in a corner, and it was impossible to see the name labels. When I turned a few cups to check, I found my wife's order by chance. After showing the name on the cup to the employee, I finally found my cappuccino as well. I told the employee that they hadn't called out the names and that our drinks had been sitting there for several minutes. While he apologized, another girl--maybe the shift lead, I'm not sure--interrupted in a very disrespectful way, saying "there are a lot of orders," without listening to me and continued grinding coffee. I couldn't even see her name tag; she had a lip piercing and colorful hair. Even if the store is busy, there is still a proper way to speak to customers. On top of all this, both drinks were terrible. My cappuccino was basically water, and so was my wife's. What can you do about this issue? This was a very poor customer experience and completely ruined our Sunday coffee time. read more

As a long-time regular customer who visits this location every morning, I was extremely disappointed by the level of service I received during my most recent visit. I asked a simple question regarding the pricing of coffee sizes, and instead of receiving a courteous response, I was met with a rude and unprofessional tone from the cashier. To add to the poor experience, she handed me a hot medium coffee without providing a cup sleeve, which is not only inconsiderate but also a basic oversight in customer safety and service standards. It appears that there has been significant staff turnover recently, and unfortunately, some of the newer employees do not demonstrate the professionalism or customer care that returning patrons deserve. I have been going to this place for over 11 years, but lately my mocha orders have been awful that I don't even want to give them two stars. It taste so bad: It tastes too sweet when I am about to finish my coffee because they don't stir it well like they used to, and I used to be able to taste that roasted coffee taste, but now the overall taste is weird or too bitter. I have been getting the same order for years. Some of them employees don't respond, just stare at you, so strange. If you try to tell them what you wanted then they try to be defensive. Aroma is awesome but not the best way to store the coffee. Hope the dust balls get grounded really fine...YUK! Their tea selection is fairly limited and very pricey for prepacked junk.. Fremont needs tea shop (NO not bobo stuff.. real tea shop!) Service was better than Starbucks!! The Indian chick was hotter than the coffee they serve. This place saves my life every morning, I go in and come out with an iced coffee, black with no sugar and boy does it give me the kick I need. The Batista seems to have remember my name and my brand after only a couple visits. Very friendly. Though it does get crowded during morning rushes and at noon and overall a nice place to hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee. The speed of service is 4 stars but still better than some other Coffee Shops around the same area. The quality of the coffee (lattes, coffee, Fraps) is 5 out of 5 on my scale (although some other customers I've chit-chatted with rank them 4 out of 5). Overall, I do recommend this place. Restrooms are messed by a couple with a dog (looks like homeless in their mid 30s) everyday. They (a dog, a lady, & a man together in individual restroom) stayed minimum of 20 minuets and sometimes 45 minutes. Doing what? Sex? Drug? Or something worse? At least 3 or 4 customers complained about it to the store manager & staffs. Nothing changed. Still happening just about when I am posting it now!!!!! Friendly and quick service . The iced vanilla latte is soooo good . coconut iced latte is not on the menu but had the barista make it for us and it was delicious . I read people complaining About the parking . the parking lot is huge but it just so happens it's a busy shopping center that's all . can't blame Peet's for it , come on guys ! LOL read more

The parking can be a nightmare depending on when you go. During lunch time is the worst. Do not be afraid to ask their personal opinion on things such as teas, specialty coffees or if you are going to buy any of their coffee making products. They really work with you to make you a satisfied customer and the coffee it's excellent. read more

Peet's is doing a very good job with their take out ordering. Spacing is marked clear, so you really feel safe. They have a daily menu now, I think to condense things so they don't have to keep a wide variety of items in stock. I tied their tuxedo cold brew for the first time off of this menu, it was great! read more

I've always picked Peet's over Starbucks whenever it's available due to its quality coffee and atmosphere! Free Wifi is also awesome compared to AT&T or T mobile hot spot. Although it does get packed during peek hours, I can't blame them since I could expect that. I'm going back tomorrow! read more

I love my Caramel Freddo!! Honestly, I rarely go to Peet's Coffee, but when I do, this location never disappoints me. Especially during the Fremont Festival of the Arts, I make a stop here to cool down before heading home. The only thing I'd suggest is that the employees SMILE MORE!! =) read more

The SERVICE here is GREAT The people HERE is GREAT. I usually do not stay to drink my coffee since i buy beans to make my own when i get home, but when i do take the time to stay it's a nice place. CONS: Plugs for your STUFF to connect to the WORLD WIDE WEB. NOT a BIG wifi Free. read more

Thought I'd try the turkey bacon sandwich and the advertised cinnamon topped brew... I wasn't disappointed. Quite a different taste and offering from Peets. Keep it up. A good alternative to the familiar Starbucks (now stale) menu... Go Peets. Go local . read more

this is another place i go for coffee. perfect lighting. it feels very welcoming. just gets over crowded some times but otherwise its great spot to visit if your in the area. also decent parking. employees are really nice everytime. good job guys read more
