    We came in to get a trailer tire replaced. Upon entering the store the male employee immediately stated they don't carry spare tires. He was informed it was a trailer tire multiple times, he continued to argue instead of just looking at the tire size. He continued to state they don't carry the tire and walked off to assist the customer that arrived after us. The female employee came over and stated the same thing. At that time it was suggested that they take the information and check if they do carry the tire. She took the information and guess what! They do carry the tire, we were asked if we had an appointment. Clearly we did not if they would have taken the time to actually offer customer service they would have known this. She did referrer was to two different shops which was odd since we were at your place of business, you had what we needed in stock and had no problem waiting.

    Rubber off rims and I was forced to drive on metal.

    Calling to schedule an appointment with Alex over the weekend was the biggest mistake! Called because of flat tire and informed Alex I've never been to PepBoys. She gets my information. As everyone knows. You MUST drive very slow. I had several cars cut me off and I was very anxious to get a new tire. I arrive to be told. You're here 10 minutes late. We took someone else. 1. No one called after I expressed I'll be driving slowly. 2. Never did Alex once state. We only wait 10 minutes. If she did. I would've left earlier. 3. My iPhone showed 3:11 when I arrived. My appointment was 3pm. I asked if they charged to put on my spare. Not offered and told to drive back today. That's a strong SOLID NO!! DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE!! The reviews are all valid. As a result of Alex and her horrible communication skills. You'll obviously not be properly informed. So thanks to Alex. Look at the result of her expert opinion. Call your insurance instead. They'll do it for free. Also, my neighbors informed me. Never go there. Go to Big O Tires or Discount Tire. That's where I'll proudly spend my money and not deal with an employee that clearly is ruining business.

    ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER COMING HERE*** Based on the mechanic side of this rip off of a business, the practice here is unethical and unprofessional! I've never seen 2 grown men be so scared to face a woman because THEY messed up her car! And THEY will not take accountability for it! We asked to see the manager and STUART, raised his hand saying "here" with ZERO eye contact and stayed flipping through his paperwork without any regard to the CUSTOMER issue even though he obviously heard what was going on standing 2 feet away from us!! I was completely dumbfounded by the lack of care and professionalism this "manager" displayed! Needless to say we took his card and will be in touch with HIS boss to get this situation handled!! Do yourself a favor and don't come here! There is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY or LIABILITY here and really you will never know what you are actually paying for!!

    I recently had tires I purchased from another vendor installed at this Lakemead location. I had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM, but I ended up dropping the vehicle off around noon. I was told by Stuart, Service Manager, that my vehicle would be ready by 2:30 PM. I was having the tires installed, oil change, and brake bulb replaced. Around 2:30 PM, I called and spoke to Stuart and was told my vehicle would now be ready no later than 4:30 PM. So finally at 4:40 PM, I called again and Stuart told me my vehicle that my vehicle was just completed. However, they were unable to change my brake light bulb because Volkwasgen requires a "special tool" to remove the brake light housing. Further, Stuart stated, " that someone must have tried to change this before because all the screws are stripped." As a Service Manager, Stuart should have known that to change the bulb there is only one wingnut in the trunk holding the taillight housing unit to the vehicle. There are no screws and this was the first time I ever had this bulb replaced. So when I arrived to get the vehicle I spoke to Stuart and asked about the damage and he was completely rude and dismissive. I tried to explain the procedure to change the bulb, but Stuart would not listen. Stuart proceeded to tell me that he had no one there when the technician started working on my car and he was only an Oil & Lube guy with no knowledge of brakes lights. Stuart further added that that the technician gave it a "try." I would like to add this technician did not reset the oil change light or the TPM light on in the vehicle. We did record all this and since there was no speaking to Stuart we paid and left not knowing the damage done to the car or what screws he was talking about. Prior to leaving, we did ask Stuart why did it take almost 4 hours to fix my vehicle when we had an appointment at one. His reply was that is just to guarantee we fix your vehicle, but not when we see it. I also got this on video. The following day we did call the Corporate Office and spoke to the District Manager who appeared helpful. I agree to have them inspect the vehicle and take care of any damages. The following day we took the vehicle to the Ann Road Location and to have the bulb replaced. The technician removed both taillights to inspect for damage and it took only 5 minutes. We could not find the screws Stuart mention or the damage. We even checked the middle light on the rear deck. Based on previous reviews of this location, I would not recommend it. There is no customer service at this location. Further, since we could not find any damage or the imaginary screws, I do not even think they tried to fix the brake light bulb. If they are willing to lie about this then what else are they willing to lie about.

It makes me think that this is probably a newer business and they needed help to get some traffic in. I noticed they were directly across from a competing auto care place with a well known name. I told my daughter not to cancel and to lets go and give them a try,...because you never know. When we walked in, the gentleman greeted my daughter and took care of her. I don't remember him ever acknowledging me at all...but that's ok (kinda) because the priority is the customer..not the plus one. haha They changed her oil, gave her a complimentary tire rotation and checked on the vitals. There were some issues with her car that she will need to take care of in the near future and everything, including expected price is all printed out for her. Overall, this place is clean, they were professional, price point is great and I wouldn't mind my other kids bringing in their vehicles here for service.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

I used to go to Discount Tire exclusively but the last few times I went there, they were only interested in selling me on their most expensive tires that I didn't even need. Not to mention they never even had my size in stock for any tire. I got fed up and found Tire Mart. Not only did they have what size I needed, but they always had different brands of tires in stock. I went with some Crossmax tires a couple years ago and happy to say they're still holding up very well. Best of all, it was about $200 cheaper for all four than Discunt Tire was for two of their cheapest tire that weren't even in stock. Fast forward, I bought some wheels for my car and of course Discunt Tire was trying to upsell me on their ugly wheels instead of mounting the ones I already bought. Also trying to sell me on tires that were absolutely not needed and quoted me $2600 in total for everything. I went back to Tire Mart, and they installed my existing tires onto my new rims and mounted them on the car for only $160. Took less than two hours also vs probably taking all day at the other place. Customer service is always great here, prices are definitely fair, service itself is pretty quick. I'm doing some more work to my car soon and will use Tire Mart for their services. They offer many different financing options as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and will continue to do business with them myself. I live on the southwest side of Vegas and the drive to Tire Mart on Losee is worth it.

I came in to get my tires rotated, but was told they can't service my vehicle because my treads were worn down. Understood, I was open to buying new tires. I called Costco to compare prices and while Costco had a lower price on better tires than what Discount Tires had in stock, I specifically chose to buy from Discount Tires because they told me it would take about an hour to a little over an hour to replace my 2 tires and do an alignment. "There are only 3 people ahead of you right now." I was fine paying more for time and convenience. I finished paying and gave them my keys at 3:45pm. I didn't leave until 6:24pm. That was more than double the quoted time. They marked my service as complete before they even started on my alignment, I'm sure to make it seem like they finished more quickly in their system. They use a bait and switch tactic where they're incredibly nice to you upfront to get your business, then don't care at all once you've paid.
