I liked that they have a titanium option for new piercings since my skin is a bit more sensitive. A bit more expensive at $50 for both piercings instead of $40. The actual piercing process was very smooth. They dot your ear so you can make sure you like where it goes and then the actual procedure is quick and pretty painless. I just got my bottom earlobe pierced. The actual space is pretty big. They have the main front waiting area where you check in and pay and then on the side and in the back they have separate walled off spaces for each tattoo or piercing artist. I would definitely use them again.

Very simply...everyone was helpful with the process. it was a busy time where people were walking in and almost filling the place up. I brought my husband and my kids (older kids like adults) to join me. I was assigned to Mateo. From beginning to end, he was very kind and made me feel comfortable for what I was about to do. Place was very clean, organized and had sterile rooms for the piercings. I really appreciated the privacy too. Every step Mateo took, he educated me and informed me every step he was about to do before the nose piercing began. Then it was over....and was very happy how it turned out and how supportive he was moving forward. Yesterday I walked in and saw Vino and asked if he could help put my hoop nose ring back in. I had…read moreit pierced back in 2009, put a tiny gold hoop in 2013 and I'm not sure how it came out because this thing was in secure to the point I even had to put tape over it for surgeries. It was only out for one day but was starting to close from the inside. Vino was able to poke my ring back through. He even gave me tips on how to keep the opening from the skin on the inside of my nose so it doesn't grow around it when it heals again.
