Lucky I noticed went right back and then they argued with me saying the nail was in the back tire and that's the one they changed lol Told him look at the tire you took off do you see a nail in it they still continue to argue about it but eventually, remove the tire with the nail in it and put the tire they have taken off the back on the front . Bob was the service manager and made sure work to be done on the car was correct. He was friendly and kind. Waited inside the Ford Dealership for about an hour for oil change and 5k service. All was good, though a new F150 V8 was tempting, I walked away without buying anything. :) Everyone we encountered today, was friendly and kind. special thanks to the person at the sales counter. :) Though I miss the good old interior of quick lane and friendly service, we will be back with our minivan next weekend. I originally went to Firestone because I thought I had a tire that needed to be repaired, but they were unable to help. I then came to Tuffy, where Vince and his team took the time to properly inspect the tire. During their inspection, they realized the tire actually did not need a repair after all. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. They did not charge me anything for the inspection and simply gave me the information I needed.
