    Rear sway bar missing

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!! Dont come here unless you want pat the bald loose-cannon child to tell you that youre at fault for the shops mistakes!! I spent thousands of dollars here just to be treated like garbage. I purchased every suspension component for the rear on my car and had them install it with the alignment and they never did the alignment! The extreme camber from no alignment destroyed my tires and the "ex tech" buffoon pat said that its the way the car is made and i drive the car to aggressively? Are you in the car when im driving? No. He then contiously yelled at me over the phone and we had a full blown argument and back pedaled when he found out i was right. when i came back for them to realign my car the didnt even properly tighten two of my suspension arms and they are so childish they took my rear sway bar! When i called to let them know pat, the bottom of the barrel service advisor was rude and wouldnt work with me even though they are the only people who have worked on the vehicle before and said someone stole it. That's hilarious. Go to a real shop that cares about their customers and their safety. Having a bad alignment and loose arms is a hazard and this shop should not be in business.

States left front outer axle boot is torn. This outer axle boot was supposedly replaced.

I am having a really hard time understanding all of the positive reviews; maybe they were all written by friends and family. I am new to the area and took my car here for the first and last time when my AC started blowing hot air intermittently. They did an AC recharge and cooling system service and happened to find that my left axle boot was leaking. They recommended I change the inner and outer boots and leave the axle alone as it would be an expensive fix. As I am a healthcare provider and not a mechanic, I trusted them to find the issues with the ac system and replace the left front axle boots. Well, fast forward a couple weeks later, my ac stops working and my engine runs hot. I can't drive the car without it overheating so I find another mechanic closer to me. They run diagnostics on my car and said it was never your AC system, it is the radiator. It's really hard to miss the problem as it's visibly saturated with sludge and mud. Then they take a picture of that and my left front axle boots which they said need replaced. This place charged me over $800 for " fixing" my AC but overlooked my radiator then charged me for replacing the inner and outer axle boots which didn't fix the problem and the outer boot was still cracking. Aside from this, if I needed both the axle and the boots repaired, I would rather take it to a place that may charge more but will actually fix my car. I want to take my car back there and have them fix the axle boots since the parts were under warranty, but I don't trust them. Neither problem I needed addressed on my car were fixed. I am out over $800 and stuck renting a car once again until my car is actually repaired by an honest mechanic. Please save you DON'T COME HERE unless you like wasting your time and money.

So glad that we found Jim rather than worrying about whether that repair a shop recommends is actually necessary.

No body likes to spend $$ on services but the trick is to get a value for what you do spend. I feel the value is there. As an affiliate of the Ford system, my data is tracked and shared. Bravo. I don't have to do the research on when or who did what. No need to knit pick, I will continue to use Quick lane for my service requirements. I have had tires, oil and a TMS replaced here.

I have to say it didn't feel right about taking a Toyota to a Ford Dealership, but had to give it a shot. Left side of service check in is for Quick Lane. Bob was the service manager and made sure work to be done on the car was correct. He was friendly and kind. Waited inside the Ford Dealership for about an hour for oil change and 5k service. All was good, though a new F150 V8 was tempting, I walked away without buying anything. :) Everyone we encountered today, was friendly and kind. special thanks to the person at the sales counter. :) Though I miss the good old interior of quick lane and friendly service, we will be back with our minivan next weekend. Might be odd, but we miss the tire smell of the old quick lane, needing new tires was the reason we've started to use Quick Lane.

Within a mile of driving it the light was back on, I had scheduled another appointment for a week later for something unrelated. When I came in for that appointment (which included a diagnosis) they said that they couldn't diagnose it & that I would have to make a separate appointment & pay for them to address something that they didn't initially take care of. When they called to give me the diagnosis for the second visit, there was something fishy about how it was being handled & I was told that one repair would cost over $2000.00 & a second repair would cost over $5000.00 & the story kept changing (plus I was told that my car wasn't safe to drive.) I wasn't having any issues with my car until they told me during the first visit where they never fixed what it was brought in there in the first place. I read some negative reviews that described my situation to a "t" so I told them that I wasn't having any going to get a second opinion. They called backed twice trying to scare me into getting my car repaired by them. Even when I came in that first time I didn't feel like they gave much regard to me with regards to customer service, it was more about what was convenient for them & I was dismissed.
