This was our first time coming here and we came here on a Friday night. It was moderately busy and we were sat right away. They had live music which I think might be a weekend thing but I'll need to confirm. Our server came over and welcomed us and took our drink order and let us know if we had any questions. We ordered an appetizer to start and it came out fairly quickly. The ambiance was very friendly and nice. One of ladies who I think was the owners tried to get me to dance with everyone but I'm very shy so I respectfully declined. Another table was there for a birthday and we're all dancing, it was a fun vibe! What we ordered: Appetizer: Crispy Rice (Tahdig) With Ghormeh Sabzi And Gheimeh Bread Cheese and walnuts Main: Baghali Polo Mix Saffron Rice With Koobideh Combination Chicken Kabob Beef Koobideh Dessert: Tea Faloodeh And Ice Cream This was probably the best kebab I've had and the portions are generous. I really loved the service and all the food. And would for sure be back!

I found this place on Instagram and decided to try their Kaleh Pacheh--it was absolutely delicious! We also came back for lunch on Saturday, and everything was delicious. Great portions, friendly staff, a nice indoor atmosphere, and good music. We'll definitely be back!

Stopped by for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone working here was genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome. I ordered the kebab, which was flavorful and cooked really well. The baba ganoush was probably my favorite part of the meal - super creamy with a nice smoky flavor. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu!

Loved the kashk bademjoon. Absolutely delicious. Tried the combination koobideh. Enjoyed the chicken more than the meat. Everything else was average. I'm still reeling from paying $11.99 for a small bowl of yogurt with chopped cucumber in it. The meal cost us upwards of $110 for two and this is not a fancy place. I think the sides are really expensive for what they are - especially the yogurt and the shirazi salad (Again just chopped cucumber and tomatoes in a small bowl) Tahdig with ghormeh sabzi came swimming in oil with barely 2 small pieces of meat in it and four kidney beans. Did not eat this. Tahdig was not crunchy, it was soggy. Service is extremely sweet.

This place was just ok for me I think the eggplant appetizer was the highlight for me. The chicken thighs was a bit off for me. It was moist but I felt it could have been cooked more. The wrap dish needed a side tried to order fries but didn't have any that day.

I've been on a Middle Eastern food high for about a month now. I think it's my goal to try to find some of the best Middle Eastern, Persian, and Mediterranean eats in the South Bay area. I believe this was my second Persian place I tried on my pursuit of some of the best Persian/Middle Eastern eats. And boy am I glad I found this place. First of all this place I feel like is one of those hole in the wall places. It's kind of hidden to the side. Like a hidden gem. I also think that this place is also a really popular spot for receptions and catering. When I went on a Saturday afternoon it was nice and quiet, the host (I believe she is either the manager or owner) was super nice) I ordered koobidah and chicken combination because I wanted to try both proteins. I also ordered the lavaash bread also. I underestimated how large these portions were going to be. But besides the underestimation, the food was absolutely delicious here. I never combined lavaash with mint like that it's a whole new flavor profile I really came to appreciate with the sumac onions and grilled tomatoes on the side with the well seasoned and juicy meats was absolutely delicious. The saffron rice was a generous portion that could have probably feed two to three people. I needed to take leftovers home. But this place is worth checking out if you want to try Persian and Middle Eastern food I'm definitely coming back because it is my current favorite Middle Eastern spot. Update: One of the most hospitable restaurant managers I've met and places I ate at. Please support this place!

My mind is blown. Came here on a Saturday night at around 8 pm. The staff were all very kind. We used the QR code to look at the menu and the server came by to take our order. I absolutely loved everything we ordered here. The hummus was delicious. I couldn't stop eating it The shallot yogurt was one of a kind. The best yogurt I've ever tasted at any Persian restaurant . The beef and chicken koobideh was just amazing . Flavorful, tender and super juicy. The best I've ever tasted in my life. Even the saffron basmati rice was actually fragrant. We will definitely be back often and bring a bunch of friends with us. My favorite Persian restaurant!

Lunch date with one of my besties after our late morning walk. I was craving Persian food, so we decided to try this place since it's conveniently located near Home Depot, which was our next stop for a quick errand. The restaurant was empty, probably because we came in for an early lunch. The host was very friendly and welcoming, although I did feel a little rushed to order since she checked in with us a few times to see if we were ready. I would totally understand if it had been busy, but we were the only customers there at the time. Since it was our first visit and the menu is accessed by QR code, we were still scrolling through everything and deciding what to get. We ended up ordering individual plates. I had the Chelo Kebab Koobideh, which is a ground beef kabob served with saffron rice, grilled tomato, and fresh onion slices. My bestie ordered the lamb chops with saffron rice and grilled peppers. While we were waiting, the host brought out complimentary flatbread, yogurt, and salad, which was such a nice surprise. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. The food was flavorful and the portions were generous. The lamb chops were slightly charred, but my friend still enjoyed them. This place is more of a casual spot to eat, which makes it great for a relaxed lunch. I'm already planning to bring another bestie next week so she can try this spot too. They also accept credit cards, which is always convenient.

Waited for 30 minutes to find out they didn't even start to make my food while my friends food was already cooked. I don't get how the point of sale system isn't connected to where to place your order so at least the cooks in the back can know there's an order. Was very excited to try the place until I waited 30 minutes to know my food hadn't even been prepared yet.

4.5 Stars This spot is one of my dad's favorite and he's a pretty particular guy. The food and the service are an easy 5. The food is flavorful and authentic and the portions are gigantic. We got the family platter of 6 assorted kebabs ($109.99) and the sabzi stew ($20.99) and it was all amazing. Us 5 people maybe finished like 50% of the food with plenty to take home afterwards. It was my first time having sabzi and I loved it - it was authentic and spiced well and wonderful. It had so much olive oil in it though - I wonder if that is normal. I'm not sure who was helping us out - she was so warm and sweet I figured she must be the owner, or friend of the owner. The interior is .... interesting, lol. Between the giant flashing LED screens, the garish fame flowers, and the choice of furniture... yeah, this isn't like, a classy nice ocassion spot. When I walked in I thought - oh god, the food better be really good or something. Oh, it was also completely empty when we walked in. Located in a strip mall.

Came here with friends on a Saturday night after seeing some positive reviews online, but unfortunately this place was a disappointment across the board. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, which quickly made sense to us. We were asked to view the menu via QR code but not order through it, but just tell the server what we wanted, which felt unnecessarily awkward. Prices also felt very high for what was offered. I paid nearly $25 for my dish, and it was absolutely not worth it. Additionally, they had images of the dishes on the menu which did not look like what we received. Food took almost 30 minutes to arrive. We were given complimentary lavash with butter and mint, but both the bread and butter were cold, making it nearly impossible to spread, and the combination itself was unappealing. Water was self serve from a jug that was never refilled. There were also cleaning solution bottles left on every table, which felt strange. We didn't know if we were expected to clean the tables ourselves. I ordered the gormeh sabzi, a dish I've had many times elsewhere. This version was overly sour, very oily, and came with very little stew compared to a large portion of rice. Service wise, the staff were friendly, but there were notable issues. My friend ordered chicken and was served beef instead. The server simply removed it from the plate. That's especially concerning for anyone with dietary restrictions. None of us enjoyed our experience, and given the price, wait time, and food quality, this isn't a place I'd recommend.

I've been looking for a good Persian restaurant in Cupertino since Arya closed years ago. My search is finally over. The koobideh is juicy (you can even select how you want it cooked), the rice is splendid, and the tahdig is delicious. I prefer the food here to many other Persian restaurants in the South Bay. Overpriced with very average koobideh. Very expensive for the food quality. I ordered a koobideh plate with 2 extra skewers of koobideh, I think with tip it was $45. If the food was better I would have given the place up to 4 stars, but the food was very average, no core flavor, and expensive in a restaurant with poor ambience. read more

This was our second time dining at persian Kabob Mediterranean foods in cupertino california, I love foods from all over the world, and I'm kind of a food critic of my own. I can say by far this persian restaurant is one of the best restaurants in the Bay Area for its authentic persian Kebobs and persian Gourmet food. The taste and the quality of the food bring back a home made foods by my grandmother and family back home. I was very amazed by service, quality, design, friendliness, and how welcome they make you feel. There is no shortcut and no sacrifice in quality. Also, I love the atmosphere and the feeling you get to see an educated couple running this restaurant, I always love to support family build business. I definitely go back even more and do recommend this wonderful persian restaurant to all my friends and family and for those who's visiting and looking for a fabulous authentic persian kabob and food you won't regret and your visit will be a memorable time and real taste of persian food away from home. read more

Great Food, although they run out of their choices very quickly in tghe evening. Everyomne is so noce, but they need to be a bit more efficient. Very friendly staff, just a bit of efficiency would take them long way. Price is a bit on the high side given the fact that this is not a full fledged restaurant with good ambiance or anything yet. Little bit of separation by nice divider from the grocery side would be nice. Little bit of cleanliness and tidiness will make it really desirable for many to come. I'm am reviewing this place because the 'on line order for pick up' service has big problems. We ordered about $100 worth of items and selected a pick up time one hour in the future. We arrived a bit after that hour, but none of our order was ready. It seemed they did not pay any attention to the order when it came in. Once I arrived to pick up they were not sure what was in our order and it took about 30 minutes to put the order together. When we got home, half the things we ordered were not there. I called them and they offered a 'gift certificate' to cover the missed items. We tried them again 3 weeks later to use our credit. When we arrived to pick up, nothing was ready. We had to wait 50 minutes for them to pull the order together. We feel there is no way that we would order online for take out again. The interior is stark, so we won't come to dine in. We gave 3 stars because the food was good. I wish we could have left a better review. read more

A good proxy measure for how good a Persian restaurant is the quality if their Koobide and I habe to give the 5 stars to this place. The barg and lamb shank were also pretty tasty. I think the main issue with many Persian restaurants in the area is they use inexperienced non-native chefs while here the food is made by a Persian family and therefore it has the familiar taste of true Persian kebab. I also like how clean the place is. The main drawback seems to be that they are a it understaffed but still we didn't notice any issues with the service quality. read more

My boyfriend and I are used to the high quality Persian food you can find in LA. We've been searching for something similar in the Bay Area, and this place didn't disappoint! I don't understand why a plate of kobideh kabob is $22. One pound of ground beef is $8 (high quality) which makes 3-4 scewers. Add rice etc and the whole thing couldn't cost more than $10. Unbelievable what businesses are doing to jack up profit in the name of inflation. I don't see there's inflation when buying at the grocery stores it's only when going to restaurants where the prices are quadruple its actual costs. read more

The food and service were amazing! It has kindest people working there, and a wonderful super market attached. All the food was delicious. Don't expect to get in and out of this place. It's a maze. You are going to stand in line at three places to order, pay and pick up your food. I eat Persian food all over the country. The food here is below average. You can find much better Persian food in the area. It's better than Taco Bell if you have time to kill. read more

A great market and a sleeper with great Iranian cuisine to boot. Tried the chicken kabob and the koobideh with both the normal rice/tomato and zereksh polo. Proteins were moist and well seasoned. For well under $10 they were good deals for he quality. After you can scan the range of middle eastern products. They carry sangak from Yenagen bakery, various Sadaf pre packaged items and some bulk and produce as well. Owners are super nice to boot. 4.3 stars read more

A true treasure tucked away right off So De Anza Blvd next to Home Depot on the north side in a small strip center. The food is delicious. I had the Chicken Kabob, Basmati Rice, a half grilled tomato with a side salad for $9.99. The portion size was so large I took half home for lunch the next day. You get your choice of breast or thigh meat on the Kabob. When in the kitchen for a takeout box the owner gave me a tour and explained his heritage and philosophy on food. The kitchen by the way was spotless. I mean really; when was the last time an owner went out of their way like that for you? On the way out I bought candy, fruit and Turkish coffee in the attached market. read more

I saw this new market as we were going to Home Depot and looked it up on yelp. Turns out to be the same place that we used to frequent when it was on blaney. However, this location is so much better and cleaner! Everything is new and the market is bigger as well. This time they added a juice bar and kabobs which we have yet to try. Picked up a couple of ghormei sabzi herbs, an ice cream sandwich, and yellow split peas to make geymei later. Also, they carry the fresh bread from yeganeh so you don't need to drive so far to get it! Next time we come, we'll try the koobideh read more

The staff should be grateful that customers even tip at all. 20% is more than enough - they should charge gratuity if they think otherwise. We could have turned around and left her waiting but felt we had to tip anyways due to her aggression. To follow us out of the restaurant and demand more money was unacceptable. 10 Butchers is already overpriced as it is. Search "tips" on the Yelp Page for 10 Butchers. This same scenario has been going on for months; with someone experiencing this same incident weeks ago, it's clear there is no change being made internally. Take your family and money elsewhere. There are plenty of KBBQ restaurants in the South Bay.

We ordered the mixed plate, cucumber salad, hummus, the house salad, and the Kashk Bademjoon, and everything was absolutely delicious. The mixed plate was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and all of the sides were fresh and complemented the meal beautifully. The warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made our visit even more enjoyable.
