Right when we arrived, we were walked to our table, which was a booth and was plenty of room for the 5 of us. When we were walking to our table, I noticed how nice this restaurant was! The ambiance was on point. Very nice but not too nice. Our waiter immediately addressed us when we sat down and gave us his recommendations for drinks. I decided on the peach Paloma spritz. It was delicious and well presented. Others in my party got red wine, a French 75 and the market ranch water. I thought mine was the most delicious lol. Before we ordered our appetizers, the waiter was so beyond knowledgeable about the whole menu. Gave us all of the specials like nothing I have ever heard before. He was so great! For our appetizers, we got the bread butter candle, smoked fish dip, and the burrata salad. The bread butter candle was the best thing I've ever had! It was so cool and very unique. I absolutely loved the burrata salad, but I thought the fish dip was a tad too fishy for me. For our entrees, most of the table got the red fish and the other two got the steak and the pasta. **Pescado: Elevated Spirits and Stunning Sunsets Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico** Perched atop the picturesque landscape of Rosemary Beach, Florida, Pescado offers a truly elevated experience for those seeking exquisite libations and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. As the sun sets in a blaze of colors, the rooftop cocktail bar provides the perfect vantage point to savor the moment. During my recent visit to Pescado, I was captivated by the relaxed atmosphere that enveloped the rooftop terrace. The gentle sea breeze, coupled with the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore, created an ambiance of serenity and tranquility. My choice of libation, the Blanton's Gold Bourbon, was nothing short of exceptional. Sipped slowly as I watched the sun dip below the horizon, it was a moment of pure indulgence and refinement. The staff at Pescado exude warmth and professionalism, elevating the experience to new heights. Attentive and knowledgeable, they cater to every whim with a genuine smile, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. But it's the view that steals the show--a panoramic vista of the Gulf of Mexico, stretching as far as the eye can see. As the colors of the sky meld into a symphony of hues, time seems to stand still, and every worry fades away. Pescado isn't just a rooftop cocktail bar; it's an oasis of tranquility and refinement--a place where moments are savored and memories are made. Whether you're seeking a romantic evening or simply a moment of quiet contemplation, Pescado delivers an experience that is truly unforgettable. Raise your glass to the beauty of the Gulf Coast and the serenity of Pescado--a destination that epitomizes the art of relaxation and refinement. read more

**Review of Pescado Restaurant** Pescado is a must-visit spot, especially if you're looking for stunning views, top-notch food, and expertly crafted cocktails. Perched high above the Gulf, this restaurant delivers a dining experience that's just as much about the breathtaking scenery as it is about the flavors. One standout on the menu is the **Lobster Grilled Cheese**--a rich, buttery indulgence packed with fresh lobster and perfectly melted cheese, served alongside a velvety **Tomato Bisque** that ties it all together beautifully. It's comfort food with a luxurious twist, and every bite is worth savoring. Behind the bar, **Jeffrey** is the star of the show. His **Bloody Mary** is the real deal--bold, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. If you're in the mood for something unique, the **Good Times** cocktail is a must-try. It's clear he knows his craft, and his passion for mixology makes the experience even better. Whether you're there for morning brunch, sunset drinks or a full meal, Pescado nails it in every category. Between the exceptional service, incredible food, and unbeatable ambiance, this place is a gem. Highly recommended! read more

The exceptional service and diverse staff at Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar made my dining experience truly memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant was charming, and the scenic views of the ocean from the rooftop bar added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The cocktail selection, however, could use a refresh as some options felt a bit outdated. I decided to try the lobster roll, and I can confidently say that it was worth every bite. The meat was perfectly seasoned and the roll itself was lightly toasted, with just the right amount of softness and crunch. It was a truly indulgent experience that I would highly recommend to any seafood lover. Although the caesar salad was not to my personal liking due to the presence of capers, many in my group thoroughly enjoyed it for that very reason. It just goes to show that taste preferences can vary among different individuals. In conclusion, my visit to Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar was a memorable one, and I would certainly return in the future. For a delightful lobster roll with a stunning ocean view, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. read more

I had the opportunity to enjoy brunch at the rooftop restaurant "Pescado," and it was truly a memorable experience. The day was particularly beautiful, and the location is stunning, offering an incredible view of the Emerald Coast - simply wow! For food, I opted for a salmon bagel with salad - a light yet incredibly tasty dish, perfectly complemented by a raspberry lemonade that was so refreshing and delightful. For dessert, I chose the yuzu cheesecake, and I must say, it's been a long time since I've encountered such a smooth texture and delicious flavor in a cheesecake. The service was also impeccable. Although I forgot the name of the gentleman who served us, I must mention that he was extremely attentive without being overbearing, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. What a horrible experience, from the minute we spoke with a hostess we were dismissed, ignored, and felt unwanted. The hostess to the rooftop could not accommodate nor answer any of our questions. When we finally were sat the waitress was short and dismissive with us. She had forgotten a drink I had ordered and I politely asked about it and she did not respond. She rather she just walked away and eventually walked back with a drink, but she was snappy and rude overall. For a place that appears to be so high end with live music and a nice ambiance the service did not match. Would not come back here, never have been treated more poorly at a restaurant. This was a general consensus for our entire party of 8 people. read more

Having written a glowing review previously, I returned to Pescado with high expectations. Unfortunately, the last two visits missed the mark. Most recently, we were seated inside in a cold draft that made the evening uncomfortable, and I regret not speaking up at the time. Additionally, the service on both visits felt intrusive and inattentive--waitstaff repeatedly interrupted conversations mid-sentence, which detracted from the overall dining experience. On a prior visit, my pork chop was overwhelmingly salty. While they did offer to replace it, the follow-up felt pushy rather than gracious. I truly want to love this place every time, and I hope to see the high standards from my original visit return. read more

Absolutely terrible experience at Pescado. Our table was ready, yet from the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like we had snuck into the restaurant and didn't belong there. The waiters and other staff members we dealt with were extremely rude, unwelcoming, and made the entire night uncomfortable. We came here expecting to have a nice family dinner, and instead we were treated with disrespect for absolutely no reason. For a restaurant that presents itself as an upscale place, the level of hospitality was embarrassing. I would NOT recommend Pescado to anyone looking for an enjoyable family night. There are plenty of other restaurants where you'll actually be treated like a paying customer. read more
