We really enjoyed this place. Great atmosphere and the rooftop seating provides a great sunset view. Food on par with high end restaurants. Service was excellent and employees were courteous and customer focused. Highly recommend when your in Rosemary Beach. read more

This place is really fantastic. Breathtaking Gulf views on their patio and by the bar. The servers in there were all very friendly and attentive. If your looking for a 5 star place, this is it! Well done Pescado! read more

What a wonderful treat! The view is absolutely stunning of the water and Rosemary Beach. We had a lunch of lobster rolls and a fresh red fish sandwich. It was fresh and divine! Sweet potatoes fries were SO GOOD! The drinks were just wonderful, too. Our waitress was a sweet heart. We would highly recommend!!! read more

Very rude management. The hostess will not let you walk into the bar without an escort. Very strange elevator access. We assumed Biden was dining upstairs due to "secret service" style elevator scene. read more

We definitely enjoyed our trip to Pescado! Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made great recommendations and they were willing to make accommodations to our meal. On top of the great service and food, the rooftop view is amazing. Will definitely be back! read more

Amazing food and drinks. Dined for lunch: raw oysters and crab claws to start.. then we had the fried fish sandwich and a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. So fresh. Great views as well! read more

Nice setting and good atmosphere if you're looking for a nice date night or drinks with friends. Food was good but a bit overpriced. Drinks were extremely expensive so don't plan on getting more than 1-2 if you're on any kind of budget. Best part was the view of the water at sundown. read more

Such a lovely dinner spot. My husband and I joined the waitlist for a rooftop table and the wait was worth it. The view was incredible, and the food was delicious! read more

Slayde and Chase have it figured out, those dudes know how to make a drink. Do yourself a favor and have an Old Fashioned made by one of these two. Ben's service was top notch and the managers, Holly and Jeremy, know how to run a restaurant the right way and make everyone feel welcomed. The place is gorgeous and the food is outstanding - try the pork belly as a starter, so good. I was waiting for the day this place opened and it absolutely did not disappoint! 5 star location, 5 star service, 5 star food and drinks. Will be back over and over again. read more

Great service and good main options. The paella, sticky ribs, and pork chop was fantastic. I would not order the ceviche again. Probably the worst I had as was not chopped enough and had a lot of fishy taste and a lot of dark meat fish. Finished off with the crème brûlée which was good. Would come back but not for ceviche. read more

I've always loved Pescado, the atmosphere, service, and food up until this last visit was my favorite place to be on 30A. I also always knew it was expensive, but it was worth it based on my past experiences there. I am not sure if they are under new ownership, but this last visit was very sub par. First of all, we ordered the seafood tower which is over $150, knowing that we were being a little over the top but we were celebrating. We ordered it along with a few other items to split, and they brought out all items at once and overcrowded the table. The seafood basically came out in a pile, was very fishy, and one of the three of us ended up getting sick following dinner. We ordered the cheese board which was pitched to us as having "specialty cheeses," it was two of the same kinds of cheese that were pre sliced, a dab of honey, pickles, and a few crackers. The caesar salad came out as leaves stacked on top of each other, but honestly the least of our worries. The seafood dish we ordered outside of the tower was cold. While our waitress was very kind, it was a slow night and our table felt like we were being hurried along given the presentation of the food. The meal ended up costing over $500 for three people, which we were willing to pay based on our previous feelings of Pescado but this time we felt kind of ripped off? Truly putting this here so they can take note, and because it made us all sad that one of our favorite places was so disappointing. read more

The bar was the highlight. The drinks here stout and delicious, you pay for this of course $$$ The food was just okay for the prices, I get the fancy small portion artsy angle but this only works if the food itself is the masterpiece and worth every bite. It is not. This is not a location I will revisit for food but I will for drinks. -Ceviche (4) -Lollipop lamb chops (7) -pan seared tuna (5) read more

Pescado is a fantastic place in 30a Escapes to enjoy a drink with a 7 star, roof-top view. This was a cocktail and appetizer stop for us. What a way to start the evening! Enjoyed some craft cocktail specials and they even got creative with a couple off menu drinks. Though we didn't order a full meal from their interesting - high end menu - a couple in our party enjoyed a clams & mussels app. Said it was great. Another special feature was the cheesy biscuity-bread. Super delish with the wine infused spread! Great cocktails, great view. No regrets! read more

I have really been looking forward to trying this place ever since got to Rosemary Beach on Monday. Came around 4 o'clock as soon as they opened due to covid 19 I do not want to be in large crowds. I sat at the bar and the Staff was really friendly and the view of the gulf coast was amazing. the complementary biscuits were pretty good I started off with the raspberry tequila drink I forgot the name. It was good just really sweet and I don't really think it was worth $16. I got a bottle of wine. Can't go wrong. For dinner I ordered the filet mignon it comes with mashed potatoes and season vegetables I was not expecting asparagus it was good but it just needed a little bit more flavor there wasn't a lot of flavor going on I left a pretty satisfied. My only concern is due to the coronavirus and the extent of the coronavirus in Florida you would think that the staff wear masks at least. But overall it was a really good experience I would definitely be back cannot wait to try their brunch on Sunday! read more

Pescado - American Near Me - Rosemary Beach, Florida

The star of this restaurant is the view of the ocean from the outdoor seating area. Food was good but not good enough to come here just for that. Our waiter was great and the service was excellent. The wife and I split the arugula salad and pepper tuna with blue crap. I got 2 small plates for my meal. The lamb chops and pork belly. They were solid offerings but didn't blow my socks off. My wife got the rockfish (fish of the day). She said it smelled fishy but tasted good. read more

Great views and equally delicious food. The outdoor seating area is very nice and has warmers for cold days. The staff was friendly and courteous and Christine did a great job seating our large party for brunch. read more

I made a reservation for 7 people and it was confirmed through text. When we showed up for the reservation they made us wait 45 mins. After the long wait the food was very average and definitely not worth the money you will spend. Many better restaurants in the area. read more

My fiancé and I went here for our anniversary and made reservations 2 months in advance... When we arrived we came a little early and while we were waiting we were told three different times that our table was ready then moments later the hostess would come back to say it wasn't yet. I told the waitress it was our anniversary and she didn't say anything or congratulate us. The service was just not what I was anticipating. I've never been to a fine dining restaurant where the service was like this. However, the food was great as expected. I think this place is very over rated honestly. read more

Overpriced and they need a new manager. Beautiful restaurant and lovely server, however management needs quite a bit of training. We ordered the $180 lobster (3lb) meal on top of the $150 starter entree and were told several ounces of our lobster meat were "not pieces that had meat". Asked for utensils to open the shells so we could get the meat ourselves and they don't provide them. Response from management was that there was "no meat" in those pieces. Sent it back and got about 3oz back. For $180 I expect 3lbs (we definitely didn't get that amount). Fair service, as I politely asked, would have been to comp our first round of drinks considering that we spent $600+ for 4 people, however the manager was so condescending that we tipped our server generously and left. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. Edit in to the restaurant's response: You must think very highly of yourselves to write such a lengthy response without even acknowledging the mistake. When someone purchases a very expensive piece of meat and you respond by telling your customer that part of it isn't there and to just forget about it, most customers would be upset. Had we pointed it out and the server taken it to the back and cut it open from the time we pointed it out it would have been fine. But, to imply that there's no meat and for us to move along with our dinner is unacceptable service. I suggested a round of drinks be comped (which costs the restaurant probably $20 in alcohol costs), which any fine establishment would have done in a heartbeat is service 101. To top it off what really got my blood boiling and where it escalated was the arrogance and general attitude of the manager. Take $20 off our bill and go away. It felt like someone crumbling a $20 bill and throwing it in our faces. I've seen your other low reviews and most mention the manager. Good thing you don't have much competition in Rosemary Beach, in Houston you'd be out of business within a year. Restaurants here provide exceptional service and people talk. We did dined several times at La Crema Tapas and not only was the food and service exceptional, the manager was so pleasant and welcoming. read more

Pescado came highly recommended to us by several friends, as well as the homeowner of our AirBNB unit. It was the perfect way to end our trip on 30A. Highly recommend reservations because it's a tiny place. Or go super early and hope for a seat at the bar. That's what we did, and lucked out. We got excellent service by the two super attentive bartenders. We ordered 5-6 small plates and shared everything - all amazing. Highly recommend the lamb lollipops and beef tartar. And the rooftop view just can't be beat! read more

This place is the perfect place to go for a romantic or relaxing night out. The interior of the place is so soothing and beautiful. My friend and I stumbled on this place because we heard the live music coming from inside and we ended up staying for wine and dessert. Not only is the ambiance incredible but so was the pie! I cannot recommend this place more. It's the perfect place to have a drink and hang out and listen to the most beautiful guitar playing I've ever heard. Our waitress was very kind to us too and I appreciated that a lot. read more

Great wait staff. Great food. Cheese tray was great, triple tail cooked to perfection as were all the items. Home made chips with port reduction and crumbled blue cheese. Great! Wait staff and hostess at front were all great. Also try out the downstairs. Held over and had a cocktail. Great and great live music. That was three nights ago and headed back tonight!!!! read more

View from the deck was lovely, raw bar was delicious, BUT it was our server Jennifer that made the experience perfection. She is a restaurateur's dream! The view, service, and food here cannot be beat! Good for lunch or dinner. If on 30a, put this place on the top of your list.

Have been here many times. Has gotten worse and worse. Grab a drink upstairs but eat elsewhere. Don't grab drink downstairs. The manager there is a complete jerk. Yelled at a party of 8 because they were laughing loudly but they were outside. read more

One of the loveliest spots I've ever eaten with the BEST fettuccine I've ever had. Service was knowledgeable and friendly (albeit a bit slow at times for getting food). The restaurant itself is gorgeous and it has million dollar views from the rooftop lounge. Can't wait to come back! read more

I have had a couple days to digest the experience we recently had while dining at Pescado. I very rarely write reviews as I know how detrimental they can be to a business, however this restaurant is doing Rosemary Beach a disservice for operating the way that they do. Not only did we find most workers there incredibly rude, they are operating on "we want the pandemic to be over so lets pretend it is"! There was no distancing, no masks inside or out (I understand it is not required but preferred in that area as every other store or restaurant we visited were), and servers leaned in inches from our faces when taking our orders. The hostess out front being unprofessional and rude should have been our first indicator that customer service was not a pillar of the establishment. Now reading the post from the owner on a review below solidifies that. Having worked in the service industry for years, it is a shame to see a place with so much potential be ruined by the experience. The view is the only redeeming quality of this place which is not worth the rest. Such a shame to have such a terrible experience while trying to enjoy family time and support local restaurants while visiting Rosemary Beach. read more

Made reservations weeks in advance. Arrived only to find out they do not allow children under the age of 18. We had a baby with us that was sleeping. They informed us that it was posted in there online disclosures. I got to ask how many people go the the website and read the disclosures? If this is your policy and you are in a family vacationing town you probably should let people know at the time of booking. Very disappointment read more

Great fresh seafood, terrific sunset view and lovely service. That's all I can ask for.

Cocktails are top notch! Food is amazing! The view of the gulf from the bar is one of the best views in the area. The bar area is a first come first serve area, so the earlier you can come the better. Eat here! It's one of my absolute favorites in the area! read more

My wife and I recently visited a favorite place in Florida to celebrate the successful conclusion of several medical issues during the year. We made a dinner reservation at Pescado in Rosemary Beach, a restaurant that we had visited before, that had pleasant memories, super location and outstanding food. We ordered a highly recommended item from the menu. What a disappointment! When we spoke to the server he agreed at the poor preparation of the food and suggested two other items to replace the returned item. Both of those items, unfortunately, were also disappointing. We spoke to a manager who was extremely courteous and listened to our comments and said that our comments would be shared with the kitchen. On the following day I received an email from management that explained everything: "What could have been so f... up on a table that only spent $140. Greg" It became very apparent from the comment by the principal of the restaurant that the amount spent by a customer determines the quality of the food being served. It is an interesting concept of establishing restaurant quality and should be, regrettably, enough to warn others that location and view are not sufficient to warrant a return visit - ever. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that actually serve excellent food, well prepared and do not use the amount spent by a customer as the criteria of food preparation. Diner beware of Pescado! read more

Unfriendly. Unaccommodating. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff and we were told we could only sit inside even though we came for the view and the patio was empty. Ended up only getting a drink and leaving because we didn't like the rude staff. read more
