In town for a proposal dinner with a group reservation. The staff was immediately rude and refused to let us in because we had one person under 18. I understand having a policy, but for the reservation to be made months prior and no mention of a "no 18 or under" policy being mentioned is absurd. In addition they were just rude about the situation and continued to tell us that no restaurant in the area allowed 18 or younger. We walked 200 yards and had a great experience at a nearby restaurant. read more

Pescado was a great spot for dinner for my wife and I. We've enjoyed our many visits here for a date night. I recommend the scallops!

Both the service and food are disappointing... Our waiter had terrible breath and a (seemingly) minimal grasp of the wine list. When I asked for his guidance on selecting a dry white wine, he offered no help, saying the one I first inquired about should be fine. Additionally, I found my meal of filet mignon to be bland and uninspired - especially considering the price. I'm more than happy to spend money on a good meal, but this was far from it. Ultimately, Pescado is an overpriced spot that aims to be sceney, but is nowhere near worth the price. Will not return. read more

We are local and absolutely love this place. It's rare to find restaurants with great customer service in this area, but we found one! We waited for our table downstairs and our cocktail server Sky was amazing, she was so sweet and knowledgeable. Made reservations a month and a half in advance. Wait staff was incredibly rude to my entire party of 6. They were so pushy to my wife that we ended up leaving the restaurant before ordering anything and walked to some place down the street. She was extremely upset as we left due to the rude wait staff and management. These people do not deserve your business. The single worst restaurant experience I have ever had. read more

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had from beginning to end. Our server Gabe was very attentive and super knowledgeable. He made sure our cocktails stayed full and made sure we were set up for each course. The bartender, Nick, came by to ask us how our night was going and to check in on how we were enjoying our drinks. The food was AMAZINGGGG! Each dish was prepared perfectly. Chef Brendan stopped by to say hello and ask us how we were enjoying everything which was extremely thoughtful considering they had an event inside and I know they were very busy. It's the little touches like that which can turn an already great experience into an amazing one. Our whole group was very pleased and impressed. If I could leave this establishment more than five stars I definitely would. It's well worth the trip and I would gladly recommend coming to check out Pescado. read more

Mixed review. Great ambiance with a few exceptions. Our waiter Peter, was as good a waiter as we have had in a very long time. Very attentive to our desire to enjoy a slow evening on our anniversary. He took plenty of time to guide our meal choices. Kudos to him. But, the entrees were just ok. Daily catch was well cooked but not very interesting preparation or seasoning. Pasta dish was surprisingly spicy with little indication it would be so. Not the restaurant's fault but we were surprised to have a table near us of a group of young women thoroughly enjoying themselves. Even chanting "chug, chug" to one in their group. Their right to do so, but just didn't fit our anniversary ambiance or expected expectation of the restaurant. We'll go back to try again based upon friends recommendations, but I wasn't impressed to recommend based upon our first visit. I think they can do better. read more

This USED to be one of our favorite restaurants - I will I could give it NO stars - They must have new management as they used to be appropriate now manager is a jerk , food horrendous - four of us ate for over$1000 and it was disgusting nothing was good - drink was sour and gross- The steak was $180 and shoe leather( think they lied about it being Wagyu), the bolognese was salty and inedible , wait staff nasty , paella used to be served on an 20-22 huge pan not on a 10 -12 inch pan but they are still selling it for $78 as a shared dish but not the same taste and a fourth of the size - Ate there in the spring but it was completely different - very sad The management has an awful attitude with a chip On his shoulder - definitely - there is mo appreciation for your business - read more

If you put a gun to my head and said, "Take me to the best food on 30-A," you'd end up here. But ONLY at the bar. The small plates here are the best-tasting dishes I've found (and believe me, I've explored everything). Particular favorites include the short rib and the lamp chop. Tatiana is the second best bartender on 30-A, and should be sought out. This is great for sunset. Also great for bringing guests who are new to 30-A. I have found dinner in the restaurant to be less exciting. My only knock on a top choice on 30-A. read more

Really enjoyed the food, service, and views of the sunset here! When you come for the sunset, do everything you can to NOT sit at the high tops closer to the bar unless you want bachelorette parties and drunk people screaming in your ear the whole night. My husband and I came here for a date night on our vacation and it was really frustrating to have people hanging over us the whole time. I had to sit forward in my seat the whole dinner because it was so crowded behind me. I could even see the frustration on the faces of the servers as they had to push through crowds the whole night to get to their tables. I would highly recommend reevaluating this setup because it really takes away from the experience. read more

No covid safety measures in place. Staff doesn't wear masks in the kitchen or front of house. Seating is at max capacity, tightly packed in. You have to ask yourself, if they blatantly don't care about your safety from sickness, do you trust them to serve you safe food? If they can't bother to put a mask on, are they even bothering to sanitize their cutting boards after cutting raw chicken and clean their dirty dishes properly? Did the bartender sanitize the glass you're drinking from or did it just get wiped off after the last person used it? read more

On a roof overlooking Rosemary Beach, an upscale, expensive location for great food and drinks, if you're on a big budget. Very professional wait staff, impressively artistic bartenders and efficient, friendly staff all around. Had the scallops and octopus small plate and arugula salad. Both excellent. You are going to spend maybe $75 per person with full dinner and drinks, so go with the expectation of having a great, classy time, and paying for it. I can only review the front door service since we were not allowed inside. We made reservations prior to visiting Pescado which were fine. We then confirmed reservations before our scheduled date. There were 9 of us for dinner. Six adults, three children under 18. We were denied service for having children under 18. Mind you our reservation was for 4:45 pm. I can understand somewhat if it was a prime time seating but it was not. Hostess was not accommodating so I asked for a manager. Told him we were not informed of the age requirement when we placed our reservations or confirmed them. Asked the reason why and he just said that is our policy with no explanation in a snub way. This community features a family and kid atmosphere and I was appalled to be shunned away without an apology or remorse or even a return visit to their establishment. We will never visit Pescado ever! read more

What started off as an ideal atmospheric experience quickly turned into an experience lacking the quality of service deserved for the price point of the ticket. We tried this place out because the rating seemed to be what we were looking for, along with the roofto view and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. However after ordering two bottles of wine and entrées that exceeded $150 apiece, we waited for over an hour and started being neglected for drinks and service. We finally had to follow up to see what had happened with our food order. The manager and the waitress alike had no answers for us other than "sorry it's taking a little long". Our food came out cold; the lobster which was $200 was like rubber and also cold and the 32 ounce steak ($175) we ordered was cold and rare. When we asked the manager what had happened, they said that the food was served as intended. We are confused at how that could have been the case when they brought out the cast-iron with oven mitts and placed hot pads on the table in preparation of the meal. We were overly patient and sympathetic to the waitress, giving her multiple times to eradicate the situation, however, even when the manager came they acted like they couldn't care less and we ultimately would be just a number to their table count for the night. It was a super unfortunate and disappointing situation for what could have been an overall great night out. We tried to address with the waitress and manager in a calm manner, as we are not the complainers (coming from previous food service experience) and felt like we were continuously lied to and attempted to be deceived as to what actually happened. DEFINITELY a nice and well executed place! You go up in an elevator and let me tell you the view from the balcony is breath taking!!! The service is great and has a wide variety in sea food! The prices are expensive but if your coming here you most likely will already know that and honestly the money is worth every penny because the food is mouth watering! I've been wanting to try this place for a little over a year, and I finally had the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately I came at a time when the sun had already set though I imagine it would be gorgeous if the sun was still up, it was still a beautiful space and well very comfortable. However a comfortable space only goes so far. I think I got up to Pescado on accident; someone was coming out as I was trying to push the button and I realized that there might have been a key so I'm not really sure if it's easily accessible to get to you. In any case I walked up and told them it was just me and I am totally fine with having a seat at the bar. I had a seat at the bar and got a glimpse of the comfortable space which was clean and slightly nautical and I really enjoyed the area. It would be a great place to come with other people. I sat down and perused the menum I realized I wasn't that hungry and so I looked at the cocktails. There were six and they were all $16 a piece which seemed highly overpriced to me. This was confirmed when I received each of my two cocktails which seemed extremely small. I'm sure they were standard size but they did not appear to be so. Also they were just okay nothing special definitely not worth the $16 price tag because they're happened to me more than two ingredients. I decided to get some food to take with me to go and the lamb ragu caught my eye, which sounded amazing, but I was completely put off by the $32 price tag. $32 for fettuccine with lamb and tomatoes and mascarpone? be perfectly honest I would have been happy with steak, pork, any other type of meat it didn't have to be lamb all I could think was I could make this at home and make quadruple the size for the same price tag.. she asked if I would like bread to go with it and I of course said yes oh, I got two pieces of focaccia which were about 1 inch square each. And I can say that they were delicious but that was not what I was expecting at all. Also, no silverware, no napkin and they were out of to go bags Upon eating the pasta it was just ok. Not bad, but not worth $32,. There was no depth to the dish, just heaviness Overall I think the view is incredible and the space is super comfortable and a great place to come with friends if you have money to spare, but don't expect to get a great cocktail for all the money you're going to spend, $32 for two cocktails is Ludacris especially in this area, especially if the pores are small. You can get a better deal in Nashville; the Patterson house will give you that much for $14 and a much better cocktail. So I might try again in a year and see if they have stepped up their game but at this point I am the high price tag has completely taken me off and I will not be returning view or not. read more

This is a review of not having eaten here as FYI. Wanted to report we were very excited to eat here, placed our name at 5:45pm with a known 2-3 hour wait. Checked in 3 hours later and treated very poorly by the staff stating we "do not take 6 tops" and should have been here earlier. We had received a confirmed text of our wait time at the time of presentation--- but staff still refused to seat us. Wish we could have eaten here, did not work out. read more

After visiting Rosemary for the first time in March we couldn't wait to come back and try this place. The views are incredible and we found mostly positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. The management is what creates a negative environment. Similar to the other reviews, it seems the customer is always at fault if they point out something that could have been better or something they are uncomfortable with, no matter how respectfully they share their concerns. I wish I could say I will be back to Pescado on our next trip down to 30A, but we will be dining elsewhere. There are many other great places in Rosemary we dined at where we didn't leave feeling unwanted and unwelcome. read more

What a memorable experience! I knew we would be in for a wait when we decided to swing by for a last minute lunch. I had seen the reviews and warnings that snagging a patio seat during peak hours was close to impossible. I had my parents and grandma in town and had a feeling the wait would be worth it so we grabbed a seat out front and hoped for the best. About 45 minutes into our wait a guy walks out to his car from the restaurant, my dad asked him if the food was any good (as he was starting to doubt my selection) - the guy said "well I hope so, I'm the owner". My dad thought he was joking and made some comment about grabbing a drink to make the rest of our wait pass by faster. Before we knew it Joe came back with a full tray of amazing bloody marys. We were in shock! Such a nice gesture that made our experience one to remember. Not long after Joe left we were shown to a picture perfect table with great service and a very enjoyable lunch. Pescado is one of my all time favorite restaurants. The staff is super friendly. I will say though the brunch menu is top tier, I feel like the dinner menu is lacking. Everything is still good, it's just rather uneventful compared to the insane brunch. But the views, atmosphere, and everything else is top notch. One of the best restaurants on 30A for sure. read more
